I was Falsely accused of a robbery assault charge and arrested by a warrant squad 1 month after the accusation without being aware or notified by any detective about a warrant, at the first arraignment not only did Mr. Rooney convince the judge to release me on my own recognizance but shockingly Mr.Rooney exposed the accusers criminal record proving this person to be a convicted felon who has lied in a court room a number of times before, as the proceedings went on Mr. Rooney was able to get the charges against me dismissed & sealed. Thank you Mr. Rooney for your excellent defense and for saving my record.

Joe, is extremely knowledgeable on dental procedures. I was a plaintiff in a large dental malpractice suit and the defendants attorney was frequently frustrated by Joe's ability to rebut legal and standard of care arguments on the spot. To say Joe is passionate is an understatement. Btw opposing council was a top 100 law firm in the country.

Ms. Braunsberg is by far the best attorney I have ever had through my 8-year long ordeal in the Family Courts. She is brilliant, cuts the chase, focuses on the case and is a human being. She won my appellate court appeal which is not a small accomplishment in custody cases, and my case, that she built up, has since became a case law. Not only that she helped me, she has helped scores of women and men for generations from being subject to the same type of "judicial error" that I was subject to. I could not recommend her more highly.

I went to see Mr sax for a free consultation and I just want to say the most informative and pleasant lawyer I've ever met with , and I've see many, didn't rush me and even made a phone call to find out some information for me that had nothing go do for what I came for. comfortable with Donna Oliva. She is very professional, patient,
has great communication skills, and she promptly responded to
all of our calls and emails. We never felt we were just another
one of her clients. Although she handled a number of matters for
us simultaneously, she rarely had to refresh her memory about
the specific details of any matter, since her attention to
detail and recollection are superb. Her legal knowledge,
research and writing skills also are excellent, as well, and she
