We were referred by our car dealership person to Jordan after we could not get into a car. We filed bankruptcy in august 2018 and discharged December 2018. The process was easy and painless. Jordan is very responsive and helpful. He is fair in his prices as well. He always gets back to you same day and does a good job at making sure to stay on top of things that he needs to be on time with your case. I highly recommend Jordan for bankruptcy filings. He is very professional and very easy to work with.

My name is George and I heard about Jordan Gunn from a friend of mine and at first I wasn't sure if I should go through the legal "mumbo jumbo" and hire an attorney, but I did and was happy I did.

If you’re searching for an accident and personal injury law firm, look no further. I’ve been working with Dayani Law Firm (specifically Lauren) since February 2022. This was for an uninsured motorist accident that occurred in October of 2021 that wasn’t my fault, and left me injured with ongoing chronic pain. Lauren took an on extremely complicated case. A year after a distracted driver crashed into my car on I-5 and after lots of back-and-forth with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, I had not been able to reach a settlement. I was advised to seek legal representation and I, somewhat reluctantly, agreed. Seeking legal representation and asking Mike Myers to represent me were the best steps I could have taken.
Mr. Myers helped me to understand that I was significantly undervaluing my damages. He and his team took over the communications with the insurance company, which I found stressful and maddening. The team kept me informed of where they were in the process.
When it came time for my deposition, Mr. Myers prepped me and answered my questions. Within days of the deposition, the insurance company settled the case for the amount Mr. Myers demanded.

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. We were unfamiliar with the legal process and Mike’s team took time to explain things without us feeling rushed.
At trial, Mike was prepared with regard to the details of our case and the laws surrounding personal injury. Several times during our trial I thought to myself what a great attorney he is because of his legal knowledge and the professionalism he portrayed. Also, I felt like he was well regarded by the opposing attorney and judge.

I met with Elizabeth in November 2019. I had been recently let go from my dental job shortly after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I had worked in the dental field for 35 years and was 61 years old. I had received an email from my former employers letting me know that I was no longer employed at their dental practice. You can only imagine the panic I felt not to mention the deep betrayal from a group of doctors that I thought were supporting me during my battle. In my consultation, I knew imediately that Elizabeth would be the attorney to represent me. Her professionalism was above and beyond what would be expected from an attorney of her caliber. However, it was her unwavering compassion and fierceness that let me know she would fight to the end to right the wrong that had been undeservedly done to me. Elizabeth put me at ease and let me know that under no circumstance was this appropriate behavior and totally unacceptable, that having a disability I had rights and they had disregarded these rights. There was absolutely no reason to warrant tossing me aside as if I didn't matter or assuming that I would not be able to continue doing my job to the fullest extent. She kept me updated when even the smallest of information came to her. Elizabeth checked in on me on a regular basis and wanted to know how I was doing and how my treatment was going. Making sure if I needed anything to help me during my fight. She expressed her concerns that I was taking care of myself and celebrated with me as I continued to beat this. She encouraged me as I went through this journey and on many occasions she let me know how proud she was of me as I faced many challenges.
My former employers were not willing to settle out of court because they felt they had done nothing wrong and the jury would side with them. So off to court we went. Another amazing attorney from SGB Joe Solseng joined forces along with an impressive support team. All I can say is they should have settled out of court. It was impressive beyond to have this legal team show them that you are not allowed to treat an employee this way. After a long 8 day trial, the jury deliberated for a mere 90 minutes. They awarded me handsomely, way beyond my wildest dreams. I was vindicated and the message was sent loud and clear. This was unacceptable and you simply can not treat your employees this way.

Coleen is an awesome lawyer, got arrested for a DUI, she was the first person i called for help, very patient walked me through the whole process. She fought for the whole way and got my charges dramatically reduced. Do what ever she says in the time she sets, if she tells you to drive to Redmond for your DUI class and victims panel its for a good reason.
I will be recommending her to anyone I know that needs help with the law.

