Stephen helped my business in two business areas. He advised and them helped me set up an s-corp. Then reviewed a complicated contract from a major corporation where I was going to consult. He provided excellent advice and guidance that the potential client accepted, saving my business money.

James Dunkelberger was my litigator on a suit I filed against an errant Uncle who was trustee of my Grandpa's estate. Said Uncle ran to the "No. 1" law firm in the state to defend our suit. When that "didn't work" Uncle ran to the "No. 2" law firm in the State. Hilarity ensued!
It was a 15 month fight into which both James and I each put a lot of time but in the end the beneficiaries on my side got 87% of what their full inheritance would have been and that's a lot better than some on Errant Uncle's side ended up with.
My brief take away is that I would never hire one of those "Big Firms." What you need is a good facts and a great lawyer who is honest, smart, clever and professional (did I say smart?).
It was a long slog but we had good facts and James is a great lawyer and all of those things above. He was instrumental to our favorable outcome.

Steve advocated for me after a major rear-end accident that left me with a great deal of injuries, pain and suffering.
Through his representation I was able to table the claim side of things and focus solely on healing/recovery. There was always a solid and high level of communication.
I always felt heard, valued and supported. When I finished treating Steve was able to articulate my injuries, pain and suffering so well that he tendered policy limits from the at fault driver and both UIM insurances available.
His advocacy means that I will not be in debt to this accident that was no fault of mine. My lost wages are covered, medical expenses covered and I have an added monetary cushion should I ever need to revisit treatment on any of my injuries.

I got caught in a pinch with changes to the State liquor laws that only gave me 12 days to get my application in before the new law went into effect. My business attorney recomended Tanner as he wouldnt have the time to get up to speed on all of the complexities of my situation and the liquor laws. This was probably the best advise he has ever given me. Tanner was able to efficently guide me through the application and licensing process as well as assist the DABC with some legal interpretations of the law that were pertenant in my case. I would not have been granted my license without her!

Mr. James recently acted as mediator in a disputed attorney's fee and malpractice suit involving our group and another law firm. We were very impressed with Mr. James' ability to quickly grasp the situation and identify the relevant facts for each party. However, what impressed us the most was Mr. James' relentless ability to help all parties overcome emotions and make rational decisions.
In the end, and after a whole day of negotiating, we were able to come to an agreement and settle our dispute. I have little doubt that if we had a less focused and determined mediator the agreement would have never been reached and we would still be spending money on attorneys.

I had a long and complicated divorce with a result that was better than expected. Kristin exhibits a high level of professionalism and competence. I was most impressed with her client focus\customer service, responding to emails and questions., explaining my options, always being on task and having it done on time etc. She is also great at writing briefs and motions, clear logical and to the point. I worked with Jared over a series months and was extremely impressed by his combination of legal acumen and expertise as well as real world savvy. He took over a case from a previous attorney who had created a significant mess quagmire for him to unpack, organize and then turn around. She was my lawyer when I was In jail and I was in a very delicate situation. I have an eternal amount of respect for her because she is extremely professional.
