Katelyn is extremely lackadaisical and does not fight for what you are entitled to. In fact, she sides with the opposing side and wants you to settle the case without fighting for what you are entitled to. Honestly, I know more about the law than she does and caught many costly mistakes that she made. Do not hire her on any account. I believe she failed the BAR more times than JFK, jr!

She had my family court case and she didn't represent me she let the other party throw me under the bus she didn't speak up for me in court at all the case is a mess because of her she even lied and said she filed some petitions for me so I checked with the courts to see if the petitions. Was filed the court told me no petitions was filed it was all a lie she avoided me Everytime I call her or text her and when she call me back she says she was busy with a client or something else just a whole bunch of excuses I would not recommend her to anyone I know not a good lawyer but a good liar. I fired her got a new lawyer.she is very unprofessional she lied to me the whole time she was assigned to my case always on the other party side.she took her time fileing petitions or just didn't do it at all and the other party attack my daughter while the case was still on the calendar she didn't do anything about it but lie and said she filed the papers and when she got questioned about it she try to convince the courts she did file which was I lie.shame on her I would not recommend her to anyone.

I hired Attorney Toombs to help me after my mother passed with her will and sell her home. What an amazing job! The process was much longer than I thought it would be, and there were a few times that I was the one holding the process up by not getting what she needed to her in a timely manner. However, the overall outcome was great, for what I was doing. I never once felt that my file wasn't being worked on even though she has many clients. Her staff are very kind and helpful. I even went ahead and hired her to do my own estate planning. Top notch attorney. I have recommended her to all my friends and am glad I ignored these reviews. People come to sites like this to complain. I however was not swayed and I'm glad I wasn't.

I was in trouble and could not find a lawyer to help me. They all wanted thousands of dollars in fees to represent me. Larry took on my case, did not over charge me, and did an excellent job. I found him to be a very nice guy and a very good lawyer. I wish he was still taking on cases.

I now live in Massachusetts and had some lingering tickets in NY and I am still using Bob who is doing a great job for me without my having to travel back to NY to deal with my tickets. I hire Mr Parisi years ago to handle a complex bad will my mother was forced to sign on her dying bed, This lawyer was very expensice, charges by the minute on phone calls he says he made. I was left with almost nothing. In face because of the poor service I received I became homeless due to no money and no home. Avoid this bottom feeder and say your hard earned money.

I hired Mr. Juda in September 2014 and I supplied him with all the medical records and receipts I had at the time. I did not have all of them but signed the medical release forms so he could have them sent to him. After trying for over a month to talk to my attorney and get updates and information and getting no response by email, office phone, cell phone or text I had no choice but to fire Mr. Juda. It was only because I threatened to report him to the professional review board he decided to respond and then send my file back to me. To my surprise the file consisted only of the documents I supplied to him. There were no new records and no copies correspondence with the insurance company or any letters from them. There was nothing that would give any indication that any work was done on this case or that the insurance company even knew or acknowledged he was the attorney on record. The fact that he constantly ignored email, phone and text messages for over a month should give any potential client cause for concern as to if this will happen to them. I did not expect daily or weekly updates but to just flat out be ignored is not professional by anyone's standards. Proceed with caution.

Hired him for some simple traffic tickets. He was unresponsive after I paid him I could not get a hold of him. His assistants did a good job but he would not answer texts or calls. Multiple times that he didn’t show up to court or had the court date adjourned without giving any notice I sat in court for 4 hours one day when he was supposed to be there just to be told me had moved the court date and given me no notice about it. Got caught in lies and made excuses. Eventually decided to hire a new attorney his assistant told me I needed to appear in court with him to have him removed as my attorney he did not show up in court then when I confronted him about it he was rude and basically told me to fxxk off and had no acknowledgment to the fact that he was supposed to be in court with me as per the court itself and told to me by his assistant. Do not hire this guy. He’s not listed on google which is very weird my guess is that he removed himself due to a high number of bad reviews. Half the reviews on here are bad and after reading the good ones seems like a few of those were typed up by someone at his law office.

Hired him to deal with two traffic tickets I got and sent him 440 dollars to get deals for them. Called repeatedly to check for updates after not hearing back. His secretary always said he was working on it and he would call me. Never once did I get a return call. What I did get was 2 letters from the dmv as a failure to respond to summons resulting in a default conviction and a license suspension. I paid the fine and took the points (I could have easily done that without hiring him). Called and left a message asking for my money back and of course no return call from that either.

The worst AFC known to man. Barbara had supported all lies and help so I couldn’t see my children for 8 months. After the petitioner got caught lying to the courts, Barbara removed herself from the case literally the same day. She didn’t do any due diligence in the 6 months my poor children had her as an attorney. NEVER LET HER REPRESENT YOUR CHILDREN.
