I only wish my physical condition had allowed me to see Dr Tetz sooner but I understand the protocol that needs to be followed after fractures. 2023 was the year I landed my dream job. That all came crashing down when I left a bar Friday night. I met with family for dinner and had a few drinks to congratulate me on a new job. I was less than a mile from my home when CHP pulled me over for stopping a couple of feet past the limit line at a stop sign. I admitted to having "a drink" and blew a 0.09 BAC.
I was placed in handcuffs and arrested for a DUI. As a brand new firefighter/paramedic, I was devasted. I did extensive research on hiring the best attorney in San Diego. My uncle, a retired Lawyer, recommended a few but I never found someone who understood what was at stake.
It wasn't until I stumbled upon Josh. After speaking with him on the phone for half an hour I knew he was my guy. He didn't BS me or try to sugarcoat unrealistic expectations. Every attorney I spoke with before got my hopes up which raised red flags. Josh was to the point and never gave false promises, but the promise he did make was he would go to bat for me, and he did.
His communication was prompt and he explained things in a way I could understand. I don't speak Lawyer but I was never left scratching my head. Additionally, his paralegal, Amanda, is amazing. Like any law office you will be communicating a lot with the paralegal and Amanda is just top notch.
After ten months, the court reduced the DUI to a dry/reckless. Because of Josh and his team, I have a second shot of doing the thing I love.
