Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. He was, thereby, able to see the big picture and present that to knock down the many blocks the opposition attempted to put forth as their reasons for denying my claim.
I truly don't think I could have succeeded in my appeal without the expert help of Mr. Bonnici. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself at the point of having an LTD claim denied.

I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very difficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. Big firms also hire paralegals and assistants at low cost to do all the work (including negotiation), and the 'real lawyer' would only talk to you on the phone for 10 minutes on the day you call, so do not expect to receive professional service and care. Jennifer doesn't spend much on ads, she trusted me and showed me that she cared about me and my wellbeing instead of just making a profit. She also addressed my concerns promptly and patiently and it meant a lot to me. Her kindness, not just her skills, makes her an extraordinary lawyer. I hope more people find and hire her as she deserves more business and us customers deserve great services that her firm provides. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family and would find her again if I need her service!

I traveled to California in July of 23 and met family members staying at a rental unit.
At this unit I had taken a fall off a low step hitting my head on the floor causing a black eye which lasted close to five weeks.
I felt the owner of this unit was negligent for not providing an alert to this step.

I was referred to Ms. Taylor by very close friends, so I already knew that she was very good at what she does. However, it's different when it is YOUR will or YOUR trust. I realized that I don't even like to think about having to do a will, much less actually complete the task. Mahogany makes the process straightforward from start to finish. She utilizes an estate planning questionnaire and before you know it, you've given her the information that she needs! Her rates are so reasonable and again straightforward. She also brought up things I hadn't even thought of and gave sage advice as to pros and cons of making particular choices. I hired attorney Gaba to represent me at the Hearing level of my SSDI application. Attorney Gaba thoroughly prepared me for discussion of the evidence in my medical record with the judge. The time was finally here. Once we were all connected on the phone (hearing was conducted on the phone due to the pandemic), the judge alluded to a Summary Brief that attorney Gaba submitted on my behalf. After the formalities, the judge made an on-the-record approval. Her brief, succinctly and clearly summarized the evidence in my record for the judge, and was instrumental in him making a favorable decision from the facts without moving to the hearing. I originally hired the hack lawyers Beach Cities Legal. After six months of my claim being denied and complete lack of care I fired them and hired Mr Rott. Quickly my claim was accepted and I got the medical attention I needed.
I had Mr Rotts cell phone number and he always answered my calls. He attended most of my Dr appointments and was very active in my care.
I never saw the inside of a courtroom.
He brought me from being denied to a $2.5 million settlement.
I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

I was injured because of the negligence of the company I worked for. And since there are laws protecting the employer and not necessarily the employee, Jonathan never sugar coated anything, he gave it to me blatant and honest, and I appreciated that!! The company I worked for was not forthright, they did not return phone calls, and they drug this thing out a lot longer than need be. But Jonathan never gave up, he always returned my phone calls, and he made me feel like I mattered! Mark has been excellent representing me and my wife on our fire victim claim that ravaged our home and lives from the "Camp Fire" disaster. We actually had other lawyers, firms, before finding Mark who personally works our ongoing fire victims claim. We stayed with Mark, and his firm, because he cares and follows through, stays in touch, listens, gets things done with great results after others had done nothing in comparison. The great thing about Mark is how he always finds time, he as well as his delegating to his staff, to reply to our emails and calls when we seek feedback or advice on our claim. So many lawyers just cut off all communication and let your case solve itself, even doing so without care for larger social issues that impact their case. Compared to several good lawyers and firms we have dealt with throughout life we put Mark in the top 2 %, if not the very top lawyer, especially when considering the nature of our claim, how devastating our losses were, his understanding of that and how to legally represent us to keep our winning case moving forward. The fire victims still have some way to go till the whole matter is finalized, and that takes real endurance and dedication on the part of any attorney. Not too long ago, some of the businesses in my community had barriers in their facilities which excluded people, like myself, with disabilities (mobility impairments) from accessing goods and services.
After contacting, consulting, and hiring Mark, positive results soon followed: those shameful barriers of exclusion, which had existed for years, came tumbling down as they were removed by the business owners.
Thanks to the many ADA betterments, which were executed as a direct result of the settlements negotiated by Mark, I am able to live more independently and to participate more actively in my community. My family and I now have more location options where we can shop or get services in an accessible manner. I feel, thanks to Mark and his Team, that I, never again, have to put up with being excluded from everyday activities, such as shopping at a corner store, going to a neighborhood restaurant or movie with family and friends, or using the swimming pool at a hotel on our family vacation. In my community, the action taken by Mark and his Team has truly resulted in a reduction of discrimination against people with disabilities and has opened doors for full participation in all aspects of everyday life for me and my family.

