Jason Jones is a fantastic lawyer. Not only because he is extremely knowledgeable in the Bankruptcy Law arena, but also because he is patient, helpful and explains the issues with your case until you understand them fully.
We live in an age, especially within the Bankruptcy realm, where lawyers share the common perspective of attracting cases that bring in a low-dollar, but at a high-volume. Thus, any client that presents a case with a complication, glitch, or a request for extra time invested via an additional explanation is avoided. Jason, however, does not share this perspective.
My Bankruptcy case was extremely complicated. I accrued a tremendous amount of debt, prior to a recent marriage, that on paper appeared to fall into a Ch. 11 category. Previously, I spoke with several lawyers who frankly wasted my time with in-take forms and lack of communication. Jason, however, was different.
On his own time, he listened to my situation, understood the intricacies and took on my challenge. In fact, Jason peeled away the layers and misinformation from others, explained the Means Test, and enabled me to realize that my case was really a complicated a Ch. 7 and not anything else.
Ultimately, I succeeded with my case and would not have reached this goal if I didn't secure Jason's representation. He and his associate, Rachel, were extremely informative, knowledgeable and patient. I must have spent several hours on the phone with Jason understanding my complications that I know for certain was not included in my fee.

Jason was wonderful during our bk process. It is not a process that one is happy to enter, but he made us feel at ease right away. He had a long conversation with us, answered all of our questions, and told us what we could expect. During the process we felt we were in the best hands with he and Rachel-- that they really knew what they were doing and looking out for us. Eight years ago, my family contracted with Teddy McNamara to amend my father's trust upon his death. Teddy's work back then assured that we returned to him eight years later when my Mom passed away. Teddy was attentive and very responsive in dealing with the administration of my Mom's trust/estate, which involved long-distance tasks/signing papers. In addition, Teddy was very available at all times (particularly on weekends and after hours), and was personable. We shared travel information, which was a welcome diversion from all of the tasks at hand! We greatly appreciated this aspect. Administration of my Mom's estate was timely and quick, which is how I wanted it to be.
The only recommendation I would make is that documents be reviewed a bit more thoroughly before going to the client, i.e. spelling and correct names. A quick re-check before sending documents out would probably suffice.

Being in the busy city of San Diego California, I wasn’t expecting to get in a car accident on my way to work. Hanecak Law went above and beyond to work for what was right. About twenty years ago, Tony had helped my parents and I get through a challenging criminal case. Achieving the best result possible. But, it is now twenty years later and I am scrambling for an attorney in a family law case. I thought of Tony briefly, but shrugged him off thinking.....he doesn't practice family law. Until, I am now down to the wire and I need representation fast, like now. I am downtown San Diego and I decide to reach out to Tony on a whim. Not only do I locate Tony, I leave a message with his firm briefly explaining the situation. Its a Friday and I am thinking I am toast. The next day, Saturday, and Tony calls and tells me to meet him on Monday to go over the case. I did not even have to ask him one question about fees? is he available, can he be proactive, nothing. It was like such loyalty from his prior work twenty years ago like it was yesterday! He did not miss a beat. He was on it from hello and went on to win with the best results possible. I guess I am trying to say that Tony is so good and with it for his clients that he responded just like the twenty years did not even exist. He operates today like he did twenty years ago. I have never heard of a divorce is traumatizing or as messy as my own. I was devastated by the unfair and untrue allegations my ex brought to the court and the resulting financial, custody, emotional and mental battle that ensued. Tony met with me the same day I contacted him and assured me he would always tell the truth even if I didn’t want to hear it. I was not at all prepared financially for this divorce and we worked out a very reasonable payment plan. The constant onslaught of paperwork, emails, Serving notices and phone calls were very overwhelming but Tony was able to take care of everything for me and simplify the process in a situation I thought would never resolve. Once the dust settled and I felt emotionally and mentally ready to represent myself Tony graciously shared the pros and cons of my decision and we came to an agreement that I could handle the rest on my own. I can not begin to express how appreciative I am for the level of service and support I have received from Steve Murphy and his outstanding paralegal, Laura Romero. Steve came highly recommended by a close friend of mine that was going through a very difficult divorce. Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. Su represented me as my defense in an extremely difficult and high stakes 2.5-year case that ended in trial. Plaintiff, plaintiffs counsel and plaintiffs peers conspired to embellish and fabricate “new facts” for a favorable outcome and Su was able to expose Plaintiffs embellishments and craft an impressive argument around conduct and credibility that ultimately won over the jury with $0 granted to the plaintiff! On top of this, Su took my case extremely personally as if it was her being sued personally taking on a full office of plaintiffs counsel seemingly with ease. I would now consider a good friend and feel sorry for anyone with the misfortune of competing against her in the future.

