Thank you Mr. Pogosian for your help and guidance during my hearing. Although my court hearing was stressful and I was nervous, as I had never gone through this type of process before, Mr. Pogosian guided and supported me the entire way, from our pre-court phone conversations, our face to face pre-hearing date meeting, to our time after the hearing. Mr. Pogosian was very professional. I arrived 30 minutes early for my court date because I was very nervous but Mr. Pogosian was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. If you did not understand something such as a legal terms or procedure he would explain it in away you could understand. That really helped when I got in to see the judge. I was very impressed with him and if needed I would hire him again. Thank you for assigning Mr. Pogosian to my case!

I thought Jack did a good job. I understand that he is all over the country with these hearings and it is not feasible to meet with every client. How ever from my side I've waited for over 2 year for this hearing and it would have been a little more reassuring to meet with the representative earlier then 10 to 15 minutes prior to the hearing when I have concerns. He did a pretty good job preparing me over the phone and telling me what expect and the outcome was good.

I highly recommend Ms. Leffew to hire her as your lawyer. She tries her best to take your side in any possible way. When the judge becomes stupid that is not Ms. Michelle fault.
I have hired her as my lawyer to fight for my restrain order that was issued under my name. And she tried her best to fight for it and brought good points to the attention of court but the judge was unfair. I gave all the credit to Ms. Michelle and Mr. fine for representing me and both of them are great lawyers. Hire them without any regrets.

I had a high speed chase with the helicopter and was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor, I was possibly facing more than a year in prison and this pit bull of a lawyer got it reduced to a misdemeanor with a little bit of community service and a very small fine. I was referred to her through a friend who had gotten himself in some hot water as well and she also worked her magic for him. She’s super cool and her communication is excellent, I couldn’t be happier. If you’re in serious legal trouble you need her on your team, trust me.

I was very fortunate to retain Claire Lightner to represent me in my Divorce a few years back. I must say she couldn't make me feel more secure and really handled my Divorce flawlessly. She was always available and accessible and I never felt like I could not reach her for any questions or concerns I may have had. Going through a divorce was one of the most stressful events in my life and I couldn't have been in better hands. She had to work with a very difficult petitioner who had a very challenging lawyer. I was so impressed with how she wouldn't to allow the legal expenses for useless actions brought on by the petitioner to get out of hand. She was excellent in the courtroom and always well prepared. First off, no one asked me or suggested I write a favorable review for my former Attorney Claire Lightner (pause to raise right hand and solemnly swear). This is just a small token of my appreciation for her taking on my train wrecked case, knowing that there would be no big pay out at the conclusion. The other reason I'm writing this review is for those conducting their due diligence in seeking a strong female divorce attorney who is scrupulous, smart, and a true advocate. (I went through 3 attorneys prior to finding Claire, two of which were women and neither one held a candle to Claire.) I know that's a big statement and I wouldn't say it if it weren't true - especially after the WAR I went through (4 years) in total. After my horrific experience with the painfully slow family court system, and attorneys (1 especially who represented me for 9 months who truly earned the rep that most attorneys are blood suckers), I felt folks should know that there is an attorney I would recommend and I'm sure other clients of Claire's would as well. My only regret is I found her so late in my case that much of it was not repairable. That said, she fought hard to right the ship as best as she could and I and my children will be forever grateful. Claire and her paralegal Dorothy work well as a team and are meticulous with details. Expect nothing but sheer professionalism, don't expect hand holding, a shoulder to cry on or therapy (not that they aren't sympathetic), they are, but they are not about wracking up billable hours - which is a good thing! They stick to facts and the law and present them in a clear and convincing way. Advice or consults are good as well - if you want to start there. I feel Claire is honest in her reaction in hearing the details of the case and also predicts an honest scenario of expectation too. Even if it's not best case for you or what you hoped to hear. Now that I think is the mark of TRUE professional with morals and values! In the more often than not ugly divorce business, I think that's really something. Good luck!

I left a firm three years ago and almost one year to the day, my old firm decided to take me to arbitration. Your first thought is, how will I get through this mess and your second is how will it turn out? I knew I needed someone to walk me through the arbitration process. My wife and I started interviewing numerous lawyers to represent me and when we met Mark he demonstrated that he had a firm grasp of what I was about to go through. And when we hired him he developed a comprehensive plan of action to represent me. During the arbitration process Mark was reassuring and continually updated me. Because of his personal approach to my case I felt relief knowing he was the best. He did not represent himself that he was going to win my case but he told me that he would do everything he could to ensure we came out well on the other side. I hope nothing like this happens to me again but if it does Mark’s office will be the one I call.

I had been in law enforcement for thirty-five years before retiring in 2014 and have owned a New Jersey Private investigation firm since 2016. Early this Spring, I needed to find a California Private Investigator in order to assist me in conducting a multi jurisdictional investigation.

Ever since Vikram passed away about a month and half ago, I only received one call and that was letting me know Vikram had passed away. And someone new would be charge of my case. I had court today 3/28/2022. No one was there to represent me. Prior to my court for more then a week I would call the office to speak to somebody. No one would return my call. I had a good experience with Vikram. But someone was supposed to be in charge of my case after him passing.. I payed alot of money for what so no one could represent me.. Thank God I spoke to a Public Defender and told them mu situation while I was there at court thinking someone would represent me. The public Defender took over the case. And got my case Dismissed. I think I should be allowed a refund of my continuance fee .

The Zalkin team changed my life, and they feel like family to me. They expertly navigated the rough waters of a difficult and lengthy lawsuit -- all the way up through trial preparations -- and negotiated an out-of-court settlement to the satisfaction of both parties. They brilliantly researched and applied a little-known clause in the Servicemember Civil Relief Act to my case, which was unprecedented, significantly extending the statute of limitations and allowing my lawsuit to continue.
