I ask a lot of questions, Vicki answered them all. She was honest with me and straight forward about what was and wasn't possible. She didn't promise things she couldn't deliver, so when things came to a completion, we got the things we asked for. While I hope I never need her again, if I did, I would come to her first.

I am very pleased that I went with Vicki Lopez for my felony DUI case. She was able to bring down my aggravated misdemeanor plea down to a standard misdemeanor without having to go to trial. She and her team were quick to respond to my calls/emails whenever I had questions which was nice due to this being a stressful time.
On a personal level she was able to work with me and calm me down when I was a nervous wreck due to this being my first experience with the justice system. I would definitely suggest that anyone with a DUI case work with her.

After speaking with a number one estate planning lawyers I decided to hire Whitney Sorrel in large part based on his ability to communicate clearly. By "clearly" I mean he was able to explain exactly what he would be doing and the purpose of completing an estate plan.
What followed was even better. He listened to what I wanted while at the same time challenging me, in a very positive way, as to the wisdom of my choices. In the end, the final document represents my wishes while protecting assets and future finances.
In addition, his personal style direct yet friendly fit perfectly with the way I prefer to do things. I would recommend Mr. Sorrel very highly.

My father hired Whitney to update his trust in 2015. He recently passed away. My partner and I were involved in a cycling accident (hit by a car) and suffered serious injuries. We were new to the area and trying to figure out which was the best lawyer seemed such a task while in recovery. A few lawyers were recommended to us, one of which was A.J.Mitchell. After speaking with him on the phone and then meeting him in person we were positive that he was the one to choose. He was caring, compassionate, personable and genuine and took ample time to make sure all of our questions were answered and all information was gathered. So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

Mr Curry represented me on a DUI charge from January 2014. He always returned emails promptly, kept me informed during the process, and answered every question I had. In our face to face meetings, he came across as friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. This in turn inspired confidence in him, which he backed up by getting my case DISMISSED in August 2014, 3 weeks before my trial began. When another friend of mine, had some legal issues in his business, I recommended Greg. My only concern was that Greg may not take Dave's case because it was small potatoes and wouldn't give Greg much of a pay day... a far cry from his usual big ticket deals. Greg took the job because he has an innate sense of justice and he understood that Dave's very business could depend on getting rid of this frivolous lawsuit. He won handily. And, truth be told, probably didn't make Minimum Wage relative to the amount of hours he put in.
Based on the incredible job he did for David, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any matter- whether it be real estate, legal, or personal advice.

I made a telephone call to Marc Lieberman Monday, 30 September 2013 and left a message. I was very impressed that not only did Marc call me back less than 20 minutes later, but he gave me excellent and honest real estate advice. This was despite the fact that his advice to me would not bring him my business in this situation. I could tell that Marc had my best interests in mind by the advice he gave me. If I ever do need to hire a real estate attorney in Arizona, I would absolutely hire Marc Lieberman. I contacted Attorney Marc Lieberman in January to help me with a real estate transaction that just was out of control...the realtor did not do one thing to sell my home besides list it for sale. The realtor tried to adjust the original contract without my knowledge or permission to change his commission and forced me to use a title company who would not take my calls and tried to make sure he received his new commission rate! I emailed Attorney Lieberman through Avvo shortly after my house was under contract. Within 5 minutes I received an email back with answers from Attorney Lieberman!! After a few days of emailing, Attorney Lieberman advised that I should wait to retain him until I was ready to file a lawsuit. He gave me the cost in advance (ball park) and mentioned that he would assist me with questions until/if that time came. I would have to say Attorney Lieberman is an amazing attorney, he offered to help me at any hour of the day, was honest, and really made an impression with me.

I would strongly recommend Marc Lieberman as an attorney. He has the ability to work through complex situations and is a true deal maker. He is also very skilled at focusing on the important issues and being very efficient with his time. Marc does not get caught up in the ego battles many lawyers get caught up in, which merely costs clients time, money and considerable aggravation. With his soft manner, Marc is able to be both tough and effective, without letting the legal process spin out of control. This is a rare quality found in today's legal profesion. This of course saves money in that he is not just looking to run up the bill.
Most importantly, I always feel Marc has the clients best interests in mind when giving advice and providing legal services. Marc also has a great team of professionals he works with and will delegate tasks when appropriate.
In summary, I highly recommend Marc Lieberman due to his intelligence, service (always top notch) and his ability to put his clients' interest first.

I hired Attorney Matt Long after I was indicted on serious criminal charges. Matt worked tirelessly to review all the evidence and make the appropriate motions to win the case. After reviewing his motions, all the most serious felony counts of the indictment were dismissed. On the remaining felony counts, Matt was also able to have them dismissed in exchange for a plea to an offense that is treated as a misdemeanor with probation. I am grateful for all the time and effort he and his staff put into my case and for achieving an excellent result. I highly recommend Matt Long in the area of criminal law.

In January 2017, my husband was involved in a head-on collision due to a driver that ran a red light, then fled the scene on foot. I called Donn based on a personal referral from a coworker. I hired Amy in the wave of a very stressful, emotional time as my special needs son was facing some serious charges for a bad night of dysregulation. I never met anyone like her in a professional capacity. I had an out of state attorney firm representing me and she was appointed by then to handle my case in Arizona. I have been battling for disability since 2010 and I was denied here in Phoenix back in 2014. Nicole took my case knowing that it was a difficult case but she worked her butt off to get me approved and she did. She even went as far as driving out 40 miles to my doctor's office has to pick up my records because they were not faxing them or mailing them to her in time. She knew my case backwards and forwards and there was a lot of information. I don't think I could have done it without her and she was the correct person for the job. She's very tenacious and positive. She always made me feel like we had a good shot right from the beginning. Other attorneys would just tell me no and refused to take my case. I am trying to clean up a financial mess left from a failed business partnership. Isabel has been crucial in working with my creditors to helped me reach an agreement that was fair to both parties and support my desire to restore my credit rating.
