Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. I never had an opportunity to show my gratitute and appreciation here in this website. Mr. Bolliger took my case in 2017 against BMW not wanting to honor the warranty and finding every little excuse to avoid having to replace my engine. I do not live in the Tampa Bay area, I live in Fort Myers and could not find a Lemon Law lawyer locally. I'm glad I searched outward to a larger city and found Bolliger Law Group. This is their forte. The reviews on AVVO.com were what sold me on using them, they more than met my expectations.
I didn't have to drive to Tampa, all communication was handled promptly via email and phone.
My claim was simple and straight forward, transmission issues with my 2016 Jeep Charokee under 2 years old. I had all the initial documentation to them by late June, we had a little bit of a negotiation battle with the manufacturer and received an acceptable settlement offer by late August, I expect a check in September.
Very informative, they follow up, they get things done.
They tell you upfront what the process will most likely be like.
They tell you the potential timelines for each action that may be taken.
They tell you what is expected of you.
They give you a list of documentation that you need and how to obtain any missing pieces.
They give you your options, and you decide how you want to proceed.
A side note:
Documentation is absolutely key, make sure everything is noted on the service tickets, and don't hold off on going to the dealership and get your continued issues documented, read the notes on the service tickets that day, take photos of error codes on the dash, take video of your issues if possible, take a screenshot of mileage when you drop the vehicle off for service and when you pick it up to verify how many miles they test drove it.
Keep your expectations reasonable, while this is personal to you and emotional at the end of the day this is business for everyone else. While we all feel like we should not only get a full replacement vehicle with all the bells and whistles for our frustration; that is not going to happen. Know what you feel comfortable with settling for and let them know, and at the end of the day remember this process is to help you MOVE ON from your current situation.

Mr.Brian Hoag is the best!! Me and my children got in to an car accident and I was able to reach out to Mr.Brian and his staff who was such a big help, he handle all the paper work and called the doctors to make sure everything was taking care of along with following up with me to make sure I understood any documents that were sent over. My son Officer Michael Weiskopf of the St. Petersburg Police Department went in to the hospital with Covid 8/1/21 and his wife would not let us have any contact with Michael. She would not let us text him, call him, face-time him or visit him. She told the nursing staff not to give us any information on my son's condition. If we wanted any updates, we would have to go through her. She was giving us erroneous information and that is when we found our Guardian Angel Matt. Matt worked miracles and we were then able to get correct information on my son's condition from a reliable source. He also helped us get an object in my name that Mike's wife didn't want to give us, even though it was her husband's wishes that his brother have this object. My son's wife never told us that my son died and that there was a funeral planned by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Matt is one of a kind. He is compassionate, kind, caring, sensitive and is a super Professional. He knows his craft and he gets things done. If I lived in Florida, he would become my trusted Attorney. I can't say enough wonderful things about Matt. G-d Bless you Matt for all that you have done for us.

I did a lot of research before hiring an attorney to assist me with the probate process. I ultimately chose Matt because I liked his website. He has plenty of videos that explain “legalese” for people like me who have no idea what it all means and he seemed really involved (something that a lot of attorneys aren’t). It turned out that Mr. Weidner was as involved as he seemed and he didn’t hesitate to answer any one of my million and one questions about what was happening during my daughter’s probate. Even though she had planned out her estate before her death and put everything in order and I had agreed to be her estate executive I have to admit to not having any idea what to do. I had agreed to the role because she asked me to, but luckily I came across Mr. Weidner and he made the whole thing seem much easier than the other lawyers I talked to.
In the end probate went well. Actually, it was draining and devastating but the process itself was easier than I thought it was going to be which was one burden lifted. When things have settled down for us in our new life without my daughter, I plan to go back to Mr. Weidner to talk to him about my own estate planning. Now that I’m raising my grandchildren, I have a lot of changes to make and I’m hoping Mr. Weidner can make it as easy as he did our probate.