Did you hear the one about the lawyer that you can actually like? I didn't think so. Well, probably because you have not heard of Mark Potter and his incredible team. Lots of lawyers claim to be fighting for you, but most all of them are just fighting to get some extra padding in their wallet. Mark, being an ADA lawyer is out to fight the good fight with his clients in making an ignorant and inaccessible world more aware and accessible. Sure, the Americans With Disabilities Act was written with the intention of making America accessible for all, but the follow through and observance of the stipulations have been slow, if not completely lacking. Yes, the Department of Justice has a wing set up to handle complaints about entities, but they are so overburdened and understaffed they fail miserably. I have tried going the “civil” and more conservative route of utilizing the Departments complaint process, but to no avail. I had even been told by a representative that I may want to contact a lawyer, because the way the law was set up, real change will only happen with legal action. This is where Mark and his team come in because they know the law backwards and forwards and keep up with all the new changes and precedent setting cases so that your case case receives the most thorough research to obtain the best result, for you and everyone else who needs to access the entity. Mark and his office are extremely responsive, and I almost always receive an immediate if not instant response to any of my inquiries. Because of his expert knowledge, every detail is pored over so your case gets the maximum and most thorough resolution. This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. Jeremy & Ariel Elias are the MONA LISA of the DUI Defense world. This is going to sound crazy but thanks to these two, my charge has almost become a borderline pleasant experience lmao. I wish we could have met under better circumstances but I thank the universe we did at that moment.
Of course, I take full responsibility for my actions and there are things that I have to do to make amends for... Ah where to start lol. If I could give Jeremy beyond 5 stars I would. When I found myself in a jam with the law. I was so stressed and overwhelmed that I begin to search for lawyer's. I met with a few that I had felt just weren't right. I came across Jeremy's page and read through some review's and decided to give him a call. He answered and I gave him a brief overview of my Sitiuation and from there we scheduled an appointment to meet in person and further discuss my case. I met with him in person and right at the end of our meeting I knew he was the one I wanted for my case.
Jeremy walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease and less embarrassed for my actions I made. I am speechless when It comes to how much Mr. Brodsky is able to help. I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky.
Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others.
His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble. Even though technically he is defending only me, he always acted in the best interests of both of us, which I could defintely say is not how any other attorneys would have done.
Ultimately he was able get the charges dismissed which is very important for us. We couldn't afford to have a case like that as it would have haunted us for the rest of our lives. We were very glad to have chosen Mr. Brodsky to represent us. We would forever be grateful to Mr. Stephen Brodsky. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone.
I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life. Only Mr. Brodsky was passionate enough to understand that and help me to fight the charges and got rid of them completely. Not just Mr. Brodksy, other attorneys who assisted in my case all showed the same compassion which is wonderful to see now a days.

I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. I had the privilege of working with Ralph Santoro at the office of Goldberg Jones over the course of the last year and a half. Ralph was simply outstanding, if I could recommend an attorney to anyone going through the same divorce and custody struggles that I went through, I would recommend Ralph any day of the week.

