Tereza is a fantastic young lawyer (but don't let that fool you). She is extremely bright yet very down to earth. I felt she gave 100% to me and my case; that it was as important to her that the case went well as it was to me. We had a very difficult situation with our finances and with a health matter of a family member. Tereza helped us navigate through some very difficult decisions and advised us on the best course, even when we didn't think so at the time. I'm happy that she kept bringing up issues for us to think about, because we eventually came around to see things as we should have not emotionally and we made better decisions for our family. She was very responsive to any of our questions, and at times had to be the hand holder for nervous situations and times. I am very happy we had her on our case, and would not hesitate to contact her again for any matter even if she had to refer us to another attorney due to the issue because she always considers what is best for you and your family.

We used Jeff to help finish a sub-division project and subsequently made him our Home Owner's Association Attorney. He was extremely instrumental in helping us with County reguations, creating Bylaws, Amending our Articles of Incorporation, other necessary governing documents, and deeds to convey inherited land at the time several years ago. Now as the Association attorney he is just as helpful and skilled in HOA matters, liens, forclosures if need be, and we trust him and could not do without him. AND, he has a great personality and sense of humor, rare in most lawyers we have known!

Karl completely came through in my DUI case and was able to get the charges down to a reckless driving. He was very professional in handling the case. He knew exactly how to handle the prosecutor. This is Daniel Derek Brown and Jason represented me in a case in which my conviction was recently overturned and I was released. Kim and Jason are two of the most diligent and talented attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Collectively, we thought my problem was simple but the district court simply did not understand the ramifications of a bad decision, which is where Kim and Jason stepped in and righted that wrong. This included testifying in front of the Washington State House of Representatives, appeals that went all the way to the Supreme Court and ultimately the district court reversed their decision. Even the original Judge insisted on correcting her previous error personally. Every dime was well spent and the volume of work that was done was incredible. Chris has effectively handled a variety of business matters for me. Most recently, he successfully negotiated a residential eviction in Seattle. This was by no means a simple matter because of eviction moratorium restrictions, winter eviction restrictions, conflicting laws, and other barriers. The process went much more smoothly than anticipated. Further, his fees are extremely reasonable. He also doesn't hesitate to refer when outside his areas of expertise. He will expend considerable effort to find a quality referral. You will be pleased with his work.

Christopher worked with me on a business contract breach where the customer owed my company significant money. Engaging in legal action was daunting as my company is a small boutique size firm, up against a large public company. Litigation costs for them would have been a drop in the bucket, but for my company, it would have been monumental. I brought the case because the contract was clear on the terms and conditions. What gave me confidence and conviction was Christopher Reed's experience and capabilities as an attorney. He is highly recommended for the following reasons: -Out of the gate, professional and interested in my case. -He listened and has the business savvy to connect the dots of the issue quickly. He made sure he communicated the issue back so we were in sync. He let me know what type of data he needed in support of my position, and we tackled more evidence as the issue was pulled into different directions. I felt it was an efficient and organized process—money well spent. -Professional and timely in all of his communications, even to let me know, there's a delay from the opposing counsel. I was never left on hold wondering what the next action item was or who owned it. When they were stonewalling, he showed appropriate assertiveness to get them to want to engage but always unwavering in his ethics. Christopher had my full confidence. -He was strategic with me in discussing the negotiation, and had great execution in presenting our position and arguments to opposing counsel. He answered my questions swiftly and helped me understand their arguments and how we could overcome their position. -Christopher has excellent intuition, interpersonal, legal and negotiating skills. If x language in the agreement didn't work for the opposing side, he had another workaround to achieve our goal in the language. His writing skills are impressive. -I believe his ability to be firm yet fair, and knowledgeable of my contract and the law, was vital in achieving not only their attention and engagement, but a 90% payment on the total due! (Yeah!) He far exceeded my initial expectation which was to be largely ignored by this public company. I fully expected they’d draw it out so I incurred significant legal expenses and gave up. I was going to be content with half of the total amount they owed. I highly recommend Christopher Reed. He’s an excellent attorney. He loves the legal field, problem solving, writing, negotiating and helping me navigate the laws without getting too deep into the weeds. He doesn't waste your time, he presents options and pros/cons. He tells you the honest facts. He’ll fight for you. He guided and taught me so I was understanding both the process, our strategy and application of the law. I have to believe the East Coast big city opposing attorney was (secretly) equally impressed with Christopher. The arguments he presented gave the opposing counsel strong data to take back to his customer that compelled them to settle substantially higher than the puny settlement they originally proposed. I not only highly recommend Christopher but will use him again in the future to create business contracts, and also if a situation/issue arises where I need legal counsel.