If you're dealing with a disability issue and need a lawyer to help you get your Social Security benefits, your best bet is to contact Mr. Freeman and retain him as your lawyer, he's absolutely the best.
My husband passed away last July and in addition to the immense sadness I was going through, I was also at a loss of what I would be able to do, and if I could receive windows disability social security. I'm disabled and have never dealt with applying for SSD because I had heard so many bad stories about people losing their cases after years of trying, but with my husband gone I had no means to support myself financially and decided that I'd better get a lawyer and just hope for the best. I decided to retain Mr. Freeman and am forever grateful that I did, because rather than just hoping for the best, I got the best!!
In addition to being a wonderful lawyer, Mr. Freeman is also a wonderful person. He took my case and was available for me anytime I had a question or was confused about the paperwork that Social Security needed me to fill out. I recall that at one point, after I had already sent Social Security copies of my marriage certificate, they sent me a letter of denial for my widows disability case, saying that my husband and I were never married. I called Mr Freeman in tears, not only had I just lost my husband of 23 years, but now they're saying that we weren't married!! Mr. Freeman calmed me down and said he'd take care of it, which he did.
I have never in my life had to deal with a lawyer, and never needed one as much as I did during this terrible time in my life, like I stated before, he's the best!! I'm so thankful that Mr. Freeman was my lawyer, fighting for me to receive the benefits I was entitled to, and ultimately winning my case for me. The paperwork and proof about my disability, that he submitted to the Judge showed how thorough Mr. Freeman is at his job. The day before my hearing, the Judge called Mr. Freeman and said there would be no need for the hearing, that all of the paperwork and evidence for my disability case was perfect and I was granted a full favorable decision regarding my widows disability case.
Due to the Covid situation, I never had the chance to see Mr Freeman in person, but if given the chance, I would of wanted to give him a giant hug of gratitude.
Thank you Mr. Freeman, Mrs. Freeman and your team of experts, I don't know what I would do without having you on my side. May God bless all of you.

We recently moved to St. Pete and were in need of a good, professional and inclusive attorney to completely rewrite all of our legal documents. Kira Doyle and her great staff were all and more than we had hoped. The documents were thorough and covered all the mandates for the State of Florida.
They were completely welcoming to my wife and me. Kira Doyle and her staff treated us "just like every other couple," respectfully and graciously. As we come from a different state where this is NOT often the case, this environment was a relief.

After many inquiries & dead end calls we were referred to Tammi.. we were told that she gets the job done right the first time so there are no loop holes in the future that could cause us any issues. I'm business broker. Had to find closing attorney to close on business my client was purchasing for his immigration visa L1. Many attorneys didn't want to deal with our difficult transaction. I initially dealt with Atty. Robert Hitchens. He was very accommodating and so helpful in keeping our deal together. When the buyer preferred to add more documents to the deal, they had no problem to prepare them at the same day. We corresponded with Paula there, and she was wonderful too. She answered emails quickly and was very professional and efficient. Closed on the day I asked for. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. Ms. Mikolaitis was more than excellent. She saved me from being completely victimized by a person with no apparent character. I purchased a dog for breeding from a breeder in Florida. The dog's testicles did not descend. The breeder tried every trick in the book to avoid remedy for the unfit for purchase dog and Ms. Mikolaitis stopped every attempt. Ms. Mikolaitis was completely available to me, returning every call in a timely manner, she was completely competent and professional and stayed on top of every maneuver the breeder attempted to avoid remedy and there were many. I could not ever find the words to say what an excellent job she did in protecting my rights and keeping me informed. She protected me and saved me from the victimization that had already occurred. I called Justine pertaining to my landlord giving me a hard time concerning my prescribed ESA. Justine immediately took my case and went to work right away. Justine didn't waste a day working on my case and before I knew it she had collected all the documentation she needed to send to my landlord. A week before closing, I received a call from my agent that the Buyers were trying to cancel my real estate contract on a $450K deal, and wanted to offer me half the escrow deposit. I was sick over it. Justine reviewed the contract, advised me to deny the cancellation their agent was sending over and refuse to sign it.
