I made the mistake of using a public defender when I caught my first case. That taught me that public defenders dont care and are really just there to process you thru the system. Please don't make the same mistake I did. When I ended up catching a bogus second dui case, I hired Chudnovksky Law and they assigned Kareem to defend me in airport court. He was a bull dog and did not give up.
Retaining Kareem Aref was well worth it. He got my case dismissed and I didn’t even have to go to court. Kareem had my back!!!!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to David Olan and Olan Law for really stepping up to the plate with my personal injury case. David has been directly working with me and handling my unfortunate accident I had about 2 months ago when a car took a right turn into me as I was going south through the intersection on Pico and Ocean. Thanks to Olan Law I'm getting the proper medical attention necessary and fair compensation for my damaged bike.

Read my review If you really need and are looking for a sensible, legit, honest and professional lawyer. I am impressed by his attitude and demeanor. My case is against one of the top 10 corporations in the world!! After talking to 7-8 lawyers, which mostly told me, despite the fact that you have a solid case, but this company is very big and strong and we cannot fight with them, but Dr. Mesriani, when I was quoting other lawyers, said, he did not care how strong is our opponent, we will make your case what it is supposed to be, and we go after them. I am taking my time to write this review, just because I am heartfeltly grateful, and truly would like to help people in need to have right attorney in their side. The most important point that I found in my experience with Dr. Mesriani is that he genuinely would like to help you, no matter if you have a case with him or not. During the last few months working with him, he has taken necessary time and has had amazing conversations and communication with me, even though I do not even have a case with him yet!! I have not heard anything like this before, and I am a 66-year-old guy with lots of experiences. He has always responded to my emails and texts and phone calls in timely manner. Some months now after finalizing my divorce I truly realize the expert care I was in with Ms. Baltazar. After interviewing a number of lawyers at the onset, I selected Ms. Baltazar for her professionalism, depth of legal knowledge, and caring manner. I felt then that she had the combination of attributes that would get me through this difficult time. Throughout she was persistent in representing my interest, clearly explaining current and prospective actions needed to arrive at the best outcome for me. She was always careful to fully explain what the law said on key matters and how it was interpreted by the courts. Ms. Baltazar had the ability to take jumbled information, as I'm sure I sometimes babbled on, picking out the salient points and repeating key information back to ensure she had a firm grasp of my responses. I was involved in a spousal support issue/tax matter with my ex-wife. Ms. Baltazar not only provided excellent advise in the spousal support area, but actually found a case ruling in the tax matter which defended my position and which had been overlooked by my ex wife's attorneys. (And tax law is not even her primary area of practice.) This allowed us to arrange for an out of court settlement that was much to my advantage. To say that Cecilia is "excellent" is an understatement. I met with several firms before being introduced to Cecilia at Shegerian. After my first chat with her, I knew right away I wanted her to represent me against my former employer. She took the time to really listen to me and made sure I felt seen and heard. It was essential that whoever represented me understood how much I endured at a toxic company and wouldn't treat me like just another case. I am very disappointed really about the whole Experience. I went to David due to his reviews and all of the things I have read that has wrote about high conflict divorce and fathers rights. I guess I should have gone with don’t judge a book by it’s cover cause the book was horrible! I was charged different amounts for the same initial meeting twice. One charge was 400.00 the second one was 540.00. I was billed 3500.00 for never going to court. One extension for trial was faxed in and a couple phone calls that was it. I could never get him to answer my calls once he took my money. I had to call from my girls friend phone to get him to answer. Don’t waste your time. Those other reviews are fake I heard him joking about a couple of them the one time I did actually have something you might call a meeting(which was the initial meeting). If you want a Attorney that will let your ex spouse just leave with your kids out of state and do nothing this is your guy !!! Even know he promises that he will do his job and do the ex parte and then not answer his phone for days this is your guy!!! I hope you get the picture!!! Other than that nice guy somewhat clean cut, has no style and shouldn’t be a attorney or is just over the hill at this point !

This review has been a long time coming. Over the years I've been struggling with a huge stolen identity issue that has caused a lot of problems and it was affecting my driver’s license status. Dealing with government agencies can be time consuming and draining and you find yourself getting nowhere in a hot second; I was at the end of my rope. A friend referred me to David. Found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, and over all a good attorney to work with. Unlike many other attorneys’ I have worked with he asked his questions, pulled the emotion out of the situation, and got the problem fixed. It wasn’t easy but he was relentless. Mr. Frieden has always been very reasonable with fees and his retainers- He is the only attorney I know, that actually will give you back a portion of the retainer, if the work has not been put into it. In my professional life dealing with attorneys, I have never experience that before.

I met Megan in 2019, after a conflict with my family reached an impasse and I felt I needed an advocate. She was the fourth lawyer I met with, but the first to take me seriously and to engage with my story. After almost 2 years, we were able to reach a solution to a complex, multiparty, high dollar value, and very contentious conflict.

I live in Tucson and my late husband and I had a Trust that was drawn up here. However, he owned a condo in L.A that we weren't able to get into the Trust before he passed away.
