I had my initial consultation over the phone and followed up with a visit to his office. Michael reviewed all my documents I had in support of my request and thoroughly explained the process to me.
Through out the time I retained him till the sealing of my record, Michael and I communicated via email and phone calls.
His deportment was professional and made me feel I made the right choice in hiring him.

When you get to a certain point in your life and career, you are able to immediately identify the really sharp people. Claire has represented me for several years in numerous cases that have gone through family court. There is no one I would rather have in my corner. She is kind, supportive and understanding of the emotions involved in family court cases (children, support and visitation). But once we are in court she is absolutely ferocious and within minutes you will thank God she is on your side. Her entire team, including Carrie, are amazing. They made me feel like family from day one and that was very reassuring. I can't recommend them enough.

Mr. Brown helped my family in a certain important way. In 2023, my father had died and the money that was to be paid out was being withheld due to some clerical error on the side of the insurance company. The insurance company then tried to sue my mother for misinformation that they believed my father gave them. Plus the fact that they were still taking money to pay into the insurance policy months after my father died. Mr. Brown was not only able to get the money my family is entitled to, bit also managed to get us an interest payment on top of that. Put a time that he was hired all the way to the time that he was able to get this case settled what's the matter of just 6 weeks. He does meticulous work and has an eye for detail.

Best lawyer there is! I received a few traffic tickets and came to Mr. Birch for help. He returned my call very quickly and gave me great advice. He ended up representing me in court and once I gave him the ticket information, I didn’t even have to think about the ticket until I was given a not guilty verdict. He let me know the results the day after and I could not be happier with the experience. I will absolutely use him again if I get any more tickets.
