Mr. Saron represented me for an auto accident claim. He walked me through each step of the claims process and always gave me clear answers to my questions. He never tried to lead me in any direction that I was not comfortable with. He was honest about how he viewed my case. He was also obviously respected by the defense attorneys in the area once the case went to litigation. They did not seem to want to go to trial against him and gave me a fair offer to avoid it. I would absolutely return to Mr. Saron and would recommend him to everyone!

My mom has been nagging my sister and I to help her create a living will for years now. She was just diagnosed with lung cancer in September and really urged us to help her set up a will. We tried using an online will template our mom bought a code for years ago. My sis and I are both college graduates. My sister has a finance and accounting degree while I have a degree in biology, and since legal terminology in wills needs to be laid out in a very specific manner to be valid and convey meaning to the courts, our confusion on how to fill out the template wasn't working. So, we began researching estate planning attorneys, and I happened across Singleton Law on Google Maps. After reading Amanda Singleton's story on the Singleton Law website, I figured since she went through a similar situation with her mom that she'd be extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic. She was exactly that!
Amanda made everything so easy and straight forward from our initial contact on the phone, scheduling a consultation, to the first consultation, and follow-up meeting. My mom was going through radiation at the time (currently going strong through 4 chemo treatments), and Amanda was kind enough to squeeze my Mom in a different day when a biopsy threw off our planned meeting time. Amanda provided my Mom, sister, and I with so many helpful resources for the tough times through cancer treatment and caregiving, and she created a will to my Mom's liking that will hold up in court and make the probate process easy should the time arise. God willing that day is a long way off.
Taking care of my Mom and setting up/going to all of her medical appointments has been a full time job, leaving us exhausted. So, Amanda having made the estate planning process a breeze was a godsend. I can't say enough great things about Singleton Law and Amanda's expertise. I would absolutely recommend them if you need help with estate planning.

I have been very happy with Attorney Tucker and his team. I was referred to him by a relative of mine who works with him professionally, and told me that he is extremely knowledgeable, and that he is highly principled. She said that she goes to him when she has questions suitable to his legal specialty.
Legal matters are intimidating and they take a VERY long time, and the Tucker team has supported and guided me throughout this challenging process.
Attorney Tucker assigned a paralegal, Tyler, to my case. Tyler has been extremely kind, helpful, responsive, and thorough. He has the perfect calm and respectful demeanor. Of note, using a paralegal also helps keep costs down.
Of course, any legal services will be expensive. There was also an option to pay on contingency of winning the case, which is helpful for those who cannot afford to pay for services.

If you are thinking about applying for SSDI benefits on your own, let me offer some advice. My point of view is specifically for Florida as the process varies by state.
When I had to leave my job because of medical conditions, I decided to apply for SSDI benefits. This is something you can do onyour own, but applicant should beware. After speaking to friends who went through this process in other states, they unanimously told me to hire a disability lawyer to represent me. I followed their advice and have never regretted it. The benefit ended up being invaluable.
So looking on the internet, there are plenty of SSDI lawyers out there who can't wait to help you. I did initial consults with a 3-4 firms, but the Law Offices of Nancy Cavey stood out. When reading Nancy's profile, she tells the story of how she had to navigate the SSDI process with her family, and as a lawyer took on the charter to help others through what is a complicated, unorganized, extremely slow and some would argue arbitrary and unfair process. This commitment was enough for me to consider them for the running.
During my initial consult I spoke with Assistant Attorney Krysti Monaco. It was clear from the conversation how verse she was with ERISA (LTD) and SSDI processes. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions (and I do ask a lot of questions). What I liked most about this firm was I was speaking with an actual lawyer who gave the personal feeling that I was just not another number. The other firms did not have this hands-on attention. Nancy Cavey Law was the real deal.
So I am in my 60's and according to Google, getting SSDI benefits is supposed to be easier. HA! It took me almost 3 years to get my benefits, and that's with extensive medical records and multiple doctor recommendations. It was an awful and stressful period. The most difficult thing was waiting and being denied at multiple steps. I was constantly bugging Cavey Law for updates (I give them kudos for putting up with me) but they were in a rock and a hard place. The efficiency of SSA/DDS is out of their control. There was nothing they could do but wait, keep me assured and be prepared for each step. That is their real value here. I kept being denied benefits with what seemed to be a lack any real due diligence on SSA/DDS part. Cavey Law was right there to respond to each hurdle. Without delay! The 3 years that it took me, was due directly a result of the understaffed and inefficient SSA system. If it were not for Cavey Law it could have gone even longer or possibly never happen at all.
What you should also know. I had 3 years of back benefits on the table. Had I tried this on my own and failed, I would have had to re-apply for benefits and that back pay could have gone away.
In other words, benefits would be calculated from the new application date. This is another reason why you need a lawyer for this. There are so many prat-falls in this process it can be a costly mistake without one. The fees involved far weigh out the risks (IMO).
So good luck to anyone applying for SSDI benefits. If you want to maximize your ability to be approved, Nancy Cavey Law is the right business to have on your side. Especially in Florida