A fair settlement with the previous contractor seemed very hard for me as English is my second language. But I was lucky to have support from Christopher. For the whole process, he focused on how I “ Feel” and what I “Expect”. Language didn’t become a barrier because we were sharing the exact same goal. John Hicks is the kind of attorney that you hope for if you're in need of one. He was patient, sincerely interested in helping me find the best resolution for my business challenge, knowledgeable about the law as it pertained to my situation and just an all-around good person to work with in dealing with a tough problem to solve. Recently, I was in need of Admin Law help to deal with a State Agency. After reviewing several law firms I decided to go with Seattle Litigation, and I am glad I did. Jessica Creager was assigned my case. She had a very good handle on my issues and was very proactive. She balanced my needs with the system and provided an answer to the state that included no less than 4 issues that needed to be taken into account. I contacted Mr. Ford with questions regarding restraining orders and bringing my service dog to work where as my job wasn't wanting to let me. While he is located outside of my state, he supplied me with information, lawyers I could reach out to, answered any questions I had, and was extremely helpful in making me feel much better about my situation. Mark was great as my attorney. Prompt, together, knowledgeable and most importantly empathetic. The Courtroom can be very foreboding environment to to find yourself in and Mark made it a point to ease my apprehensions. We came to Carol after 10 years of fighting with the Dept. of Homeland Security , with no success. We faced being deported and felt as if we were nearing the end of our legal options. Carol took our case and gave us a realistic outlook on what we could expect. She walked us through our options and the likely outcomes–she told us that our case was a long shot, but that she would do her best. Immigration cases are complicated and time consuming. They require a lot of expertise and can be very costly, but Carol was honest with us regarding the costs. Moreover, immigration cases take a long time to resolve. The Dept. of Homeland security takes months to respond to just about any filing and cases can go on for years--ours went on for 12. It is difficult to find an honest, qualified immigration attorney. Our previous lawyer missed deadlines, didn't return our phone calls, and ultimately kept all of the money we paid her even though we were facing deportation because she had missed numerous immigration deadlines. Carol, like any attorney, is busy, but she genuinely cared about us and was very diligent in representing us. She never missed a deadline and the work she submitted on our behalf was of high quality. Carol is one of the top two immigration attorneys in Seattle according to Seattle Magazine and I believe it! She has a reputation among other attorneys of being an excellent, knowledgeable and ethical lawyer. For us, she was a zealous advocate and took our case all the way to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she won on oral argument–a very rare occurrence. For a business legal matter, I called 4 different attorneys to get quotes and free consultation. Brock saved me thousand of dollars in a commercial real estate contract negotiation. He spotted term and conditions that were only favorable to the landlord. In addition he advised me during the entire process and presented me with options so I could make an intelligent decision. Brock is unusual because he educates his clients. I've been using Brock for 2 years now and without a doubt he's the best in his field! He will spend the time it takes so you understand what's happening. I have found myself in David-and-Goliath battles from time to time and Brock has regularly slain the proverbial Goliath. He's pragmatic and looks for reasonable solutions, but he's also the guy you want going to bat for you. He's not intimidated and has a way of prevailing when others would give up. Law, and especially trademark and copyright law is a very difficult area for non-lawyers. There are so many ways to mess up without meaning to. My case was complicated due to many missteps I took in a real estate/renter arrangement and I was threatened with a forced sale in a lawsuit filed by the tenant. When Fred received the inch thick packet from the tenant’s attorney he said in his calm understated way, and I paraphrase, in my years as an attorney I have never seen anything quite like this. He carefully read the five years worth of emails, asked many questions, and ultimately created a clear picture of what had taken place in this exchange. He identified the strengths of our argument and presented them to the tenant’s attorney precisely and forcefully, without confrontation or aggression. I was particularly impressed by his kindness and intelligence throughout the negotiations. Fred kept me informed and responded to any questions or concerns within hours of my inquiry. He listened and respected my point of view. While not offering false hope, Fred encouraged me to allow him to assume the anxiety so I could carry on with my normal daily living. We discussed settlement options to which the other side ultimately agreed and I was able to keep my house---I am exceptionally happy with Fred’s expertise and much relieved by the outcome. I strongly recommend him.

I had an unusual and very messy situation that several attorneys had declined to consider.
