Working with Dana was amazing from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. My family hired Jason Berger to represent us in a minor child name change. He handled our case with professionalism and kindness. He was thorough with our case and handled everything above and beyond our expectations. Communication with us in regards to our case was exceptional. His assistant Nancy was always available to answer our calls and give Jason our information.
On the day of our court hearing I watched Mr. Berger arrive early to get our name on the top of the court roster for the morning.
Our case was heard and the minor's name was changed. Everything went smoothly.
Birth certificates were easily picked up from the office.
Mr. Berger showed great concern for our case and shared in the excitement of the final outcome.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Edward Galante as my attorney. Throughout my case, there was a consistent lack of communication and responsiveness. Critical questions about my legal matters went unanswered, and I often felt sidelined and ignored. His approach seemed more focused on closing the case quickly rather than addressing the issues at hand, leading to unresolved discrepancies and unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend his services if you are looking for an attorney who provides clear guidance, timely communication, and dedicated attention to your case.

Mr. Galante and Abby were very compassionate, patient and helpful in my divorce. They understood my angle of wanting to offer reconciliation first and were willing to try my ideas while offering very sound advice and experience. They answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, with patience and care. They answered when I called or got back to me asap. They also continued to encourage me through the divorce when my ex-wife had rejected reconciliation and they had made the rest of the process smooth and in the best interest of both parties. Words can’t express how grateful I am to God that He led me to Mr. Galante. I’ve heard horror stories about invalid Wills and poorly drawn documents that failed to work the way the person intended. So even though I’m single with no children, I sought someone who would work WITH ME, helping me to consider alternatives for, to think through, and to set up legally effective arrangements. On a financial side I sought someone who would advise me about my home, my investments and other property in the event of mental disability and eventual death. I needed help to minimize my potential taxes and fees as well as understand my digital assets. Lynne Wilkinson Spraker has been our attorney for several years. She has handled the estate settlement of two family members. In both instances she exhibited expertise, dignity and professionalism. Christian is the best lawyer that I know. He would always get back to me quickly whenever I had questions about my case. He will not sugarcoat things or tell you what you want to hear to get you to pay his retainer. He will give you his honest opinion about your case. I hired Christian in my domestic battery case and he had assured me early on that my sentence would be reasonable. I went 13 weeks at one point with him not accepting one of my calls while I was incarcerated. He also missed multiple appointments during my time incarcerated. Despite my reluctance to follow his advice in hiring a psychiatrist and paying $1,500.00 for an evaluation I did. Christian said verbatim "if you pay the fee the psychiatrist will say what we need him to". Once the psychiatrist completed the report I was advised by the psychiatrist office that Christian never even followed up on obtaining the report. At my sentencing after Christian failed miserably to have my felony withheld he walked out of the courtroom without even saying anything to me or discussing an appeal. He is a poor excuse for a lawyer and should not be in litigation.