I will start off with my personal experience of saying that I did not realize that long term disability companies were only in the business of rejecting claims with the hope that you ultimately give up.
To take the time to fight them you need a team of legal professionals that have a wealth of experience in dealing with their tactics and can help connect the dots.

After many inquiries & dead end calls we were referred to Tammi.. we were told that she gets the job done right the first time so there are no loop holes in the future that could cause us any issues. I have used the Law Firm of Ian Leavengood and Associates in the past for business and personal matters years ago with great success. Ian delivered everything that was agreed upon. Just recently I had a business customer that I had dealings with that would not pay me for the work that I had done for them that was not of the ordinary realm of business. My atty that handles my daily business dealings could not get this customer to pay me for what was agreed upon. After 2 months of frustrations with my corporate atty. I do not live in the Tampa Bay area, I live in Fort Myers and could not find a Lemon Law lawyer locally. I'm glad I searched outward to a larger city and found Bolliger Law Group. This is their forte. The reviews on AVVO.com were what sold me on using them, they more than met my expectations.
I didn't have to drive to Tampa, all communication was handled promptly via email and phone.
My claim was simple and straight forward, transmission issues with my 2016 Jeep Charokee under 2 years old. I had all the initial documentation to them by late June, we had a little bit of a negotiation battle with the manufacturer and received an acceptable settlement offer by late August, I expect a check in September.
Very informative, they follow up, they get things done.
They tell you upfront what the process will most likely be like.
They tell you the potential timelines for each action that may be taken.
They tell you what is expected of you.
They give you a list of documentation that you need and how to obtain any missing pieces.
They give you your options, and you decide how you want to proceed.
A side note:
Documentation is absolutely key, make sure everything is noted on the service tickets, and don't hold off on going to the dealership and get your continued issues documented, read the notes on the service tickets that day, take photos of error codes on the dash, take video of your issues if possible, take a screenshot of mileage when you drop the vehicle off for service and when you pick it up to verify how many miles they test drove it.
Keep your expectations reasonable, while this is personal to you and emotional at the end of the day this is business for everyone else. While we all feel like we should not only get a full replacement vehicle with all the bells and whistles for our frustration; that is not going to happen. Know what you feel comfortable with settling for and let them know, and at the end of the day remember this process is to help you MOVE ON from your current situation.

Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).

I am not only writing this as a review, but as an ENORMOUS THANKYOU to Mr. Marc Pelletier and his amazing paralegal, Brandy!
Everything about this law firm screams the best of the best from their detailed advertisement box, quick response time in consultations and communication, professionalism, and particular understanding to each individual clients’ emotional and monetary needs. The BEST legal counsel money could buy and they are AFFORDABLE and accommodating! Mr. Pelletier walked me through a horrible time in my life and helped me move past it in the best way possible for myself and all parties involved.
I found myself facing two felony charges after a questionable traffic stop I was a passenger of my own vehicle in, it was devastating. Marc made sure I understood absolutely every option I had through my case, walked me through reviewing evidence and excellently navigated me through ALL of my defense options. His knowledge of all sides of Florida law is outstanding and he answered every question I threw at him. I'm business broker. Had to find closing attorney to close on business my client was purchasing for his immigration visa L1. Many attorneys didn't want to deal with our difficult transaction. I initially dealt with Atty. Robert Hitchens. He was very accommodating and so helpful in keeping our deal together. When the buyer preferred to add more documents to the deal, they had no problem to prepare them at the same day. We corresponded with Paula there, and she was wonderful too. She answered emails quickly and was very professional and efficient. Closed on the day I asked for. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered.
