she is a no nonsense, practical and extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. She gave me advise on the spur of the top of her head, she was familiar with case law and rattled of several specific situations. We had been to another big name big priced hot shot attorney that was recommended to us for this matter. They really answered nothing in our first consult, it took three separate meetings to establish a plan. I was using Ms. Zawisny (through a recommendation) as a second opinion because I was told of her expertise. Well let me tell you, what she expalined more in the initial consultation than the other lawyers did in 3 meetings. She did waste my time saying that she had to do some research, she knew what she was talking about and that was obvious. the level of comfort with her handling my work is worth every dollar.Nicko

Our attorney with whom we've worked for more than 35 years retired and recommended Kevin McConnell. Navigating a "long distance" Closing of NYC Coop was no small task especially since the buyer included a Title Company. I was Falsely accused of a robbery assault charge and arrested by a warrant squad 1 month after the accusation without being aware or notified by any detective about a warrant, at the first arraignment not only did Mr. Rooney convince the judge to release me on my own recognizance but shockingly Mr.Rooney exposed the accusers criminal record proving this person to be a convicted felon who has lied in a court room a number of times before, as the proceedings went on Mr. Rooney was able to get the charges against me dismissed & sealed. Thank you Mr. Rooney for your excellent defense and for saving my record.

Ms. Braunsberg is by far the best attorney I have ever had through my 8-year long ordeal in the Family Courts. She is brilliant, cuts the chase, focuses on the case and is a human being.
