My parents and I had a wonderful experience working with Ed and his staff. My parents wanted to create a living trust and I wanted to find someone in the Sacramento area that spoke their native language (Cantonese and Taishanese). English is their 2nd language and it would be hard for them to fully comprehend some of those legal questions. I wanted them to feel comfortable in speaking and asking questions without a need for a translator. I’m very happy I was able to come across Ed’s business and after talking directly to him I felt he would be able to communicate just fine with my parents and we set up an initial meeting for my parents to see if they would like to work with him. The rest is history and my parents are overjoyed and I have peace of mind knowing that everything is in order for them.

My husband and I were delaying the process of putting together a living trust/will. At times it just seemed overwhelming and frankly, something we just didn't want to take the time to do. Obviously it is extremely important and when we finally decided to make the move to get this completed, we had a couple of lawyers in mind. After choosing Ed Fong, we were extremely pleased with our decision. He didn't talk to us like a lawyer. He has a down to earth demeanor and he effectively outlined the process. No questions that we had were ever treated as trivial or ridiculous. And the process was smooth and painless. His staff was always helpful and responsive and easy to talk to. My wife and I wanted to upgrade and have a review conducted of our trust that was established in the year 2000. Mr. Fong came very highly recommended by some friends. He and his team were incredibly professional and at the same time treated us with patience and courtesy. My wife and I both had some fairly significant questions about the trust and they were able to handle them without a problem. They completed the project and record time at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend this service and specifically the office of Ed Fong to anyone. Great job.

My son unfortunately ran into a double felony case with inhancements. After talking to many lawyers about his case I was referred to Kevin from another Law firm. After meeting with him we hired him for the juvenile case. Kevin is intelligent, has good respect within the juvenile courts and is a great communicator. He negotiated the plea deal down and also the inhancements disappeared and my son was able to get probation and after a year his record expunged. My son now has a clean record and can move forward in life. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin Adamson.

I would recommend Kevin J. Adamson to anyone who needs representation in juvenile court cases. The first time we met him we knew we had an attorney who would advocate for our son, and he did! The system is confusing and can be very intimidating for all parties involved. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of the juvenile court system, so there were no surprises. First off, he’s super nice. I was calmed down immediately when talking to him the first time. Kevin knew exactly what would happen in my sons case and explained everything. I felt so much better after we spoke. Best thing we ever did was hire him. Unfortunately this wasn’t our first time in juvenile court but the first attorney seemed like he didn’t care that much. Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. I worked with Attorney Natalia Asbill-Bearor on a simple severance negotiation with a former employer and had a horrible experience. I often couldn't tell whose side she was on and there were many times where I felt like she was talking down to me or misleading me altogether. I didn't find her services to provide much value and felt disrespected throughout the entirety of the few months we worked together. When you're dealing with a duplicitous and unethical employer, the last thing you need is an attorney who doesn't seem trustworthy either. If I could go back in time, I would not have hired Natalia, just based on how awful it felt to work with her. My experience was nothing like the reviews I read prior to engaging with Natalia.

I needed review of a potential situation with my employer. I very seldom write reviews but I feel compelled to tell people what a great experience I had with Benjamin Fox at Hubert Fox Trust and Estate law attorney office in Elk Grove California. One look at their website and you will feel at ease before you even pick up the phone. Dealing with attorneys can be very scary, at least it was for me. After just a few minutes speaking with Ben about a Trustee issue, I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and he explained my options in a very straightforward way without making me feel like an idiot. Recently, I hired Counselor At Law Mr. Noel Lawrence to assist me in settling a matter with a company that takes advantage of senior citizens.
Because the seniors are not expected to live a long life, the company overcharges the seniors. The company is counted on the seniors to "kick off" soon, thus the company can keep the property and funds of the seniors. This is not true.
Mr. Lawrence knows his way around a courtroom. He went after the company with an intense professionalism. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Lawrence as a Counselor at Law. I found him to be extremely helpful with my situation.

We ran into a brick wall when requesting a legal upgrade to our existing mobile home in a Santa Cruz park. The park owner wanted it his way or the highway in conflict with Park Rules and the Law. He was devious and trying to use laws and rules that did not exist.
We hired Maurice due to strong recommendations by mobile home experts in the Santa Cruz area. He quickly did the required homework and demonstrated to the Park Owner's attorney that he was out of line but unfortunately he would not budge nor would he make himself for an in person conversation. So Maurice filed and won the required injunction so we could go ahead with our upgrade just as it was originally planned. He then followed through with a damage claim to cover legal and other costs including delay expenses which he also won. Under his guidance this process was seamless, went exactly as planned and with a successful outcome. Mission accomplished. Our thanks to Maurice.

I had a very difficult scenario with divorce and found myself looking for an attorney in Sacramento. I met Carsen almost several years ago when I hired her. My case required a special kind of attorney who could think outside of the box, someone who would know how and when to mediate with the other parties, but also when to bring things to a judge. There was a time in my life when I lost all hope of having my son. Desperate, scared and almost hopeless I searched for a lawyer. I had all but given up until I found Carsen Smith. In my first conversation with her she took away my desperation and fear. Before our conversation was over, before I knew how much her representation would cost, I was certain that she was the one. Like some beautiful guardian angel she fought for me and my son, and although the battle was long and difficult and extremely emotional at times. She never lost focus. One evening in late February, I found myself arrested and charge with a DUI. The circumstances of my case were unusual. While I was discussing my unfortunate encounter with a friend, he quickly recommended Nancy King. From the very beginning, Nancy demonstrated the professional qualities and dedication to her clients that is necessary to win criminal cases in court. Although a plea agreement couldn't be negotiated, Nancy felt confident in our defense and we took the case to trial. Estate planning? Jack is your Attorney! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional and very gracious as Jack came to our home to conduct our meetings. Jack was quick to respond to answer all my questions in detail for me to understand "trust verbiage." After my mom passed my sister was trustee of mom's trust. We had always been close, but my sister was doing things how she wanted not according to the trust. I was sad over my mom's death and I could hardly believe my sister was now not following mom's wishes. I went to see Ed because he does litigation. He made me feel sane! He listened to me. I will start by saying that I cannot praise Tara Rojas enough. Having now been through the seemingly endless strife of a custody battle, I know that if you are reading this that life might be hard right now. This is why I feel compelled to write about my experience and how Tara helped me through it. She has been the bridge between me and a relationship with my children. My case was complicated and tough, but Tara got me through it all.
My plight started with an ill-conceived marriage settlement agreement with a disingenuous former spouse. After taking up residence in another state, said former spouse then fabricated abuse allegations against me and got the court to cut off contact between me and my children. I consulted with several other attorneys, and did not get a good feeling. Then a friend referred me to Ms. Rojas, and the rest is history. I was confident in Tara’s ability to get the right outcome for my family from the moment that I met her. I went from being a stressed-out mess, to calm and confident. I came to Connor by referral. I was recently let go from a role that did not end well. I was harassed, bullied, and ultimately driven out of the organization by an extremely toxic culture.
After having a severance shoved in my face, I was very suspicious of the circumstances surrounding my termination. I spoke with Connor and provided ALL THE FACTS and he found several issues I wasn't aware of in addition to the grievances I had.

For a small fee, Mr Falcone has done more than i could ask. I lost my home in 2009 and my 2nd mortgage had begun trying to collect for a home i no longer had.