In 2013 I was injured while walking my dog near my residence at Newport Isles - my injury was the result of my HOA not properly overseeing the construction that resulted in my requiring surgery and rehabilitation that took the better part of 2 years. The HOA tried to use every excuse they could of to evade taking on the liability for their oversight and attempted to place the fault on me opposed to their misconduct. Gloria Seidule stood by me through my case, even at times when I thought about giving up or attempting to escape having to relive that moment again. She supported my beliefs in pursuing justice and always took a stand to look out for me and my future. Her services and personal attention in my case was by far the reason for me being able to win my case and another victim to the "Big Bad HOA Management Companies of SLC". She prepared me by letting me know what to expect throughout my case and always gave me the worst case scenario, even though at times it was not what I wanted to hear. Honesty is big with me, and throughout my case I acquired a lot of respect for Gloria, because I know an "HONEST" attorney is a rare find. She would stop at a moment notice to take my calls and listen to my concerns. I have never looked kindly on attorneys, thinking they were always more into the case for themselves opposed to being in it for their clients, however, after meeting Gloria, my views since my case have changed and I wouldn't hesitate contacting her again in the event I am ever in need of her services in the future. Gloria is a very knowledgeable attorney. Exceptional, Outstanding, superb, just a few words to describe her. I have used her twice for two different cases, and her professionalism is second to none. She was able to settle both cases and received a great settlement for both. It wasn't easy, but she is very patient and understanding. Her clients are her priority. I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Bowdish and their team. Not only was Bowdish consistently rude, but their lack of knowledge about the law was glaringly evident. I felt neglected as a client, with little to no updates on my case, and their staff displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect, outright stating that they didn't have any obligation to assist me.
It was evident that Bowdish lacks the necessary expertise, appearing inexperienced throughout our interactions. The collective attitude of the staff mirrored the unprofessionalism demonstrated by [Lawyer's Name]. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would caution others against seeking legal services from Bowdish and their team.
In addition to the aforementioned issues, I must highlight Bowdish's consistent pattern of postponing meetings and court dates. This practice not only contributed to delays but also demonstrated a lack of commitment and professionalism. The repeated rescheduling added unnecessary frustration and uncertainty to an already challenging legal situation. This experience has further solidified my dissatisfaction with Bowdish and their overall handling of my case.

He does NOT represent me, and will not return any emails, or answer his office phone, as HE DOES NOT HAVE TOO. This is coming from a worried mother, our child is being exposed to awful events. Mr. Rogers does nothing but allow his client to continue to put our child in danger. If you want your child safe DO NOT CHOOSE HIM. His assistant Brittany, makes personal calls to my child's father, expressing her opinions of me and how she thinks things should go, not to mention including the flirting with him. That's just disgusting and unprofessional. She hangs up on me, she will not listen she just wants to argue. I am truly lost and I pray god heals him and reminds him why he is a family law attorney including a criminal one. Does a criminal attorney usually allow his own client to commit crimes ? I hired Rick to work on my divorce case. I didn't get the work and results that I would expect at his rates. After continued arguments about billing and him losing every plea in my case, I fired him. He then filed a lien against me in Martin County and I was forced to pay his ridicules bill in full. Never again, as there are to many other local attorneys that are more cost effective.. All I can say is watch out...

When it first became necessary to hire an attorney, Mr. Barlow made himself available to me on a Sunday afternoon in his office to facilitate the needs of my schedule. He was also preparing for a trial starting the next day and I thought that his willingness to meet with me on Sunday when he was preparing for another matter was especially client oriented and showed a sincere interest in helping me retain counsel as soon as possible to relieve some of the burden from my shoulders.
Mr. Barlow listened to my entire story and all of the facts and came up with a strategy which was virtually the same as I had anticipated being an attorney myself, though a different type of attorney. Anticipating a battle lasting well into 2014, I was pleasantly surprised when we were able to get to a final hearing in mid December and everything was over.
I found Mr. Barlow be thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate. He and his paralegal make a good team for anyone who needs competent and honest representation. I would refer friends and clients who might require services in his practice areas without hesitation.

I am so extremely grateful for both Jeff Gorman and his family law attorney Erica Powers. While Mr. Gorman can handle family law matters, he primarily handles criminal matters while Ms. Powers primarily handles family court matters. I was extremely happy with Ms. Powers: She goes above and beyond to ensure that your case is handled to the best of her abilities. When retaining an attorney it is extremely important to retain an attorney who has a good rapport with the judges in within your district. When you retain Erica Powers you are also, by association, retaining the services of Jeff Gorman, which meant that I had two attorneys protecting my legal interests. Also, both Ms. Powers and Mr. Gorman are extremely well respected by all local judges as well as other attorneys. Ms. Powers is extremely adept in all legal matters. I had retained another attorney in this area, a woman, who took my retainer and then did nothing for it, absolutely no work, and used up my $7500 retainer and there was nothing I could do about it except get another attorney, which was Ms. Powers. I was very upset; however, after retaining Erica Powers I was extremely pleased that things turned out the way that they did because in the end my divorce was handled much better than I had ever anticipated and it is because of her prowess and experience. Now I am grateful that the first attorney did not work out. (IMPORTANT: NEVER SIGN A RETAINER WHERE THE ATTORNEY KEEPS ANY PART IF YOUR RETAINER IF THEY ARE TERMINATED FOR LACK OF PROGRESS OR WORK!) Do not think you are getting Jeff when you go there for a divorce you are getting Erika Powers who in the end let us walk out with less never agreed on any of our mutual agreements that would have saved a lot of money on attorney fees and we both would have settled with more.

