Jennifer performed every step of assisting me with LLC formation quickly and completely. Every time I had a question, she responded within a day (usually, within minutes). When I had an issue that my CPA should have been able to answer (but didn't), she promptly provided the guidance I needed. Rachel impressed me from the very beginning. You often go into a consultation with trepidation that your best interest won't be the priority. Not so with Rachel- there is an immediate warmth in her approach, and she takes time to listen. From that point her knowledge just shines through. To have a lawyer that clearly cares and clearly knows her business- is a huge peace of mind.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel. My father passed 3 years ago and after a number of circumstances his trust has been managed by a bank. I had been experiencing difficulties with them for months in regards to my upcoming wedding - I merely shared a few details with Rachel before she already had a number of suggestions. I came to Mr. Scott after my auto injury. I was in a lot of pain, and was unsure on what to do. Mr. Scott explained to me the medical ramifications that I can be exposed to if I did not seek medical treatment. We started my case and I received the treatment that I needed. After I hired Ms. Davis and discussed my problem with her, it reminded me of the story about someone looking to hire an attorney. Three were interviewed. They were asked how much was 2 plus 2. Two attorneys answered "4". The 3rd attorney asked, "What do you need it to be?" That's Ms. Davis. She delved deeply into my problem and we got it resolved in my favor in short order. That's her approach to her clients. Get to the heart of the problem and creatively solve it in their favor if at all possible in as short of time as possible. That's what she did for me and I'm sure she will do the same for you. If you have a problem hire Shane Davis. You won't be disappointed.

In June of 2017 I was hit broadside by a person who ran a red light . My daughter knew Adam so brought him to Bayfront Hospital where we began our journey with the Insurane Co. of the driver ! Adam took care of EVERYTHING while I took care of myself and healing !! Adam kept in touch weekly and when we settled he made sure every bill was covered and paid before he gave me the check . Jason helped my husband and I through the process of a deed in lieu negotiation on a rental property we had. The process was long and tedious, and he was always there to answer our questions and calm our nerves. He kept us informed, helped us with preparing all the papers necessary for the banks, dealt with the bank's legal department and attended court sessions. My daughter lost her life due to a medical disaster. We wanted to make sure this did not happen to other families and that this institution had to change. I asked Mrs Vesley if she was tough enough to stand up to this organization and she indicated she had no problem standing her ground. They stood their ground, brought to bear her firm's expertise and achieved a very positive outcome. We were kept informed at every juncture and all options discussed with us before moving forward. I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.
I live in another state (Michigan) and dealing with all my mother’s needs was a logistical and emotional nightmare. I’m glad I found Danielle to represent me during the worst time of my life fighting for custody. Ms. Terrana is professional, knowedgeable, courteous and kind. She overcame two obstacles for me. One - my brother, the elder person I am caring for, and I live in two different states. Two - he was in need of a new living situation and was extemely difficult to work with. Initially, I spoke with Ms. Terrana by phone about preparing a POA and will for him. Once all was ready for his signatures, I flew to Florida and she met us at the nursing home with the documents. My brother signed all the paperwork and was very happy with her too! In addition to being an excellent estate counsel, he's also an excellent accountant and this combination is crucial for proper estate counsel. My siblings, myself and - above all, my mom - are very fortunate to have found Bill McQueen. Though attorneys are, in my mind, one of those professionals one wants direct word-of-mouth referral to, Bill was referred to me through quite a circuitous route; and I could not have been sent to anyone better. My family needed to re-do virtually all of my mother's legal documents, do substantial work on her finances, and apply for VA A&A, as my mother's health declined, and we had to move her into assisted living. Not only did Bill do an absolutely amazing job with all of this with incredible expertise and efficiency, he also was extremely responsive at every (and I mean EVERY) turn. Not a question, need, suddenly-pressing deadline, or otherwise came up that Bill did not jump on it - and with remarkable thoroughness. Bill has known what to do, how to do it, and where nuances have been necessary in each and every step of this 18-month journey. I feel so much more comfortable with my mother's legal documents and legal work overall, and - beyond that - following all the time and effort Bill and I put into applying for VA A&A for my mom, the benefits were awarded - saving my family more than $12,000 a year in paying for my mom's care. Finally - When one is the midst of doing all he can to help an aging parent in failing health, compassion and concern certainly help. And Bill certainly has quite a bit of both. His approach, demeanor and personality overall have been a help in and of themselves. I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. My best advice to any one reading this review to do your self a favor and give him a call. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.

And amidst an already very somber situation, nothing was in order, nothing was prepared with regards to a will, and in order order to gather all of the necessary information, I found myself playing detective.
However, in all of the chaos, step by step, as more information was recovered, Megan managed to wrap up my mother's probate estate as quickly as she could (staying within the boundaries of the law) and rather neatly to add.
Communication was very important to me as well as I currently live abroad and Megan proved to be very quick, thorough, and patient with every response (as was her staff).
So, with no more loose ends, thanks to Megan, I can finally begin putting this dark chapter of my life to rest.
With all of that being said, I absolutely recommend Megan and the entire Greene & Greene firm/staff.

I hired Mike Peirro, Jr., and he was excellent. We won the case without even going to court. He had the defendants back on their heals immediately.
They defiantly did not want to face him in open court. I was so impressed with his abilities and I had no doubt, we were going to win after I met him and floored after seeing his first letter of introduction to the defendants.
All I can say is WOW. I must have read it 20 times with a huge grin.
It was well thought out, direct, forceful but tactful and to the point. Mike put allot of thought into his introduction and opening letter to the defendants siting the law and inciting much more of the law then I expected.
