Mr. Blair is the Bomb! He got my assault charge dropped, then in court he wiped the court room with them, it was beautiful, poetry in motion, and he got them hit with a 2 year restraining order! So don't waste your time sizing up lawyers, he's the best! Time worrying is time wasted, let him do that for you! You wont regret it!

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. He was factual rather than emotional. Our trial ended more quickly and favorably than we anticipated as a result of Mr. Scott’s professional and human excellence.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

My husband and I called the law offices of David Chesney at his first court date they were super kind over the phone explained everything to us took our payment over the phone partial and let us make payments as the case was going forward any questions that we had we were answered promptly. They even called us and did a follow-up a few months later to see how we were doing. I hope I don't ever have to use them again, but if for some reason we do definitely will. will also recommend them to family and friends if needed

Lynne is really good at what she does professionally but equally importantly she is a wonderful person. I consulted her for a VAWA case and was touched by her genuine concern for me.
I hired her and while it took 3 years (conditions beyond her control), she was with me at every step of the way and got the outcome we were looking for!
She is really prompt with her response which is very comforting as we mainly communicated through e-mail.
I am truly very grateful to Lynne, Emily Arnold (who has since moved out) and her staff.

How can I say enough positive things about the man that not only kept me out of jail, but who brilliantly and gracefully guided me through the legal process during the scariest and most uncertain time of my life. I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Absolute Professional! Jacob took my case after my unlawful DUI arrest. I was pulled over where the Officer proceeded to tell my the reason was for failing to signal. All while my blinker was on while he states this. When I told him my blinker is still on, he then changed it to, you have a plastic covering over your license plate( take that off if you have it). He then saw my passenger and stated "looks like she had a good time", what about you?. He the proceeded to pull me out of the car for a sobriety check. I didn't argue because I had nothing to worry about. I did explain that I and a disabled COMBAT Veteran so my knees aren't the best. He stated do your best, I laughed and said ok. Went through the whole test and passed with no problem. He the proceeded to give me a breathalyzer...5 times. Under first 4 times. The fifth over by literally nothing. They placed me in cuffs and arrested me. My passenger prescribed Jacob as a lawyer who specializes in military and veterans. He got me out ASAP without having to post bail. The following week after I recieved my paperwork. We saw they stated in their report that I was combative and that led to pursuing the arrest. BTW, I blew under at the station as well. Little did they realize, my passenger recorded the whole thing. When they brought it up, Jacob hit them with the recorreckless. Offered wet and wreckless...Jacob specializes in Military diversion so that was his play after they offered Wet and wreckless. He then presented my case as a decorated Military service member with no prior. Emphasizing that it would be an injustice to me and fellow Veterans. Asked if I was willing to go all the way. BIG YES!!! He then prescribed prior to trial, Military Diversion. In my experience as a proud service member, that was rarely approved. Well he got it done!!! To end this briefly, he said he could, and he did. Everything dismissed, esponged, and clean record. This guy is the truth, and loves helping us who defend or defended this country. Jacob Austin is THE guy you want!!! A+++
