Mr. Conforti’s honesty, knowledge, and professionalism were a key role in dropping my felony drug charge into a misdemeanor with NO TIME OR PROBATION! He definitely needs to be know as one of San Diego’s best Law Attorneys. I was facing some real time as I was being charged with conspiracy. My mom was in a very difficult federal case, she was facing at least 10 years in prison For something she didn't do, Jason took my mom's case analyzed it and told me the strategy he was going to use to defend my mom, and just as he planned it, that's how things turned out, thanks to God and Jason my mom is free, the charges were dropped and she never had to go to prison or house arrest.

Mr. Daley assisted me on 3 separate occasions over the years, and he recently saved my butt when I needed his help the most. His expertise in the judicial system and experience with the prosecution resulted in the best outcome for me. The worst outcome would have been 90 days in jail, and Mr. Daley was able to reduce the penalties to NO jail time and NO public work service. Mr. Daley was always available to communicate by email and text through the entire 3 month court process. His paltry retainer fee was absolutely worth it, and his professionalism showed during the court proceeding as he handled the judge (I only had to pay administrative court fees, saving me another $1500-2000).
If you want the best possible outcome for your case, hire Mr. Daley and follow all his suggestions. He will support you and save you as he has done for me and countless others.

Mr.Bourne was with me for 2 YEARS. He helped fight my DV case and got me a deal that is pretty much unheard of no probation, no time served, fees waved & got it expunged off my record. He’s quick to respond and keeps you up to date on any new information as soon as he gets it.

I was arrested and charged with a felony. When I spoke to my public defender the best option she could give me was to plead guilty for the felony and take 2 years of felony probation. I contacted attorney Bourne and explained my case to him and he got the the charge dropped down to a misdemeanor, unsupervised probation and I didn’t even have to pay any court fees! Thanks Josh !

Dacely was hired to represent me in a Federal incitement case that I was involved in. I was facing 16 years in prison. My mental and physical health was in jeopardy due to the stress of the case. I conducted many interviews before making the decision to work with Shawn. I familiarized myself with what chapter 7 entailed and most details on how it worked. Many lawyers made up answers to my questions that were not correct according to the law, I felt they were just trying to reel me in. Shawn answered every single question I had precisely and I felt I could work with him even after 15 minutes of talking to him over the phone. I had my doubts with the process since my case was decently complex compared to most, but he alleviated me of all my anxieties throughout the process. I felt like he personally cared about my case and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the result in a timely manner with no hiccups. I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with Shawn. I have a unique issue in that a tenant died and left property in my building. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!
He was paid in full and NEVER filed my response to my ex filing for divorce, even though I signed in his office a whole year prior. Now it's been 2 years into the process working together and he still hasn't filed?!?! Not only was that a huge fail - He can't mediate to save his life. If you are at an impasse in your divorce, he does not posses the tools to help you through it.
We stopped working with him and I hired an attorney who caught it immediately on the first phone consult. When I reached out Scott about it he ignored my question and told me, he has a system that works well and has many happy clients. (What does that have to do with him not performing the work he was paid for?) Total deflection.
An entire 2 years working with this man through the divorce process for nothing. Not only money wasted but time that I can't get back. I'm filing a complaint with the SDCBA, State Bar of California and filing a fee of dispute. $6k-$7k down the drain to accomplish nothing!

Specifically, what I appreciated about Scott's approach was that he would explain what would typically happen in court, what would be arguable in court, what typically happens in mediation, and what were standard topics to be negotiated in mediation. Several times, we were close to moving away from mediation and going to court, which would have been an extreme waste of money in our case. Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.
