complete fraud
This attorney charged me $7500 to represent my interest if a R.O, against my son I wanted removed as I did not put it on. Instead she sold me out and had my son removed to a rehab facility , did not mention the removal of the order without even telling me. She did that to help the prosecutor. It lead to disastrous results to my son leading to his death and the destruction of my family. I hired her the next day in shock at her behavior so criminal. Do not be fooled she does not know who her client is and will she rip you off also OF Course.

My husband and I called the law offices of David Chesney at his first court date they were super kind over the phone explained everything to us took our payment over the phone partial and let us make payments as the case was going forward any questions that we had we were answered promptly. They even called us and did a follow-up a few months later to see how we were doing. I hope I don't ever have to use them again, but if for some reason we do definitely will. will also recommend them to family and friends if needed

Jordan was and is one of the worst lawyers I ever had to deal with in my life.
I contacted him because he was a referral from a friend seeking help for being wrongfully terminated from a job.
At first he seemed very caring and understanding and on my side and then as the days went by it was like I was an annoyance to him.
Anytime I would ask a question through text about something he was doing he would talk down to me like I was a child.
He has a huge ego and on a high horse.
At one point my family advised me to ask a question about something he was doing and oh my god did I get a wrath from him, even Jordan saying "is your mother a lawyer? I am a lawyer, do not question my actions"
I just couldn't even believe it, it went from telling me that I was going to get a huge settlement to making me feel worthless and the enemy in the case. After a few months of Jordan going ghost he had his office message me that they were not going to continue with the case and gave me a referral.
It was more then 6 months waste of time and I couldn't even do anything after that it was too late to even have a case after that long of waiting
The owner of the place I was wrongfully terminated even offered a settlement and Jordan refused it saying he could get more money.
So in the end I got absolutely nothing because he didn't want to take the case anymore. Highly do not recommend this guy. Some lawyers especially this one are way to high on a horse to be brought down to reality.

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. He was factual rather than emotional. Our trial ended more quickly and favorably than we anticipated as a result of Mr. Scott’s professional and human excellence.

She did our will--took longer than expected, and we had to follow up with her several times to get status updates. I called her on 8/10 to do a simple legal name change, and she took over a month to start the process, then hasn't responded to any emails since then. I called to follow up on 9/22, and she told me everything would be filed by the end of the week...and nothing. Just called back, and was told yet again that she was unavailable and they had no updates.

I was facing 5 felonies and 2 misdemeanors from the DA in CA. He was top notch and did a fantastic job at representing me in court. He understood my fears of the unsurmountable charges I was facing and the possibility of a very long jail sentence. He was positive he could get the charges reduced or dropped. I was very skeptical for sure and prepared my family and I for jail time. All said and done, Alex got 4 felonies, 1 misdemeanor dropped and no jail time. He also negotiated with the DA that the one felony charge could be dropped to a misdemeanor after 2 years. DA agreed. Served no jail time but I was served lowest form of parole (no weekly or monthly check ins, just had to request travel passes to go out of my county and keep straight with the law) for 3 years. Thanks to a new CA law, my felony parole ended after 2 years. Now I will use him to expunge the felony to a misdemeanor. In the worst time of my life he was a godsend. I highly recommend

He's decent at best. Not aggressive at all! Does not respond well! Thinks of himself as doing a highly moral job and looks down on his clients who need help with problems! Does a decent job with your case and that's the only upside. The downside is that he's too passive and refuses to go after the other party or even recommend on how we could go after them for damages! Would not recommend him. He's too soft for law!

When I recently found myself in need of legal counsel, Mr. Casiano was recommended to me by a trusted friend. A few years ago, he had helped her and her family with trust and will matters, and she didn't hesitate to send me to him. In addition to Vinnie's prodigious knowledge of wills, trusts and estate planning, his expertise in Elder Law proved to be immensely helpful when the matriarch of the family reached the age where she needed to go to a permanent skilled nursing facility. He guided the family through the confusing realm of Social Security, Medicare and Medi-Cal, and he showed them how to best utilize those programs for the benefit of the lady. Just as importantly, he provided the family with information on how to deal with the sometimes less than helpful nursing home and hospital doctors, administrators and staff, so that their loved one got the best care at the least expense possible. Subsequently, upon her death, Vinnie's legal expertise and actions resulted in maintaining the maximum value of the estate that she was able to bequeath to her children.
The situation I needed Vinnie for was very similar. I had a relative whose health was in steady decline, and I enlisted Vinnie's help in dealing with hospitals, emergency rooms and nursing homes. He was in the process of gaining a conservatorship status for me, when my relative died. At that point, he shifted to helping me with processing a will that was executed by my relative, and with the necessary filings with Probate Court. His advice and counsel have been stellar, and he is helping to move things along expeditiously. He has a genuine desire to treat his clients in a friendly and respectful manner, and his sense of humor helps to blunt some of the inevitable angst that occurs when dealing with legal matters and the court system.
In short, I highly recommend Mr. Casiano to anyone looking for expert legal advice from a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney.