I had a great experience with Katz&Associates. Several years ago I was on the verge of losing my home to foreclosure. Mr. Katz and his team worked hard for me and negotiated an amazing deal with my bank. In the end another couple bought my home in a short sale, and I was able to walk away with out a judgement. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for great results. The entire staff is friendly, and very diligent.

I was assigned John by the public defenders office twice in the past. Both times he was impossible to reach and we did not speak but maybe five minutes before court was to begin. He immediately went from talking to me outside the courtroom in a very serious manner to smiling and joking around with the state attorney. Both times he represented me he tried to get me to sign the first deal drawn up by the state (seventy months doc). I refused to sign and he promised me I would get more time than that because I would not sign. He went as far as to tell my mother there was nothing he could do because I would not sign the states deal and I was going to get seven plus years. I did an open plea because he would not work for me and got much much less than he threatened. In my opinion anyone assigned this man would be better off representing themselves.

This Lawyer screwed me and my family, put us into a chapter 13 that we could not afford and was extremley rude when asked qustions, treated us like idiots through out the whole process after the filing when we asked questions he said we had to pay him for the answers, do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Hello, I recently received my medical records on February 28th from the law firm Vastola & Kirwan, P.A. that were looking into my malpractice case. Upon receiving my medical records back, the envelope was not sealed at all and now I'm missing sensitive records which includes my social security number, home address and details of my past surgeries. I called the Law Firm Vastola & Kirwan, P.A. and asked to speak with “Guy” but I was told he was longer with the law firm so then I left a message for someone to call me back. I then called the next day on March 1, and left a second message. Later that morning Mr. Jeff Vastola returned my call. Mr. Jeff Vastola asked what was the issue and I told Mr. Jeff Vastola that my medical records were sent back with the envelope wide open and there were missing sensitive records. Mr. Jeff Vastola said that he wouldn’t know how that would have happened because that was not the way they would return records. I told Mr. Jeff Vastola when I sent them my records to his office I sent them certified with a return receipt because of the importance of the information it contained. Mr. Jeff Vastola asked if there was a cover letter and I told him no. Mr. Jeff Vastola then asked if I wanted copies of all of the records to be sent to me because all records are scanned into his computers and I told him no because I could always ask the previous law firm for the originals which in fact was what I sent Mr. Jeff Vastola law firm in the first place. I then told Mr. Jeff Vastola that my worry was that I have sensitive medical records lost and that I was afraid of someone stealing my identity. Mr. Jeff Vastola, said he couldn’t do anything for me. I told Mr. Jeff Vastola that if I have any issues of someone stealing my information that his law firm would be accountable. Mr. Jeff Vastola then accused me of extortion, I told him no that’s not what I wanted in any shape or form, only that if in the event that my identity was ever stolen that he would be held responsible because he represents his law firm and the careless manner in which my records where sent back. Mr. Jeff Vastola snickered at me and laughed and had no remorse or even show any professionalism. I can’t believe how Mr. Jeff Vastola has treated me. I’ve put my trust with the law firm Vastola & Kirwan, P.A. with my horrible medical ordeal and expected more but unfortunately I was wrong. At the end I was hung up on.
