I am an engineer with an idea. I knew very little about patents and the process and we are a micro entity. As my title suggests, Justin is a really great lawyer! I recently went through a divorce with included the custody of my two young children. I am sure you can imagine this was not an easy time for me. Being the father, and with my children both being so young, I was extremely worried I would be forced into minimal custody. Justin was always calm and was quick to answer my questions and reassure me that was not going to happen. He was always there when I called and he helped me through this difficult time. He was not about to give up on me or allow me to give up on myself and he diligently stood for what I wanted.
In the end, I received much more custody than I was originally offered and the opportunity to try for more when my kids are a bit older. Although I will never get as much time as I would like, which is seeing them everyday, Justin's help was invaluable during the case and I cannot thank him enough.
I would recommend Justin, along with anyone at his firm, to anyone I know who may be going through the same issues. It is a tough time for everyone involved and it definitely helps having someone like Justin on your side!

Mark was the best mistake to ever happen. I couldn't find the firm I was looking for and stopped to ask their receptionist directions. Mark overheard our conversation and took time to talk to me. He represented me in keeping my vehicles in a bankruptcy case that was my husband whom I was separated from. He was efficient and very fairly priced. I can't say enough good things about him.

We had unforseen delays in obtaining some of our needed paperwork for our bankruptcy, due to a less than compliant previous employer. Things became so complicated our council dropped us. We appeared in court as prepared as the circumstances allowed us, with no attorny and appealing Pro se.
Mark was willing to speak with us before hand, technically he was our opposition. Much to our surprise he worked with us to find an amenable resolution.
The amount of gratitude I feel for helping, and stepping in on our behalf, when he was technically supposed to oppose us, is something I can't fully express.
Thank you for seeing people behind the situation, and not forgetting that something you're professionally trained for and probably see as routine, is likely the most terrifying thing the average person has ever been faced with. I met with Peyton regarding the formation of a LLC for my job as a flight instructor. Sharing a common background in aviation, Peyton was very helpful in explaining my options (S Corp vs. LLC, etc) and what would be necessary for both, as well as the responsibilities required afterward. His background as a tax attorney, as well, was very helpful with regards to being an independent contractor. I haven't had any tax issues but I would definitely feel comfortable recommending him for aviation issues. I feel like I took the right first step in meeting with Peyton.

Lincoln Hobbs was recommended to me by another lawyer so I contacted him when I was most stressed by an employment dilemma. I was able to see him within 24 hours of contacting his office. During the one hour meeting with him, he provided a path forward and before I even got home from the meeting, he had prepared and emailed a draft letter to me that would ultimately be sent to my former employer.
Even though I was completely overwhelmed by my situation, Lincoln always remained calm and provided the most excellent service. He kept me involved in the process and provided options for me at every decision point.

I have known Spencer Ball for about 11 years. In all my years working with Spencer, I have always known him to be strictly honest in business and in his personal life. In his dealings with us as a closing agent, title searcher, and owner of a title company, I have noticed that he would never bend the rules and always tried to error on the side of transparency. On Wednesday April 12, 2017, my fiance & I had a consultation with Michael Banks regarding a car accident we were involved in back in June 2016. I called for a consultation with Marlon Bates, ot expecting much. I was having troubles trying to figure out my options and routes needed for adverse possesion/heirship/ect. Attorney Marlon Bates went above and beyond in advising me and drafting an agreement to modify and modification to easement for my house purchase and I'm 100% sure I would not have been able to go through buying my first house without his help.
This was my first every need for an attorney, so I found Marlon through just the regular online search. After sending inquiry to over half dozen attorneys I found, Marlon was the very first to respond with immediate availability. He spent more than an hour on our consultation call, providing more than I was hoping to learn and get advice on the my easement situation. He left on a family vacation the week after but he was still very responsive to my questions and when I decided to move forward with the house with only left few days till diligence deadline, he was able to provide me with the perfect agreement and easement modification draft that I needed to close on my house with a peace of mind. In addition, he was able to clearly outline the risks and the steps that I needed to know and take to fully implement the contract and the modification.
Buying my first house with easement issues was a very scary decision and I would have never gone through buying this house if it wasn't for the reassuring consultation and the contracts and modification drafts that Marlon provided. I would go through this all over again with his help.
Ultimately, I ended up with a better term on the house and more favorable modifications to the easement than I would have initially accepted on the house.
