I found Richard online in 2013 shortly after my son was born. At the time, I was in an extremely difficult position because I was stationed in Kentucky and had no access to my son. Richard helped me get court-ordered visitation so that I can fly out and see my son regularly in addition to getting me visitation to see my son multiple days every week to see my son via FaceTime. If it wasn't for Richard, I wouldn't have been able to do this because I did not know how to navigate the court system at that time. Richard also wrote me a supporting letter to submit to my supervisors allowing me to move back to California ultimately leading to a actual parenting plan. Years later, Richard consulted with me and helped me with a request for 50-50 custody, which I now have. Today, I have a happy and healthy six-year-old son. I cannot thank Richard and his team enough for his help.

A lawyer who counsels' clients to take children to psychiatrists without obtaining required legal consent to try to get negative information to be used to deny custody? Uhuh. A lawyer who instructs and advises clients to steal highly valuable documents from secure locations, conspiring to hide them, personally taking possession and refusing to return them? Indeed. Making misrepresentions to the court like drinking water? Yup. Creating false representations about the role she takes, creating the false and fraudulent impression to the court and community that a client is representing himself since the lawyer's reputation for improper, illegal, unethical and fraudulent acts could damage a client's case? Terrible.
As another erased reviewer recommended, call her immediately and do not hire her --- this way, your spouse cannot hire her either. This is her own advice to her clients in order to manipulate the selection of mediators, child services personnel and court judges to assure that only the most biased and toxic actors are inserted into your family's life. If your spouse has hired Sharon Mah, you need to use available resources to challenge her ability to serve in any capacity in your case. Do it. There are many fine, ethical attorneys to choose from. If you feel an urge to find a soldier to destroy your spouse, stop and find yourself help.
She's old school, very old school and may just have missed the common understanding that abuse of a spouse includes abuse through litigatio. And to this particular point you should consider Ms. Mah a master enabler and even straight-up abuser of counterparties and other lawyers using her law license as a cudgel. It's quite disturbing to see her use professional standing and tenure to create human destruction against innocent adults and children alike.
Thankfully, the justice system is evolving and recognizing abuse and abusers operating within family law system. The future looks better, with specific criminal statutes addressing the above behavior and criminalizing the type of deplorable actions which Ms. Mah has made a cornerstone of her career.
Side deals, improper relationships with commissioners and judges, and corruption in the system of mediators and family law experts are being rooted out. Public corruption investions have done a little to chill these abuses, but the responsibility of allowing black hearts near your personal life and the lives of your children. Since she is best matched to spousal abusers, the damage to children is far down the priority list for such clients so as long as she's allowed to hold a license she'll find the clients who fit her professional mission and lack of care or commitment to the California justice system.

A couple year ago I got arrested for Peyote. For those who don't know what that is; It's a spineless Cactus plant that the Natives uses for Ceremonies (Prayer Meetings). Which I didn't know at the time was Classified as a(drug), an Illegal substance?! Anyway, I was racially profiled by a Police Officer, and eventually consented to a search upon which he discovered a small amount of peyote in my bag. I was arrested and charged with a Felony. I contacted Roxanne Mosley right away, and got her on the Case. About 18hrs later I was released from the Alameda County jail. In less than a Month the case was thrown out. I was a free and innocent man once again. Without proper representation the System can swallow you up. Her passion is to avoid that by any means. Do not use this Lawyer. Worst experience of my life. He couldn't remember our conversations from one day to the next. Missed court several times. Couldn't get a hold of him for weeks at a time. Forced me into taking a conviction when my case was eligible for diversion took a offer from the DA that i told him i didn't want to take.. This guy should of retired years ago.

He sold out to the interests of the insurance company CAP MPT. He istoo interested in settling as a business decision rather than fully defendi the client and solving the fraudulent case. As a result I have a blemished record and my insurer was not happy with me and I have to fill out tons of extra explanary paperwork every year

She told me to give away my children because I had a DVRO against me which wasn’t tried yet. She also told me to give my ex husband a waiver of alimony. I paid 13 grand for her to give my ex husband everything that’s mine. Two years later my children are still out of state and every other attorney said this was a horrible move.

I am a home owner at Anchorage, Sausalito for 30 years. A check of $9,400 was cut by Farmers Insurance to reimburse my negligence claim to my HOA on 9/14/18. Check was held by his firm since then. It has not been released to me, nor have any communication or reason given by his firm. Very dishonest practice to say the least. I will not trust him.

Glenn Youngling illegally charged me $325.05 for services unrendered. I requested a one sentence letter confirming my HOA dues for my lender. Anna Kates his paralegal refused to write the letter. Then proceeded to charge me $325.05 and placing a lien on my house for the unwritten letter. I have written numerous emails requesting this error be corrected since November 2017. I have had no response.

My name is Mr. Allison Barton and I am a homeowner at 200 Brannan St. in San Francisco. The 200 Brannan Owners Association's original legal counsel was Mr. Glenn Youngling.
In the process of settling construction defects with the developer (Lennar) it became very evident that significant chicanery (inclusive of unethical, tortious, and likely criminal activity) was taking place. All of which Mr. Glenn Youngling was either involved with or had knowledge of.
My personal inquiries and concerns (as to what was taking place with my property and interests) with Mr. Glenn Youngling became very adversarial simply because (as best I could tell) he and others involved were desperate for their actions and/or activities to not be exposed.

Complete joke child support hearing and she should be disbarred for the corruption demonstrated first hand.
1) always state you "Object" to her presiding over your case so you can speak with a real judge to hear you out
2) always ask for paternity test to make sure it's yours
3) don't bother spending much time on FL-150 and FL-685, it won't matter
4) what matters is where the kid sleeps at night, nothing else
5) my ex manipulated our child through mental and physical abuse and it didn't even matter. she doesn't care about kids

Very long process, ultimately advised to plead guilty resulting in very harsh (unexpected) penalities and fines - (i.e. advised penalty would be different) everything could have been handled in shorter period of time with far less disruption to my life. Horrible experience.
