Walter represented me in a medical malpractice case. My wife and I immediately felt good about him. He was always professional and polite. He was really good about educating us on the situation and explaining things for us in a way that didn't feel condescending at all.
We settled the case before we went to trial and felt very good about everything Walter was able to do for us. I was fortunate enough to have Nancy assigned as my counsel by the Salt Lake County LDA's office. From the start, she listened to my side of the story and asked what I wanted to do. I wanted to take it to trial. So, she asked the hard questions and we formulated a strategy for trial. She even brought in a colleague, Amy, and I have a nice legal team advocating for me.
This was a scary time for me, being on trial for felony DUI. It was rough too, as I was truly confused about getting a DUI without the D.
My legal team did very well too. I honestly felt they did the best they could. And despite being found guilty, the look of sadness from Nacy when the verdict came in was real. She told me "Sorry, we really should have won."
She was still there for me though, and she gave me excellent advice going into the Pre Sentence Report with AP&P. So, I despite feeling I got a bad rap in all this, I owned the responsibility of it, was really honest with the interviewer, and the PSR came back extremely objective and fair.
The judge must have thought so as well, as at sentencing I got 63 days time served with the rest of the 4 yrs and 9 months suspended. I've maintained this attitude even since then, and it's done wonders for my relationship with my PO. I actually feel like my PO is doing what the system designed this for and he is my goto now.
I have issues making a payment, I call him. I let home know what's up, and he has helped with my DCFS case even. I slipped up and knew I was dirty for a UA, so I came clean to him from the start. Instead of violating me, he called my caseworker from DCFS and explained why he thought she should overlook it too.
But it all goes back to Nancy, as she instructed me on this as well, told me not to fight probation, and to always maintain open communication with them. Where some friends of mine are so afraid of AP&P, like if they miss a check-in or something so they start avoiding them etc.
Anyways, Nancy fought the good fight, and despite us losing she still did the best thing for me. I felt she did all she could, and we lost. But, having felt advocated for I didn't feel as bitter with the system, and it's given me the strength to face this like a man and with dignity. I am getting my life back on track and anticipate terminating probation very soon.
Don't ever change Nancy. You are awesome ;)

We've all heard the jokes about lawyers and how most of them have no soul and are only after the money.
I hadn't met a lawyer that didn't fit into that category until I met Margaret Olson. Ms Olson not only has a wonderful soul, she is also the most accomplished professional I know. She has treated me and my family like we were part of her family.
Like the title says above... I could not give a higher recommendation to someone looking for a lawyer who gets the job done and knows her stuff. She will handle your case professionally, and with a heart.
It doesn't hurt that she is well known in the legal community by other lawyers and many judges. She has a great reputation and one that is well earned.

I hired Hastings Law Firm for one specific case. I hired after a consultation over the phone with Brett Hastings. We all make mistakes; some of us make illegal ones. being caught is horrifying. Your fate is left in someone else’s hands, and you have little control of what the consequences of your actions will be. It’s like having the lights turned off, it’s pitch black and you can’t find the light switch. Mr. Metos was my light switch. He was patient, non-judgmental, and the best in his field, which is exactly what you want when you find yourself in this type of situation. Fred was able to negotiate a minimal amount of time for my sentence; I received three months which could have been 15 years. Seven years after serving my sentence, Fred was able to have my record expunged. Life is good; I owe a great deal of my success and happiness after that dark period in my life to Fred.

Dave came and met my husband at the hospital after our 18 year old son was nearly killed in a head on collision. There wasn't much insurance available so Dave told us he would be happy to offer guidance and counsel, but he wouldn't feel right about taking us on as clients and having some of the insurance settlement go to him when we would need it for the life-long injuries our son was facing! WHO DOES THAT??? Who turns away an "easy to win" case? DAVE DID! I hired Mr. Ferbreche to handle my husbands criminal cases. I had spoken to a couple of other lawyers in my search for the right one for us and after the first consultation with Greg Ferbrache I knew he was the one. He was extremely knowledgeable in the law and after he had a couple of days with our case he knew the case well and started working to get us the very best outcome possible. In the end the case closed much better than we expected. I was in a bad car accident that totaled my car and left me with painful injuries, a hospital stay, and unable to work, walk, or take care of my baby for months.
I was so fortunate to have Jessica working on my case. The motorist that caused the accident was underinsured and my medical bills and lost wages were way more than I could deal with. Jessica made the whole process simple for me. She completely coordinated the settlement process with my medical insurance, my auto insurance, and the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. At one point during my recovery, my doctor's billing service was hassling me about paying right away. Jessica contacted them and asked them to go through her so I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with them.
Jessica kept me informed during every step of the settlement process. She copied me on communications sent out to the various insurance companies and clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision, and what we could expect from each party. I could tell that she had a lot of experience working on personal injury cases like mine.
I feel confident that I got the best settlement possible. My medical bills were paid, my lost wages restored, plus Jessica worked hard to get me additional settlement money to pay me for my pain and suffering.
I would never choose to repeat the horrific experience of a car crash, but I'm so thankful for the expert work Jessica put in on my behalf after the fact. It allowed me to focus on my physical recovery, and not worry about any financial issues or jumping through insurance hoops. I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica. She is compassionate, professional, and really good at what she does.

Darwin is an excellent attorney! I worked with Darwin almost 5 years as the company I work for uses his firm. Darwin is an excellent attorney! From my initial and follow-up consultations, I got the sense that he is an attorney that puts his client's needs as his utmost top priority which can be hard to find these days. There are attorneys out there whose strong motivation for dollars leads them to provide advice that is not always in the client's best interest. The first thing I noticed about Craig Hughes was his passion for estate law. He clearly loves and relishes his role in helping people avoid all of the problems with family and inheritance that can happen when proper planning has not occurred.

This review and my gratitude is long over due. Virginia was my lawyer during a long, difficult custody battle. Family law is a ugly business and Virginia is one of the few lawyers who is it for the right reasons; to protect children. Her morals are one of her best qualities.
She is beyond professional; nothing will ruffle this women's feathers. Her manner is always sincere, calm, and collected. I learned so much from her.
