I have an impossible case that had been going on for 8 years. Every legal battle took the fight out of me to the point where no lawyer wanted to take my case. I was the defendant in a frivolous lawsuit and Pierre Basmaji represented me. It was a difficult case as the plaintiff and their attorney dragged their heels through the entire process, wouldn't communicate, etc. I had never been sued and this was a big lawsuit filed in federal court involving intellectual property. I was an emotional wreck, frightened and nervous. Pierre not only knew the laws involving my case inside and out, but he calmed me down many a time during the process. Since then I have hired him to draft an operating agreement for my business as well as an employee contract. I can't recommend him high enough.

Leila helped me with a complex trademark matter for my small business. I had (naively) filed the trademark registration on my own and received an office action. I was referred to Leila through a friend who is also her client and she was extremely responsive. I am in one of the worst times of my life, going through a lot of things that can break a person.
I was in a critical need for help and no money to pay for it.
I randomly chose Rony Sagy from a Google search and sent her a letter asking for help, thinking how stupid I am and that i will never hear back from her. Because she dosent know me, and too busy for to deal with a stranger's problem that has nothing to give back in return.
Never the less, I get a message telling me to call the next day and she will see what she can do for me (I specifically wrote to her that I have no money).
To make this review as short as possible, She then listened to my whole story and when I was done telling it, She just laid a brilliant, and super sensitively detailed solution strategy that was clear to me to be the best way possible out of this mess!
When we got off the phone, She then called me back because that she had one more important tool to give me that will help me "clean" this mess.
I followed that advice the same day and everything just worked and problem is being solved.

I recommend them too. We are a tiny start-up. Adam drafted and filed three patent applications - all beautifully done and all within budget ($5000 per application). They know everything there is about the patent system and really helped me focus resources where the value is greatest. They then did the trademark work for me. They made everything easy. They were not bottom budget, but were 100% worth every dollar. They are helping me with filing in Europe and China and seem to have excellent contacts and negotiate really reasonable fees. Everything is budgeted up front and the estimates have been very accurate. Yes - I highly recommend them for patent work.

Mr. Coleman is an extremely intelligent attorney with many years of experience dealing with Professional Disability. His expertise in the field secured my claim once I became disabled from continuing practice in Anesthesiology and needed to activate my profession specific disability policy. The Insurance Company made many erroneous attempts to disqualify my policy, but Mr. Coleman was very adept at defending me and deflecting their excuses not to pay. I would recommend him to any professional who finds themselves in the situation where they need to interact with their Insurance Company concerning payment of their policy and maintaining the integrity of the policy agreement. I contacted Daniel for a time/money critical case which had to be resolved ASAP. I am a first timer and have never sniffed the air in a court room or a lawyer's office before. I did not know how to go about the issue. Upon calling multiple individual lawyers/Law firms, i was able to reach Daniel and he was kind enough to explain how something like would work and what my options were.
After carefully considering Daniels's inputs, i was able to put together all the facts and proofs needed for the case and he was willing to take the case on contingency. (Which itself was a big deal for me.)
While the paper work and other formalities were being addressed, Daniel engaged me at every corner and ensured that no key details are missed and i am aware of the of the progress. When the process came to an end, Daniel ensured that the problem was presented in it's entirety, making both parties clearly understand where the gap was and the best approach to resolve the situation.
The case never had to go to court and we had a very smooth resolution prior to the court date.
For what impression one might have for a 1st time court case, Daniel surely made it easier than it seemed to be. I would highly recommend Daniel to resolve consumer grievance for the kind of experience i personally received despite the outcome of the dispute.

My car was involved in an automobile accident and I was unable to make any headway with the insurance companies involved. A colleague of mine referred me to Janice for advice and she ended up taking on my case. Janice was diligent in her research, along with being responsive, efficient and informative. She cut through a lot of the red-tape when dealing with the insurance companies. Even though this was a small case with a number of twists and time leading to settlement, she took my case seriously and fought for me every step of the way. Stephen was a fantastic help in dealing with construction issues at our house. He was extremely thorough and professional. I felt he gave really informed advice regarding our contract with our engineer. He was attentive and considerate. He understood our position and directed us appropriately. He didn't try to force us to actions that we weren't comfortable with. I felt like we were in good hands if the conflict had escalated; he carefully protected us and informed us of all the options if we wanted to seek damages. He was very understanding and patient with us, as we are not used to dealing with these types of legal issues. He gave us a voice when we didn't have one, and was able to get immediate action from our engineer. With Stephen's help, we were able to avoid further lengthy delays and financial setbacks in the construction of our house. He's a great guy, and a brilliant lawyer.

I am so grateful, that I wanted to thank Mr. Kemnitzer publicly and to alert others with a bad car deal to contact him, especially a teenager like me that desperately needed help.
I went to purchase a vehicle at and ended up with a nightmare of a contract of about $55,000, which made up of being; overcharged for the vehicle, inflated negative equity on my leased vehicle, and adding an additional $8800 of worthless accessories and insurances. This all happened without the dealership checking my ability to pay for this huge amount. I am very thankful that Mr. Kemnitzer took my case on a contingency. He seemed to immediately grasp the situation and using his knowledge of the law, knew exactly what buttons to push to get the deal done. He showed compassion and at the same time guided me on how to purchase a car in the future from dealerships that use hard sells tactics.
He quickly reached a settlement to unwind the deal by cancelling the contract. I walked away without owing the dealer anything. It was an incredible outcome for me.

Bryan Kemnitzer is a very bright attorney, with great skills as a negotiator as proven by the very desirable results he accomplished for us on two occasions one in 1993 and again in 2016. In each case he has shown extreme knowledge of the law, the ability to negotiate from a position of strength and to reach agreement quickly.
There was no Avvo during my first experience in 1993. So since he just completed our second case with my wife's granddaughter, I wanted to take the opportunity to write about my experience on Yelp to emphasis the importance of having an asset such as Bryan on your side. I had a used 1990 Allante with about 32,000 miles. One day the entire brake system failed and had the vehicle towed to the dealer. I began to negotiate with General Motors to replace my car with a brand new one. We reached the point where GM staff could not go the distance to meet my demand. At this point I needed an attorney to close the deal and wrap it up. Bryan was that person. He carefully reviewed the frequency of visits to the Cadillac service center and determined on the spot that the Lemon Law was applicable in this case. He took the case on a contingency basis. He wrote a great letter following the law, detailing damages, loss of use, and penalties. This is where Bryan really shines because once GM received his letter, they responded by agreeing to provide me with a brand new 1993 Allante, at no cost to me. GM also paid the attorney fee. I would recommend to anyone that is confronted with a car deal that has gone sour to contact Bryan.
Based on my first experience we turned to Bryan again for a case involving strong tactics used by dealer to sell a 19 year old an expensive vehicle that exceeded her ability to pay and then to make matters worse added worthless accessories to further increase the price. Bryan again displayed his prowess to negotiate and was successful in unwinding the deal. This was an incredible outcome for our granddaughter. It taught her a great lesson without the pain of having to go through bankruptcy and bad credit for many years. We are very grateful and would highly recommended Bryan Kemnitzer to anyone.

An excellent attorney. It's a surprise that Mr. Waggener isn't rated higher. I was facing 14years for a crime I didn't commit (meaning I was charged with multiple charges 1 I was rightful guilty for but the other 3 counts falsely) they had a victim that wrongly I.D me as the suspect, & Not only did Mr. Waggener prove that the Victim made false testimony by wrongfully identifying me, Mr. Waggener also proved that the POLICE DETECTIVE couched the Victim & advised the victim that I was the suspect.
