I was charged with 10 felonies in a very complicated case. This man believed in me and worked tirelessly to get a jury of 12 to do the same. He was able to get several of the counts dismissed prior to trial, and defeated each of the felony counts at trial.
Tom is very resourceful and experienced, and he works well in a team situation, as he did with Bob Goldsmith in this case. He knew the right questions to ask and the right buttons to push, and he got the result that he wanted.
I cannot recommend him enough.

Mr. Gardner was very helpful in assisting me with a previous tenant who abandoned a 24 foot power boat on my property. Due to neglect on the tenant the boat had partially sunk into the lake. I had originally hired a company to remove the boat; however they would not do so without the permission from the owner. At that time, I found out that the tenant wasn’t even the owner of the boat. When the tenant vacated they provided me with incorrect forwarding addresses and telephone numbers. The City of Seattle imposed a fine of $500 per day if I didn’t remove the boat. Mr. Gardner was very professional and took over the issue for me. The process was painless for me and the results were awesome. I can now enjoy the view without having a partially sunken boat on my property.

Terri really knows her stuff! We are in California and Terri's in Washington. All of our communications have been by email or telephoincally. Terri answered all of our questions and worked with us on any ideas we had, relayed possible outcomes of the case depending on which way we went. Her responses to our inquiries were always received within a few days if not within hours. We always felt like she was truly "on our side" in everything. Her fees are very fair and manageable. Our case was a probate case mixed in with some malprctice by the oriignal estate attorney. She got us the results we were seeking. Terri is great!

Being entangled in a lawsuit is sort of like finding yourself on the River Styx in the ancient Greek underworld. As you descend deeper into the depths of the lawsuit, you will realize the legal world is not like the land of the living. It’s dark, it’s scary, it has its own set of rules, you’re out of your element, and totally dependent on your lawyer-guide to deliver you to the other side. This is the point where you will either be really thankful you picked a great guide, or really regretful you didn’t.
Brittney Tubbs was my lawyer for about a year and a half on an employment discrimination case with my former employer. It’s hard to articulate just how great of a lawyer she is, because there are so many ways in which she is great. She has a mind like a steal trap. She learned every aspect of my case to the point where she remembered the details better than even I did. The greatest thing about Ms. Tubbs though was the peace of mind her legal representation gave me. Instead of me staying up till 2am analyzing the case, she did. Instead of me having to worry about what the other side was going to try and do or say, she did. I’ve never been involved in a legal case before and she explained everything to me every step of the way. I valued her insight because it was always reasonable and trustworthy. And she’s somebody you’d actually like in real life. While she’s tough in depositions (watching her grill your opponent will feel like justice in and of itself), she’s not a jerk about it. The legal process is an ugly, stressful endeavor but with Ms. Tubbs you won’t feel like you’ve sold your soul to get justice. My case ended in a resolution I was happy with and I would highly recommend her work!

My story was very complicated and unusual. in my country,I was abandoned as a young child because of my disability (there was no family or so support to me). He reviewed the legal and factual situation carefully and advised me to be less defensive --- which was very good advice, it turns out. Over the next year he worked carefully and prudently to bring the mess to a happy conclusion in my favor, and the bills were always fair and reflective of productive effort. This lawyer went out of her way to defend my son (a convicted felon). She had knowlege of the laws. She was prepared. She stood up to the Federal agents and the judge who continually tried to shut her out. I think they were rude and short with her just because she is a woman, but she stuck to her preparations and won the case for my son who is a convicted felon. But the evidence was there and she prooved that my son was innocent of the trumpted up charges. Saved him 7 years in prison. We will be forever grateful. She is very hard working, honest. Joanna is very professional and is a great listener and communicator. She is helping me respond to combative situation and I'm very grateful for her help. Joanna helped me finalize a mediated divorce. My ex and I worked through the majority of the issues (over a year) with a wonderful mediator who provided me with Joanna's contact information at the end of the process. What I appreciated is Joanna also wanted to make things work smoothly and not "fight" a battle for no reason. Her fees were reasonable and she did not over bill. I found her kind and compassionate, but also very smart.