Ralph helped me get through what was supposed to be an amicable divorce but turned out to be very nasty. He was extremely knowledgeable, always on time with requests, and quick to get back to me anytime I contacted him. He made me comfortable knowing that his goal was not to make as much work as possible in order to gain more hours from me. Ben Aguilar is a talented, whip-smart, and thorough attorney. Like many Veterans, I filed a claim with the VA for a host of illnesses, to include two bouts of kidney cancer, which resulted in the removal of half of my right kidney and complete removal of my left. As a result, I have been on daily dialysis for the past two + years. After receiving the VA rejection letter, I spoke with an old Air Force buddy and close friend who several years ago also filed and was rejected. He told me that after fighting the VA for nearly five years, he reached out to Attorney Eagle. Attorney Eagle took his case and began the appeal process which resulted in a 100 % service connected ruling from the VA. I put off calling her and my buddy kept pestering me to pick up the phone and to give her a call. Finally, I quit stalling and gave her a call. I knew within the first minute of speaking with her that she was a fighter and that her mission in life is helping Veterans like my buddy and I to get the benefits we deserved. We talked for a good 30 minutes and then I heard her say “You have a case “. That’s all I needed to hear. She went right to work on my appeal and within a reasonable amount of time, I got the call that the VA had reviewed my appeal and I was rated 100 percent service connected disabled. I could hear in her voice how excited she was to be able to tell me that. I served in United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. I was stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam from 1971-1973, as fuel specialist. During that time, I was exposed to many different toxic chemicals including Agent Orange. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and then two years later with thyroid cancer, the residual effects dramatically affected not only me but my family. After speaking with a representative for the Missouri Veterans Commission, I submitted a claim for exposure to Agent Orange. That claim was immediately denied. After this denial, the representative suggested I seek legal representation and was given the name of Katrina Eagle, Esq. Veterans Law Attorney. Little did I know then the dedication, tenacity and compassion this woman would show me for the next ten years! Over the course of the last ten years, numerous denials, frustrations and moments of utter disappointment and lack of the energy to continue this fight occurred, however Katrina was always there never wavering in her support and encouragement to not give up the fight. The Board of Veterans Affairs (BVA) denied our claims several times, the cases were then submitted to the US Courts of Appeals not once but twice and both times the Courts sent them back to the BVA for review. Thanks to Katrina and Jim Radogna’s continued support, knowledge and empathy for me, I am now at 100% disability. Never could I have imagined this outcome and will forever be thankful for their continuous support and encouragement to never give up the fight!

My Air Force veteran husband was in the hospital for eight months with an acute leukemia when we heard about Katrina. She took his case and worked through all the red tape and an appeal to get him into the VA and ultimately a settlement. I too am an attorney, but could not have managed this process without her. Be prepared, its a long process, lots of "hurry up & wait", but if you can produce the info she needs to make your case, she knows the system!

Jim Pokorny is an absolute class act. Talk about someone who knows the system, and crosses every T, and dots every I. I was arrested for domestic violence. Upon contacting Mr. James Pokorny's office, having used him when I was dealing with a juvenile violation, he was responsive and helped me resolve the case with a strong offer from the DA. Well, 10+ years later I received a Drunk in Public, and Mr. Pokorny and his associate Michele Gardenier again were there to help get me out of the situation. Pokorny referred me to one of his junior lawyers, Mr. Erik Bruner, who was absolutely fabulous.
Mr. Bruner had a close and respectful relationship with the City Attorney, making her more amenable to negotiation given the mutual respect. I had a pretty ugly police report, resulting from my attitude towards the officers which included slipping my (thin) wrists from the handcuffs twice, making rude/obnoxious comments, kicking and screaming, the whole gamut. Mr. Bruner managed to get me out of the situation largely scott free. He was able to get the DA to agree to entirely dismiss the case, as if nothing had ever occurred, provided I simply attend a few AA or NA meetings over a pre-specified time period. Very happy with this result. Had previously considered another attorney who acted as if the case would be impossible to get a reasonable deal, so I was shocked when Mr. Bruner was able to so quickly negotiate such an agreeable conclusion, after which my entire case disappears! I was shocked he was able to get such an attractive offer, in short time. GREAT ATTORNEYS, BOTH ERIK AND JAMES POKORNY!
ALSO, GREAT ASSOCIATE IN MICHELE GARDENIER, WHO WORKS FOR MR. POKORNY AND MR. BRUNER AND HANDLES MOST (IF NOT ALL) OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECTS OF THE CASE; SHE IS REALLY ON TOP IT!
My opinions here are particularly useful to someone evaluating a prospective attorney, as I had initially used a different attorney who failed to attend several required appearances; acted as if the case was impossible to overcome without harsh penalties; and clearly ran a lackluster operation from an administrative standpoint, hence the failed appearances discussed in the foregoing. I found it to be a huge relief once I had switched to Pokorny's offices and was working with Michele Gardenier, Erik Bruner and James Pokorny.
GREAT FIRM, 100% RECOMMENDED.
