Retained Mike to save my nephew and his career in Air Force. My Nephew had exceptional performance and commendations in Air Force for 15 years until he was injured overseas in line of duty. After his injury due to insurgents attacking his plane and explosion sending concrete hitting him in his chest fracturing his back. flight surgeon stated he likely just bruised his chest he was OK to proceed with mission. Upon his return to his base in WA he was having problems with his leg walking and pain. He went to medical they said he pulled a muscle gave him muscle relaxer. This went on for over a year until his leg gave out and he fell. He was taken by ambulance to hospital ER in excruciating pain in his spine where doctor advised his back was broken. It was determined his back was fractured in line if duty injury and over time in extreme pain and collapsing his back finally broke. A six hour surgery to repair and put a cage over the injured spine all this could have been avoided if he had had proper medical care at time of his injury. The ongoing pain from this injury my nephew was self medicating with alcohol his command told him to self report and he did and the campaign of harassment started. They immediately took away his responsibilities and his Stripe. Between the pain from his broken back and the harassment by his Command as well as humiliated at loss of his duties and stripe as he was pending going up for Master Sargent we were concerned at his drinking, depression , and he was placed on no less on 8 medications he should not of been on we feared he would take his life. I decided to get him an attorney to put a stop to this harassment that was unrelenting. By
grace of God I was referred to Mike he took the case and immediately put a stop to the Command harassment. The battle was just beginning the command then wanted to Court marshal my nephew. Mike went
before a Board and won case of the command harassment and improper procedures in treatment of my nephew. Then a new Commander took over took another stripe from my nephew and due to my nephews destroyed mental health and due to drinking was in liver failure locked him up in Brig for 6 months. Then proceeded with court Marshall. At this point my. Nephew was due to retire from military and was entitled to disability. Mike put up an excellent excellent defense at trial and my nephew was able to retire with general discharge snd collect his disability as he is not able to work due to his broken back. This was a long journey but Mike was there every step for my nephew and our family provided he always promptly answered our questions and concerns and checked on the well being of my nephew. His determination and knowledge of law is Extrodinary and his care as a human being for is clients and their families goes above and beyond. If you need an attorney you can't afford not to have Mike I am so thankful we had him. Cannot thank him enough for the great job he did and his integrity as a person as well as an attorney.

I was being charged with a DUI and 5 hit and runs and Quita St. John got ALL CHARGES DROPPED COMPLETELY. Not only were all my charges dropped but my drivers license was never suspended nor did I have to get an ignition interlock device. Kirstyn and Catherine were great advocates when my Ex was infringing on my parental rights with visitation. So often, and particularly in WA State, fathers are at a disadvantage when trying to enforce parenting plans and court orders. Kirstyn was able to provide balanced advice telling me what is and is not possible based on our prior Court Orders, and we determined that my Ex was in fact in contempt. We then created a case and roadmap setting expectations of possible outcomes, and Catherine represented me in court. Even though the judge was blatently against us in court based on his opinion of our verbal argument (his own bias), the written contempt was ironclad and indisputable and as a result we won, creating better and healthier boundries with my Ex. I was even awarded some of the money from the judge based on the degree of contempt and Catherine's ability to outline the ramifications.

Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST came through for me, with all negative entries removed; charge offs, late payments wiped out including closed accounts all cleared from my report and my score is now 804. Unfortunately, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident January of 2020. I had attempted to resolve the claim with the other carrier, however my ongoing injuries and prognosis made it clear I would need help resolving my claim. We had reached the statute and needed to file suit. Melissa did a great job of explaining the process, preparing me for my deposition and later the mediation with the other carrier and setting clear expectations regarding settlement. I felt that she truly listened to my concerns and was advocating on my behalf, not just trying to get a case off her desk or get me to accept an offer I didn't feel was fair. She paid attention to the information I provided and knew my case when discussing it with me or the mediator. She exceeded my expectations when it came to settlement and resolution of my liens with my PIP carrier and health insurance. 18 months after my divorce was settled, I was laid off. When I found work again, I took a significant pay cut, making it impossible to pay my original maintenance amount. Then my ex petitioned to relocate cross-country with our kids, while demanding I continue to pay well more than I could now afford. I consulted multiple lawyers, expressing my desire to oppose the relocation and request a decrease in support payment. Several said no immediately, one felt it would be an “easy win,” and one charged a fee just to meet with their “intake specialist.” In contrast, Scott was patient, empathetic, and balanced. He gave me a very candid and practical assessment of my situation, and his opinion on my chances to win.
After we mutually agreed to go forward, he was responsive, made himself available even when my schedule wasn’t convenient, and was very collaborative. When mediation failed, he demonstrated his intellect and deep knowledge of the law in court. My ex’s lawyer focused his efforts on attacking my character. We could have done the same, but Scott insisted we take the high-road instead. That, combined with the case law he cited, his handling of witnesses (mine and hers), and his sincere and respectful demeanor led the court to side in my favor on each motion, as well as their subsequent motions for reconsideration. I consider myself lucky to have found Scott. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, it will be with him.

My ex-wife filed for divorce a year ago and her lawyer filed a restraining order against me immediately before a visit to see my son, despite the fact I did not reside in the state, and having no specific previous conflict that merited such an action. I had a free consultation with Scott who was very good at listening and sympathetic, and I decided to retain his services. He acted quickly to negotiate the withdrawal of the petition for a restraining order. Subsequently, a fair parenting plan was negotiated, which allowed me to see my son and contact him regularly while out of state, which was much better than the situation prior to my ex-wife filing for divorce, which depended on her whims. Child support was a concern, as my wife wanted an unreasonable amount of money, far beyond what I could afford. Scott was right in his interpretation of the facts and when he went to court the Commissioner favored his arguments, and the terms settled were fair. He was right on and did not waiver, which reflects his knowledge and many years of experience. Scott was always very aware of my concerns about costs, and he did initially give a very accurate prediction of final cost. In addition, he was always calm, polite, thoughtful, and empathetic with me, he built a rapport with my ex-wife's lawyer to negotiate, while being resolute in defending my interests. Getting divorced with Scott's representation was far less stressful than it might have been with another attorney.

