I was referred to Coleman Law Group by a Physician I was seeing after a car accident. The point of contact person was a nice individual on the phone and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me to recover from the accident. Though a minor one, the impact on my physical and professional life was sufficient enough to pursue legal compensation. However, over time, and more time and even more time, it became increasingly apparent my point of contact person had little experience and I was given next to no guidance or attention. There was always another random person contacting me from their Firm with the same questions over and over again. It was so frustrating. Then I was told that they would be handing my case over to another Firm which led me to understand that they were incapable of delivering on their commitments. I was discouraged but then was given spectacular care, attention and guidance that led to an agreeable resolution to my Case and finally allowing me to move on with my life after working a brief but productive time with The Walker Law Group. Best thing that The Coleman Law Group did for me was hand me over to them. I was just disgruntled that Coleman was compensated more for very little contribution.

I recently reached out to the law group and spoke with Adam Goldstein regarding my divorce. Unfortunately, I did not feel that he was a good fit for representing me. During our conversation, I felt rushed and cut off while trying to explain my situation. For example, when he asked about the value of my ex’s house, I explained that I didn’t have that information, and he responded in a dismissive manner, suggesting that I should know because I’m in the account. Despite my attempts to clarify that I don’t have access to it, he continued to interrupt.
I also felt that the conversation was more focused on payment and fees rather than addressing my concerns. I made it clear that I didn’t want to accrue debt, yet I was pressured to use a credit card to pay. While I understand that professionals need to get paid for their time, I believe the consultation could have been handled with more respect and consideration for my situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this law group.

Mr. Slicker is a man of great character and after reading his reviews and followed by a free consultation, I chose him to represent me in my divorce appeal, filed by the ex, and so very happy I did. When you read his upstanding merits of helping others and talking with him, you too will see he’s not just about the money. But doing good for others. His expertise and high character, I feel, is well known in the community and the court system which speaks volumes. My ex dragged my case on for many years filing nonstop extensions with rehearings and appeals. Anything he could do to avoid. I thought it would never come to close. Mr. Slicker was my second lawyer for the appeal process. There was no constant lawyer fees, it was a set retainer fee and very reasonable. I feel he’s very understanding of people’s situations. He’s not a big talker, but you’ll feel he gets you. He’s quick on taking action and filing. He gets it done. I won the appeal and he assisted in recovering the awarded money. I’m forever grateful to Mr. Slicker and his assistant. It’s a small practice which is awesome and they are the perfect team. You will not be disappointed.

Mr Slicker is one of the best in his field. He always makes it very clear as to what papers you will need to have in order for him to complete the job for you. I called his office many times, during our situation, needing him to answer one of my many questions, and he always called back quickly. I'm not sure who left the 5 star reviews, but after retaining and employing william Bennet I believe they are family members and friends that were asked to leave them.
Bill is unproductive and unprofessional. You have to press and press him before he actually files anything. Lacks communication with his clients, and either is to preoccupied to take notes or doesn't care to.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Bennett. I was subpoenaed for two full consecutive days, yet not once was I called to testify. I spent both days waiting in a cold hallway, without any communication from the attorney, while dealing with my autoimmune diseases.
During this time, I had to miss two full days of work from my two jobs, which resulted in lost wages. Additionally, I incurred expenses for parking and childcare for my two young children, ages 5 and 7. As a single mother who hustles to make ends meet, this situation was not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Furthermore, the subpoena was not even served to me directly. Other individuals had to give me the papers, which raises questions about the legality of the service. However, I complied to avoid being held in contempt of court.
This experience highlighted a lack of consideration and respect for my time and circumstances. I urge others to seek legal representation from someone who values and respects the lives of others.

I hired Mr. Tawil to handle a civil citation that I was issued. Despite this only being a civil matter, he treated it with the same seriousness as if it were a more severe offense. Mr. Tawil was attentive and proactive. We met to develop a strategy on how to proceed. He then filed a motion to have my case transferred to a more favorable venue. Didn't like the overall experience and felt rush to settle. Even when they came back with an offer, I had to tell them to go back and renegotiate again. Which they did and got a little bit more. Even though the amount I got back was way less than what I thought. Spoke to other lawyers afterwards and was told that I could've gotten back more because of the severity of my condition and knowing the other party bodily injury protection was a lot.

Usually with lawyers it’s you get what you pay for. Mr. Bannon was veryyyyy different! The price was good and the service even better. He explained everything to me, answered all mine and my Husband’s questions and never got frustrated if I didn’t understand or had to repeat himself. Recently had my first legal experience ever with a previous landlord who tried to take advantage of me assuming I would just cave.

This is my second time hiring Brian Hoag to handle my car accident claim. It was a no-brained for me. The first experience with Mr. Hoag was amazing all around. He really does fight for you and keeps you informed the whole time of what’s going on with your case. It’s not enough stars on here to rate these 2 and their law firm. I was at a really bad place in my life when a friend of mine referred me to Maribeth Wetzel. I had a traffic violation and wanted to avoid points removal from my license. I simply didn’t want my insurance to go up. Jim took my case and I did not have to move a finger. Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

My son Officer Michael Weiskopf of the St. Petersburg Police Department went in to the hospital with Covid 8/1/21 and his wife would not let us have any contact with Michael. She would not let us text him, call him, face-time him or visit him. She told the nursing staff not to give us any information on my son's condition. If we wanted any updates, we would have to go through her. She was giving us erroneous information and that is when we found our Guardian Angel Matt. Matt worked miracles and we were then able to get correct information on my son's condition from a reliable source. He also helped us get an object in my name that Mike's wife didn't want to give us, even though it was her husband's wishes that his brother have this object. My son's wife never told us that my son died and that there was a funeral planned by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Matt is one of a kind. He is compassionate, kind, caring, sensitive and is a super Professional. He knows his craft and he gets things done. I did a lot of research before hiring an attorney to assist me with the probate process. I ultimately chose Matt because I liked his website. He has plenty of videos that explain “legalese” for people like me who have no idea what it all means and he seemed really involved (something that a lot of attorneys aren’t). It turned out that Mr. Weidner was as involved as he seemed and he didn’t hesitate to answer any one of my million and one questions about what was happening during my daughter’s probate. Even though she had planned out her estate before her death and put everything in order and I had agreed to be her estate executive I have to admit to not having any idea what to do. I had agreed to the role because she asked me to, but luckily I came across Mr. Weidner and he made the whole thing seem much easier than the other lawyers I talked to.
In the end probate went well. Actually, it was draining and devastating but the process itself was easier than I thought it was going to be which was one burden lifted. When things have settled down for us in our new life without my daughter, I plan to go back to Mr. Weidner to talk to him about my own estate planning. Now that I’m raising my grandchildren, I have a lot of changes to make and I’m hoping Mr. Weidner can make it as easy as he did our probate.
