Not all super heroes wear capes. I have nothing but praises for Mr. Russell Babcock, he is the closest I have seen with super powers in a court room.
Mr. Babcock represents the layman side of the law; through his counsel we were able to digest and understand all the terminology and processes required to follow taking our decision making to the next level.
Since the initial counsel seeking phase Mr. Babcock showed true availability and genuine interest in knowing and understanding the case. As many of you Veterans may know the claims process can be long and arduous and even painful at times. I had been wrestling with the VA and their claims process for many years before throwing my hands in the air. I saw a Facebook ad for Cameron firm, and at that point, I had all but given up. I kept seeing their Facebook ad come up, and I’m not sure what made me dig a little deeper, but I decided to read some of the comments that were below, and the feedback was so great I decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I put my case in the hands of Jamie Kolpein, and Cameron firm. The result was more than I could ever of hope for. for some reason the process goes better when you have attorneys adept at wrestling the VA for you. If you’re sitting on the fence as to whether you should let them represent you, don’t. The little bit that comes out of your claim proceeds far outweighs, the pain and frustration that you will go through without them on your side.

LONG STORY SHORT - Do not waste your time if you have denied VA claims. Best attorney. Mary Brown-Edokpayi at Veteran's Appeal took my claims and now I have TDIU. I received benefits after the wrongful denials. I have been fighting for my VA. Disability from 2018. I would recommend all veteran to seek Mary Brown-Edokpayi for assistance with disability claims.

He and his staff are super nice and really pay attention to every detail, and they made this process so easy for me.
I leased a beautiful new 2022 RAM 1500 right off the showroom floor. But within just a few hundred miles I was already taking it in for repairs. I took it in 9 or 10 times in less than two years.
Thankfully, I have a lemon-law lawyer in the family, so I called Doug to see if I had a case. He had me gather every work order (pre-work) and invoice (post-repair) and email them to him. The service department didn’t have any problem emailing copies to me, either. THAT made everything so much easier, too.
I did have a case, and in a phone consultation, Doug walked me through the process. The whole process took about 6 months. And now I have a small chunk of change that I had not expected to have.

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Jennifer was helping me navigate the Social Security Disability process. She was recommended by a co-worker who spoke very highly of her. Throughout all of our correspondence by email and phone she was incredibly helpful and patient. Applying for and navigating the SSDI system can be very challenging for anyone, and Jennifer guided me all the way until I received my benefits. Without her help it probably would have taken years to get an approval, and it’s quite possible I would have been denied the whole way. She was very patient and explained in detail about what I needed to do in getting my medical records up to date and submitted on time, as well as making sure I filled out the forms properly. I could go on and on about how helpful, patient and professional Jennifer was for me but I’ll just say this……Jennifer is amazing at her job. I worked with Mr. Jolic for six years, through the J1 waiver process and then the green card process, and could not have asked for a better lawyer. He was very transparent about the process, took the time to walk me through it, and was always (!) promptly responsive to my questions. I first consulted with Kevin in 2018 when I was suspended from my job as a nurse and reported to the BRN. From the first meeting, it was clear that Kevin is extremely knoweldgeable and skilled at what he does. He expertly advised me on what would happen next and steps that I could take to be proactive in helping my case. Kevin fought hard and advocated for me at every turn. Throughout my BRN case he kept me informed and prepared me so well for each meeting or hearing. With Kevin's help I was able to have minimal probation requirements and keep my recovery cost low. This was hugely helpful financially and logistically- as BRN probation requirements can be very time consuming and costly. Most importantly Kevin reached out to let me know that I was eligible to apply for early termination and again fought so hard on my behalf. My license was restored early and I am so grateful to Kevin and his team for helping me to be supported and informed during the process and get my life and career back to normal as soon as possible. If you're facing licensing issues or probation- you may hear that you can navigate the process without representation but I DO NOT recommend this. You need a lawyer who truly knows all the ins and outs of the process and when and what to advocate for. Kevin is the best there is. I also have to acknowledge that his entire staff is super responsive and efficient. With Kevin and his team you get great representation but you also get a genuinely caring team and approach as well. Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. I hired Patrick Dudley AFTER observing (extensively) how this counselor navigated a former business partner of mine through his (felony indicted) criminal case. Patrick was successful in getting this defendants felony indictment reduced to a simple misdemeanor charge with no prison and a reasonable probation period . That wasn't even the reason why I hired him. As a self employed entrepreneur of 25 years I have owned several companies and in my role with those companies I have had to hire attorneys for a lot of reasons (business & personal) and I know that they are not all cut from the same cloth. Integrity (of billing) is hard to find. Guts, and qualified experience are hard to find. Patrick has that blue-collar (sleeves rolled up) legal persona that makes you feel like you've got someone in the trenches with you ready to help you fight for your legal rights. He is professional, plain-speaking about what you can or can't do in your legal strategy....and if its something other than black/white he will help you understand the legal risks of the murky path. He is also likable. He knew the judge involved in the criminal case involving my former business partner; the judge smiled at him and greeted him, which certainly made me feel better about my possibilities because that was the judge in my case as well. I hired Patrick specifically to reduce or improve my probation instructions and the price point was fair and agreed to up front by us both. We also agreed to what we would be requesting from the Judge specifically and what would be a realistic goal for me in getting some leniency on my probation instructions. In a few short weeks we got exactly everything we requested. How? Patrick first got the US Attorney assigned to my case to agree that he would not challenge our request. Second, he spoke with and got the same agreement from my Probation Officer. I credit his likability and professional demeanor to getting them on board with this. I had very difficult IRS issue to say the least, from the first day I walk into the RJS office I could feel the weight being lifted. Ronnie and his team were there for me through out the whole process which took almost 2 years, not once did I feel I was in the fight alone. The professional service they proved over and over again. I have had other things in the past that required me to seek professional guidance and not once have I received the same care and understanding of me and my situation that Ronnie and his team gave (100%) at a time when I needed. Dealing with the IRS at any level can be a very scary place, I truly thank God for bring RJS law to my rescue because in so many ways thats what they did. I hired Adrain because someone rear ended me on the freeway. He had a doctor and chiropractic care for me before I even paid him a dime. I’ve seen ads on TV and billboards saying don’t pay a dime unless we get you a settlement. Well I can tell you this is true with Adrian because I just went through all this. At first the insurance company didn’t want to pay but he kept fighting for me and after 18 months I got a settlement. Most would of quit and moved on!! Our landlord was insisting that we sign a new lease for 1 year (our initial year was almost complete) and we kindly asked for a month to month contract. We were excellent tenants who took care of the house. Normally a landlord can refuse and we all move on. But this was during covid and we had no intention of moving.
