I don't even know where to start, this man is an unbelievable lawyer and an amazing person. As a Canadian, Jared worked with me to get my US citizenship. This was not easy as I owed years of back taxes to the US and was fighting with the IRS. With Jared's expertise and rock-solid advice, he steered me out of the mess I was in and then moved on to better things. Today I am a new and improved Proud American, thanks to Jared.
You would think that would be the end of a happy story but a couple years later on a trip to the Philippines I met a beautiful girl. We dated back and forth for a few years and once again I returned to the Lawyer I can trust. Jared has been a huge help to me every step of the way. Today I am happily married living in the USA, again I owe so much to Jared. I will tell you Jared has been a savior for me, he takes care of business, he is proactive, he doesn't mess around, he gets it done now, he communicates like no other, when you call him or email him he actually gets back to you asap. He totally took all the stress out of life, this man cares and he shows it, I felt like I was his only client even when I know that's far from true. How do you do it Jared, you're amazing! On top of all that, I am not a rich man, and Jared made things affordable to where I was able to get it all done. Some things you can do on your own, but every time you have to resubmit a form because you filled out one line wrong you will have to pay USCIS again with long delays. I'm incredibly thankful for the exceptional support from Jared Chiyuen Leung and Lorenzo Garcia Frausto during my L-1B visa application process. The entire process, from discussing the possibility of obtaining a visa to the final visa in the passport, took 1 year. I spent most of this time getting the necessary documents. The cost of US immigration attorneys was a source of concern for me, but I was happy when the final bill for services matched our original agreement at the end of the process. Despite the differences in documents between my country and the United States, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to provide me with information about what documents I would need to get a visa. I hired Jared as my immigration attorney to assist me in National Interest Waiver (NIW) application to obtain my green card Employment-Based Category 2. I recommend his professional services as the NIW concept is a complex procedure!
Jared and his entire was able to effectively guide me through this complicated application as multiple academics achievements, credentials and recommendation letters are required.
The entire procedure lasted for 2 years with a lot of stress all along the way! When I received the Request for Evidence (RFE) from the USCIS officer in charge of my case, Jared demonstrated a high level of expertise in order to prepare the response to the RFE.
The overall attorney fees are also very reasonable that also a very important aspect of the NIW procedure.

Darius and Brandon helped me with the green card process after marrying my husband. They were always warm, welcoming and very helpful. They took time to answer all of our questions and to accommodate for our situation. My husband is in the military so we had a lot of changes of address during the process as well as very tight deadlines, but they remained super helpful through it all. The process was very smooth and it was so worth it for us to spend the money and get professional help, instead of having to deal with all the headaches and stress on our own. The US immigration system is very difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with it and having Darius and Brandon's help was extremely reassuring and valuable for us. They remained very communicative throughout the entire experience, which was great, even after we moved to a different state. The only thing that I would mention is that the communication would occasionally be delayed or not be as smooth as it usually was if they were experiencing unusually busy weeks at the office, but I feel like that should be expected, after all they are still human and have lives of their own. Any minor issue was still easily fixed after a phone call or a couple of emails, so I cannot complain. All in all, they were great and we are super thankful!

Karen made this daunting process of estate planning very simple and easy to understand. The process comes with combing through a lot of information and vernacular we are not familiar with while making sure we are making sound decisions for our family. Karen was there every step of the way, offering sound advice but still allowing us to make decisions that made sense for our family. Brant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I reached out to Brant's office after being sued for an extremely old credit card debt. The debt was not a large amount and although I requested and was willing to pay for a consultation and assistance, Brant acknowledged this was a matter that could easily be handled without a lawyer by myself. He then took the time to provide advice, answer all of my questions, and provide suggestions to help solve my problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and likeable. Kristopher Childers and Brant Hodyno were very helpful on dot on what i was looking for.
I came with an issue related to a civil case, went to multiple people and they all talked which wasn't related directly in my situation and made me more nervous.
Brant was in middle of a client meeting, then also picked my phone and told me text him with contact details. I like the professional way of ack. someone. His counterpart/expert contacted me back in less than an hour.
Kristopher Childers - heard me, understood my situation. He didn't go on and on rather asked to produce certain case copies to find out where we stand. He understood and explained what needs to be done with guidance to avoid falling in to such situations.
I am a professional in IT field, I like the way they worked with me respecting time of all the parties. Already referred them on my company referral board.

