If her bosses only knew what she does to hinder the help of their clients. Do yourself a favor and deal with someone other than Laura. Great law firm. Initially went in cause i found out I needed a attorney to respond to some court paper when I went to the court across the street. I was hesitant to go in cause I had already been in contact with another attorney. But they never reached back to me the day before and have not for a week. So I was glad to went into this firm. Not only was I ready and willing to pay for a retainer to respond to my case but they consulted me for free and had my worries at ease. They told me to wait a week if the other party didn't get back to me they will set me up.
