I highly recommend Attorney Douglas if your car is a lemon. I drove a brand-new Tesla for a year and had to take it in for service six times due to screen issues.
I researched many lemon attorneys on Avvo and chose this firm because Douglas was the only attorney who explained legal terms in plainEnglish, making sure I understood everything. English is not my first language, and his patience and clarity made me confident I was in good hands. Douglas was kind and took the time to explain everything to me.
Douglas and his team kept me updated on each step and followed up regularly. Although I live in Northern California, working with him from a different city was no issue at all.
Since I work full-time, I returned the car over the weekend, and his team was incredibly helpful in organizing a convenient time. I received my check within three weeks after returning the car, which was very fast.

He and his staff are super nice and really pay attention to every detail, and they made this process so easy for me.
I leased a beautiful new 2022 RAM 1500 right off the showroom floor. But within just a few hundred miles I was already taking it in for repairs. I took it in 9 or 10 times in less than two years.
Thankfully, I have a lemon-law lawyer in the family, so I called Doug to see if I had a case. He had me gather every work order (pre-work) and invoice (post-repair) and email them to him. The service department didn’t have any problem emailing copies to me, either. THAT made everything so much easier, too.
I did have a case, and in a phone consultation, Doug walked me through the process. The whole process took about 6 months. And now I have a small chunk of change that I had not expected to have.

Murphy Law Group was vital in getting California BRN to approve my RN license reinstatement. This is the 'go to' firm for help with professional licensure!

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Jennifer was helping me navigate the Social Security Disability process. She was recommended by a co-worker who spoke very highly of her. Throughout all of our correspondence by email and phone she was incredibly helpful and patient. Applying for and navigating the SSDI system can be very challenging for anyone, and Jennifer guided me all the way until I received my benefits. Without her help it probably would have taken years to get an approval, and it’s quite possible I would have been denied the whole way. She was very patient and explained in detail about what I needed to do in getting my medical records up to date and submitted on time, as well as making sure I filled out the forms properly. I could go on and on about how helpful, patient and professional Jennifer was for me but I’ll just say this……Jennifer is amazing at her job. As soon as I hired Michael, things started to move forward with my workers comp case. I originally hired the hack lawyers Beach Cities Legal. After six months of my claim being denied and complete lack of care I fired them and hired Mr Rott. Quickly my claim was accepted and I got the medical attention I needed.
I had Mr Rotts cell phone number and he always answered my calls. He attended most of my Dr appointments and was very active in my care.
I never saw the inside of a courtroom.
He brought me from being denied to a $2.5 million settlement.
I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.

Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. He was, thereby, able to see the big picture and present that to knock down the many blocks the opposition attempted to put forth as their reasons for denying my claim.
I truly don't think I could have succeeded in my appeal without the expert help of Mr. Bonnici. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself at the point of having an LTD claim denied.

Actually I met Mrs Donovan in my hardest time ever when my ex husband kid napped my two little children and lost all my rights, it seemed impossible to get them back specially my ex husband took an advantage of me not knowing any of my rights but Mrs Donovan was supportive and fully equipped to help me and with her help I was able to get my kids back.

Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. Not only were both cars badly damaged, but my neck and back suffered substantial injuries. I worked with Harun Kazmi to help apply for my green card (permanent resident card) and the entire process was a breeze. We only met in person once to go over a list of required documents (which I had to collect and send over to their office) and Harun and their team handled the rest of the process. Harun was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process over e-mail as well. My wife and I even moved cities after having submitted our petitions (from SD to LA - changing our USCIS field office).