This lady probably prevented a stroke! Out of deep worry and need for help, I was lucky to find her in her offices, long after everyone else had stopped answering their phones and gone home. A person in my family had gotten herself in some deep legal problems and I was in no financial position to retain a lawyer. Coleen spent an hour and a half of her own unpaid time, explaining the law and the consequences and how to work around the system, without having to pay the thousands other firms would of charged me. Without Coleen and with my medical conditions, I'm certain I would of suffered a stroke from the stress. I was facing a felony charge for something I did not do. I I contacted Coleen immediately after getting arrested for a free consultation. Thereafter, she went above and beyond what was required of her to provide free legal advice to me across a period of three months. Many other lawyers that I tried to contact simply ignored my emails or charged a consultation fee.
Subsequently, as my case progressed, I retained Coleen. Thanks to her contacts and experience, she was able to eventually get a hold of the deputy prosecutor to persuade him not to file any charges!!
Throughout this entire harrowing episode, Coleen has been a steady and reassuring source of strength for me. She patiently dealt with my incessant questioning while always keeping me in the loop. Couple months ago I got into an at fault accident; rear ended a car. There were no injuries and no major damages to the second car, but I got a speeding ticket, that could increase my insurance rates significantly. First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. Mel was instrumental in helping us put together an appeal after being removed from long term disability insurance. He guided us through what is a very opaque and stacked process. He was also able to identify nefarious practices and places where Unum was trying to mislead us and make the appeal more difficult. Without Mel, I am not sure we would have been able to get reinstated. Scott is amazing! He litigated a big win for my case against one of my former tenants. My case was rather unique as the defendant was a lawyer himself, and basically told me if I decide to sue him, he will make it long, painful and expensive for me. I called a handful of lawyers but Scott was the only one that was passionate not only winning the case, but make sure the defendant understands his behavior will not be tolerated. A direct competitor to our business was posting defamatory information about our company online. Scott sued the competitor for defamation. Scott warned us all along that because we could not prove actual damages, the amount of damages awarded was completely within the discretion of the jury. He jokingly would say the jury can award you a ham sandwich and a cup of soup or $750,000. We spent seven days in trial. Scott took command of the courtroom from the beginning and maintained control throughout. In his closing argument, he asked the jury to award $750,000. He underestimated the power of his presentation of the case. The jury came back with an award of $900,000. Scott and his team are masterful at their trade. Highly recommend.

If you’re in doubt, just call Dubin Law. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian that caused a traumatic brain injury and they were absolutely indispensable in helping me recover. I was at a loss when I was served papers by a debt buyer claiming I had opened a credit account and wasn't paying on it. I felt extremely embarrassed and taken advantage of as this claim was severely affecting my credit. Finding Patrick was the best thing I could have done for myself. My wife was runover in a crosswalk buy a driver. I witnessed the entire thing and it was one of the scariest moments of my life. Fortunately my wife survived but she had very serious injuries which required surgery and hospitalization. Shortly before this event, My wife and I had recently moved to the United States and were unfamiliar with the insurance claims process and how to recover for our injuries. Ryan was referred to us through my wife’s work and he immediately returned my call when I contacted him. We had lots of questions at the beginning and Ryan explanations took a few calls. I could tell he really wanted us to understand what our options were as far as recovery. He also did an excellent job explaining our health insurance benefits and how that related to our claims. When it came time to resolve our claims Ryan continued to be effective. Unfortunately the insurance policy that the driver had was not sufficient to compensate us for our injuries. Therefore Ryan was able to recover money out of the at-fault driver’s pocket for our injuries. On a nice day in July a few years ago I was walking down a city sidewalk. The area that I was in was poorly designed for pedestrian traffic. As I was searching for the correct sign to re-direct me to my route, I tripped over a heightened slab of sidewalk. I quickly threw my hands in front of me to brace for the impact, but before my hands could get situated I struck my head and face on the pavement. It was painful and required many medical and dental procedures. When I eventually hired Ryan to handle my case he went to work right away, documenting the area where the fall occurred and sending numerous public records requests to the entities in charge of maintaining the sidewalks to see if there had been complaints in the past. I suspected this was going to be a complicated and difficult matter because of how large the entities were that were responsible for keeping the sidewalk safe. Ryan was tenacious in pursuing the defendants, and after obtaining several thousand pages of documents he was able to locate a smoking gun compliant filed a year or so before my fall, which put one of the entities on notice of the sidewalk. Of course nothing was ever done to fix it, and that dangerous condition caused my fall. We had to file suit, and Ryan continued to pursue the defendants and the truth no matter what obstacles were thrown at him. In the end we were able to resolve my case satisfactorily. Ryan did a awesome job representing my daughter and I after we were in a multiple impact collision on the freeway.