I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. He was there for me on an emergency basis (without an initial meeting). At that moment, I finally had some semblance of peace in navigating the legal waters ahead. If I could give Carolyn 6 stars, I would. I did my divorce on my own and had to come back 7 years later to fight for child support. Caroline had to clean up what I messed up and was always available when I felt scared, had questions, before trial, before anything. I could text her, email her. Opening old wounds 7 years later was traumatic and scary, Caroline made me feel safe and strong. I had a photo radar ticket question...I called the office and within minutes Ryan called me back. I was very stressed due to the fact of having a clean driving record. Ryan took the time to explain the photo radar process advising me not to worry. Ryan sent a follow up email making sure everything was ok. He went out of his way to keep checking to make sure the ticket was dismissed. The ticket was dismissed and I am very thankful for the time he spent.

Last year I was hit with a bogus hyped up charge in Mesa. I was really worried because I have a job and a daughter. No one goes around looking for trouble but sometimes misunderstandings happen. I was unsure about what was going to happen but I was sure about one thing that I wasn't going into court alone. Mr. Corso was an amazing lawyer. I was charged with misdemeanor of solicitation of a prostitute. The charge was embarrassing, unjust and it screams first amendment violation. However after going to court and going thru the judicial system, Mr Corsco got my case dismissed. He was reasonable on the cost and he did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns and he was always prompt on answering questions. I am not sure some people here have had a problem with him, but you cannot make everyone happy. I had an excellent experience with Corso Law Group. Both Megan and Chris were very knowledgeable and responsive in terms of answering any questions I had. My particular situation was one that I had expected to have to face more serious penalties than I wanted to, however Chris was able to convince the judge to allow me to enroll in a diversion program, which simply means having to take a driving class. As long as that’s completed the charge will be dropped and my driving record will remain clean. I 100% percent recommend Corso Law Group.

Got a red light camera ticket while visiting Scottsdale. After some research online I reached out to Corso Law Group. Megan Hawkins was very helpful. She described what the laws surrounding red light camera tickets were, what their approach would look like, what the timeline would be, and then kept me informed all throughout the process. Finally, about eight months after I originally received the ticket, Corso Law Group got it dismissed. All I had to pay was the well earned attorney fee.

Alden did a great job with my photo radar ticket. I was charged with photo radar in Scottsdale. I didn't want to deal with insurance hikes. He told me these cases aren't easy to dismiss if the photo is clear. He was honest when he told me that I could lose prior to hiring him but that he would do his best. Mark is very detail oriented and hardworking for all of his clients. He kept me in the loop 24/7 throughout my case and whenever I had a question, he had an answer and an explanation ready for me. By his knowledge and expertise, you can tell that Mark has been in this business for awhile. I had my first court experience with Mark and was very nervous going into it, but Mark eased those nerves and was everything I could have asked for in representation. My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor.
Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services.
James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices.
I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well.

