Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. I went to Gary with an invention not knowing how to proceed. Gary went over the invention with me and took me to a whole different outlook on my product. He quickly got me into the patent process. Not only did Gary take on the patent process, he was very helpful with many ideas on how to proceed with the patent as well as a lot of the necessary business aspects of the invention. I was introduced to Gary D.E. Pierce in 2014. After a very difficult legal dispute involving a trademark issue in which we basically lost the case, Gary was presented the settlement that was handed down to our company to review and see if he could make any suggestions. You must understand that our company felt very bad about the outcome of the settlement. Gary met with us a short time later and presented 5 or 6 possible solutions that could possibly enhance our position in the future. I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! I received a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana. Never was in trouble with the police before. Ann focused on resolving the problem without fuss. She knew the city prosecutor well. Got me a plea in abeyance so no conviction occurred. She returns phone calls and emails promptly. Definitely going to have Ann handle the expungement.

I had scheduled an appointment with another attorney at this firm, but he was unable to make the appointment. Ann was there and offered to consult with me. During the consultation I could see the heart felt concern on her face as I explained my situation. I was in serious trouble. My ex wife's very powerful family from the FLDS cult wanted me out of the way so they could get custody of my kids (they had inherited some money). He knew the stakes and right when they were playing their worst game, my kid's lives would have been destroyed, he drove 5 hours from Salt Lake to the not-so-above-board jurisdiction and fought for me in person. He and his partner worked brilliantly together. It was a miracle. I am still under the gun, but 5 years down the line Zach has managed to work the system (even though they are willing to cheat to get me) as well as anyone could. We are fighting some very powerful and less than integral forces. I am thrilled I had Zach on my side. Hire him immediately.

Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.
3. He brought in experts when it was needed.
4. When I was the bottle neck he was consistent on the reminders that he would send to me. This was very helpful as I am busy and sometimes need reminders.
I would 100% use Scott Epperson again and would highly recommend using him!

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. He was very prompt in answering my questions and messages and phone calls. He was careful to not predict outcomes but was very clear and concise on the process and and explained very carefully and patiently how events might play out. It felt like he truly had my interests at heart and instead of acting like an attorney hired to represent me - he was resolutely on my side.
I hope I never have the occasion to need a malpractice attorney in the future but, heaven forbid, if so, the prospect is much less ominous now because I know Attorneys like Scott Epperson and his firm are there to help me through it.

A Utah trooper seized 100K in cash (after they skimmed a few grand off the top for themselves) and Jim was able to get 90% back in a settlement with the state about 3-4 months later. He could have gotten 100%, but he let me know that Utah would drag their feet for a year knowing that they didn't have a case as Jim had identified some things that invalidated the search (dog hitting on the car with a back window that was cracked open).
The entire time Jim was good about answering all my questions, calling me back, keeping me informed during the process, and not misleading me in anyway (sometimes lawyers like to over promise to get you on the hook—not Jim).
He was recommended to me by someone who knew attorneys around the area, and I would recommend him to others as well. Overall a great guy and someone you want on your side during a fairly scary experience (huge portion of life savings being seized).
Jim knew all the characters involved locally (had dealt with the cop that pulled me over, knew DA, judges, etc.), which can be really important in any type of criminal defense; you can just tell he's a respectable guy, which means the people he has to work with have a higher chance of treating him well.
I put the fate of my life savings in his hands, and he came through big time. Great guy, would work with him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I met Jim Bradshaw in 1997 when he represented myself and my ex-spouse on a Felony case out of Salt Lake City, UT. The case lasted for 3 years with many ups and downs every months. Jim and his staff put in many, many hours and hired investigators to counter the Prosecuting Attorney's office deep pocket budget the Fed's have at their disposal. Jim succeeded in acquiring downward adjustments on mandatory sentencing that other attorney's would have given up and accepted. Jim is a fighter and takes pride in getting the 'BEST' deal for his clients. A brand new female Judge and former Prosecuting Attorney was just assigned to be our Judge. Ours was her first case. A tough woman. Bradshaw is one of the most respected Attorneys in Utah, very well known and skilled in the Federal Courts.
Fast forward 2017 (20 years later), after paying all my restitution and starting a new life, I was determined to get my Real Estate Sales License back. I hired Jim Bradshaw to represent me and accompany me to sit before the Division of RE Committee Members, consisting of 12 members. After 2 hours and many probing questions Jim gave awesome testimony on my behalf. There is no way I could have done it without him. Period. Today I have a thriving RE business and very grateful for his assistance.
It's is worth every effort and cost to invest in an excellent Attorney. Don't cheat yourself. You could end up with nothing but regrets.

I hired Joel to represent me on appeal after being denied a well documented service connected disability claim by the Regional Office. It took some time to gather all that he required to file the appeal, nevertheless, it was time well spent. From there it took several years to get a ruling from the Bureau of Veterans Appeals, owing to the docket backlog. In the end, my appeal was approved. I went to George with a question regarding a medical malpractice issue I was dealing with that ultimately led to blindness in one eye. They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.