Mauro was my attorney and the IRS had sent me a bill showing that I owed hundreds and thousands of dollars. He took this bill looked into it, found that it was a mistake not only got the money waived, but got me money back that the IRS was holding. He did this quick, easy efficiently, and I did minimal work. I received my check from the IRS a lot quicker than I had anticipated. I consider myself lucky for having a defense attorney refer me to Noam Glick. Noam is a plaintiff attorney and he absolutely looked out for me. I was always able to hear it in his tone how he was working on trying to solve my case.
When I first was in touch with Noam, he took over one hour on the phone asking me questions to see how he can help me.
His patience in helping me out on a case that was a challenge from the start shows his determination. I was always able to speak, email and even text with him directly.
It was nice to have an attorney tell me how it is, what to expect and always having a plan on what can be done throughout the process. It was a great experience to have such a top notch and straight-forward attorney representing me and being very realistic.
No joke but he is a needle in a haystack. Regardless if he had not won my case, I would have highly recommended him. This review was written without Noam nor his staff requesting I write a review.
I cannot compare other attorneys but from stories I have heard, I'm very lucky. Not once did I have to go through anyone to communicate with Noam...within minutes to a maximum of two hours, I always heard back from him. The only exception when I did hear from legal attorney assistant is where I wanted to have my check sent to.
I appreciate everything Noam has done for me and he will always be my point of contact should I come across someone that needs him. Thank you!

I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with Shawn. I have a unique issue in that a tenant died and left property in my building. Shawn looked up civil codes and explained to me how to navigate this tricky situation. He is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He then recommended another firm to handle my case. I can't say enough great things about this law firm! My family went through the CSLB Arbitration process after our roof was improperly installed by a licensed contractor. My name is David.
I hired Shawn and Kelly to help me seek damages from a contractor who installed defective materials in my home. After 9 months of being ignored, deceived, and mistreated by the contractor, I decided to pursue legal action.
Shawn and Kelly took a proactive and professional approach and initially created a very detailed demand letter citing various legal precedence and legal remedies to attempt to find an out of court settlement. Coupled with claims with the California Contractors State License Board and the contractor’s Bond company, we were not only successful achieving a fair settlement, but I also covered my legal costs and all of the costs to repair my home. I contacted Daphne though her website and completed an intake form, heard back the same week with follow up questions. I was asked to email over any documentation, I sent e-mails and screenshots from my employer. Daphne & her team quickly got back to me with guidance that truly saved me! She’s been great and helped me process through my maternity leave! I had a question about how long I can take and her guide on maternity leave provided clarity! My employer stated I had 8 weeks but after consulting with Daphne she shared they were wrong and that CFRA California regulations states I had 12! I brought it up to my employer and they confirmed I had 12 (but never once brought it up as an option). George Kindley represented our family in a case of Elder Abuse which resulted in the loss of a family member. The facts were clearly in our favor yet the opposing entities continually put up roadblocks to demoralize us and try to "discourage" George. Not once in this almost four year battle did George give any indication of giving up or wanting to "throw in the towel" just to get it over with.