To say McCarthy and his team gave me hope would be an understatement. Hope was something I never thought was possible. My parents divorced right at the time I was to attend an out of state university. On paper, my mom looked “fine” (able to support me according to FAFSA) so I didn’t get much help financially even though she was putting out a lot because of the divorce, having to relocate, etc. so I didn’t qualify for much of any federal loans/ grants. And being in my late teens, early 20s, I didn’t know better than to sign my life away to get the private loan support.
Flash forward after graduation, I found a job at a non-profit organization. The work was challenging but rewarding to be able to provide hope to those in need, but financially, like many other jobs out of college and non-profits, it didn’t allow me enough to keep up with the high interest rates and steady incline of my loans. Despite many efforts for financial assistance from the private loan lender, the payments began to exceed my monthly income. I exhausted my forbearance and thought to myself, “This is how my life’s going to be”
That’s when I found McCarthy. From the initial contact until the very last contact, they have been eager, humble, receptive, generous, and knowledgeable. To be able to speak to a person, not an automated message or system, but every day people was a treat in itself. They took time to explain me to how I can work towards gaining financial freedom and within a few years and a payment plan (without interest accumulating) I would be able to pay off the loan in its entirety. And not the amount it exceeded to (138k) because of interest, but the amount I took out from the beginning (108K) by negotiating the amount with the private lender themselves. I was able to focus on getting my life back, working the usual course to get promotions without the burden of paying an amount I couldn’t afford. And by having extra in my pocket, it made my job enjoyable again. I was able to give the best version of myself in all aspects of my life because, for once, I didn’t have to worry about “How am I going to make the next payment” The staff were beyond welcoming and remained that light, that beacon in my life since 2015. From Kelly who greeted me with a “It’ll be ok,” from Ali who said “Let’s look at getting a payment plan set up for you” to Joan who said, “I got you and will continue to fight for you” it was something that was not only refreshing, but humbling as well for me. The zeal exhibited by all that work at McCarthy Law is unmatched.
I was one of the fortunate ones to say that I am now 100% free of my private loans. 108k settled!! Joan worked real time magic in negotiating my loan amount to where I was able to receive a payment back from McCarthy of all I paid to them over the years, following settlement. They thought that was a blessing, but to me, they were my blessing. To top it all off, Kevin McCarthy reached out to me via mail congratulating me on reaching financial freedom. I just cried when I read it and it remains on my fridge as a reminder to this day. It took me a bit to write my testimony, partly because I’m still in disbelief that I’m free, but more importantly, because I wanted to take the time to write something from my heart, something they touched long ago.
I have recommended a few people to McCarthy and would recommend them to anyone who feels stuck, lost, and is experiencing hopelessness as a result of student loans. And just like they did with me, I’ll pay it forward as well.

I hired Sandy when I was a freshman in college in 2013 when I got in some trouble. She was always there for me, truly cared, and got me a great deal. My partner and I live together on our farmstead near Asheville. Our home is our sanctuary and we are very openminded and honest people, in retrospect, a little too trusting. I rented the extra bedrooms in the house to supplement income, I was also secretly cultivating a personal medical cannabis grow in my barn about 500 feet away on the property, behind locked doors; a completely private, nonviolent crime that is legal in 11 states and increasingly so. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, it appears that one of my tenants decided to go behind our backs and order a kilogram of MDMA from a "source country" have it delivered, with his name on it, to our front doorstep. It was scary because we were all subjected, without consent, to conspiracy in trafficking narcotics. Of course, the package was flagged by HS and BCAT initiated a raid upon our home. The tenant was arrested on the spot, and fortunately the officers were able to determine based on their observations that the tennant was the sole suspect in this MDMA trafficking. But they also found my grow... the officers did not arrest me on the spot because I was courteous and complied with their investigation.
I was fortunate to find Tony Rollman and after talking with multiple other attorneys, I hired him as my lawyer. Tony helped me navigate the legal paperwork and the process of turning myself in. Tony advised me in a highly specific ways and was very reassuring and supportive. His fee was more than the other lawyers that I looked into, but I believe it was worth it because he went above and beyond and now I am on the path to having 0 felonies. Tony is highly responsive, gives his personal cell number and answered my calls nearly all times of the day or evening. My whole situation was drawn out by the court for 8 months and Tony never let me down. This experience has been incredibly frightening and traumatizing for me, my partner, and my family and I really would have felt helpless without his legal services. Tony thoroughly explained each step of the process and took the time to make sure I felt better. Tony is professional, personable, and has a good sense of humor so he definitely lightened the mood.
After due process, Tony helped me appeal to the District Attorney and I was awarded Deferred Prosecution, so after 12 months probation, community service and court fees, my charges will be dropped.

I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

David and Chris are consummate professionals. I was referred to them by my former attorney who couldn't take my case. I sat down with them, laid down the facts and asked if they could get me 'X'. He didn't guarantee it but he felt he had a pretty good shot at it and outlined the steps we would take. I was satisfied, signed the retainer, and then Chris and David completely took it off my shoulders. Showed up for all of my hearings for me (3 in total) and got my misdemeanor reduced to a civil infraction so nothing criminal on my record. This was a traffic issue and was kept off of my insurance so no rate hike either.