I worked with Andre on my citizenship application. I was really nervous about the process, because I have lived in the US for almost 40 years, and have deep roots here; if anything had gone wrong, it would have been deeply problematic. Andre answered all of my questions, and set my mind at ease. He explained what the interview would be like, and he even reviewed my application before I submitted it. These are two things you are looking for in a lawyer when you are going through emotionally and financially exhausting processes like divorce, dvpo, custody and other family law matters. Court systems are hard to navigate when you have enough to take care as a single parent and while you are adjusting to your new reality. Brian helps take this burden off of you. He is highly knowledgeable and knows how to navigate these issues and address them appropriately. He is mindful of your finances and does a great job representing you, which is all you can ask for and expect. He listens, unlike a lot of other lawyers out there, he takes your input and advises on what the law dictates and advises accordingly. Brian helped through a very tough divorce with custody at stake. Throughout the difficult process Brian was always upfront and honest about what he thought in terms of key decisions and what I wanted. If he did not think it was a sound path, he would say so and explain why.

I went through a HORRIFIC 2+ year long high-conflict divorce from a narcissistic man who verbally and physically abused me in front of our young child. Yasmeen was my 3rd lawyer and I am thankful to God every day that I finally found her. Kim was my attorney during my divorce. I was glad to have done my research because, in hiring Kim, I picked an atty with a strong background in difficult personalities, mental health issues and complicated proceedings. My case did end up with multiple difficult surprises that could have devastated me financially and socially, but Kim got me through it without a scratch. I am a decent writer myself and work with lawyers frequently in my work; but I could NEVER have produced the legal artifacts (letters) that Kim did. They were extremely effective and served to close a very difficult process relatively quickly with an emphasis on ethics. My case ended up being difficult enough that I don't think the average divorce lawyer would have done as well for me. I recommend Kim without reservation.

Alan was a great asset in our complicated divorce that involved a complex financial settlement, custody issues, and numerous attempts to escalate the situation from the opposing side. He gave me great advice from the initial discussion to the trial, he did a great job at preparation for the trial and he was excellent at presenting our case to the judge to ensure a good outcome. Alan also helped tremendously in efforts to avoid escalation and when the escalation was necessary, he did a great job at finding the right approach to achieve a good outcome. Alan worked with me closely to make our case, and choose a realistic course of action to deal with the most important challenges and to avoid wasting time and resources on things that did not really matter. We needed a representative with extensive cannabis expertise because our business partners ended up being not so great partners.
Since we couldnt use our previous business attorney, we asked everyone we respected in the industry and got several recommendations to go with Aaron. One recommendation came from a friend who, with Aaron's help, had just won a 2 year legal battle against his former partner for a large settlement. So it was pretty easy to trust Aaron's experience, and I had personally seen his success with my friend.
Our situation was complex and layered. When we explained the circumstances, Aaron quickly and easily understood the complexities. He jumped in and took control of the communication with the other side.
The previous partners legal representative was very combative and overly aggressive. They also had much deeper pockets than us, and were attempting to bully the situation to run up my legal bills.
Aaron easily saw through this and was able to prevent them from dragging us into a deeper or ongoing situation. He was more clever and knowledgeable than their representation. His communications with them were firm, but not combative or retaliatory to their negativity.
I think he had a great read of the circumstances and the people involved. And he maneuvered through the problems and communications excellently.
He also helped give us better perspective of our situation as it dragged on. He helped us understand the need for our personal restraint, and made suggestions for how we could maneuver going forward for our personal and business success.
In the end,we got out of the partnership, with minimal headaches, and are in a much better position now thanks to the advice and guidance that Aaron gave us.

David was assigned to two of my cases while working as a public defender in OR. At first I was representing myself because I was worried that a PD would not fight as hard as I would. I never had to worry about that. In both cases he went above and beyond using his experience and knowledge of the law to have them both dismissed. In one case he outsourced a PI to contact multiple charachter witnesses who testified against the plantiff. It felt like having a pack of dogs defending me from harm with a broken leg in the woods. He fought harder than I could have alone and significantly increased the efficiency and effectiveness of my defense. First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I was in a truly hopeless situation before I was referred to Ms. Miller by a coworker. My daughter was in a terrible, volatile environment with a mentally unstable mother who was failing to perform basic motherly duties. I felt powerless to the situation. Jennifer was immediately encouraging from our first phone call, and jumped on getting the necessary papers filed for emergency custody. She worked with me and my family to get my daughter permanently out of the situation and living with me.
She was able to articulate the situation to the judge perfectly, as well as work with the judge to formulate a parenting plan that includes not only protections for my daughters wellbeing as she grows and is allowed more time with her mother, but also allows me, as the custodial parent, to monitor her mothers mental state. The plan requires regular updates to the court and to me about her mental health treatment, and protects my daughter if things take a bad turn in that regard. My daughter is thriving and happy today with a healthy routine, and none of this would’ve been possible without Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of the WA State legal system.
I always felt like I was being taken care of with Ms. Miller. She is a powerful force for justice and was excellent at explaining the process as time went on. She kept me updated throughout, but did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes filing papers and drafting documents for the case. She always made herself available if I had questions about the case, and gave me great advice on how to address certain situations with my daughter’s mother as they presented themselves.

I was struggling with an Employment situation which involved forged documents and communication from people purporting to be from a well-known company based in California.
