I have been represented by Mr. Ponsoldt in two separate cases with excellent results. The first case was settled out of court thanks to his unique suggestions that allowed both parties to benefit. The second case culminated in a two week jury trial that Mr. Ponsoldt won and allowed me to close a very painful chapter in my life. Mr. Ponsoldt has been our counsel for 20 plus years, we have had several attorneys working on other cases however He gets the job done correctly and understands what our mission is on each case and keeps us in check. The firm has been there for us when he has not been available in emergencies and the staff is knowledgeable and professional.

I was recommended to John by a friend who had been in a case where John was the opposing attorney. My friend told me after losing the case that John was a real gentleman and honest. After interviewing with him I have used his office for the last 14 years for several real estate transactions and family law because I know he is fair but bulldog tough. HIs ethics are impeccable. I would not go to court without consulting him. It is my observation that he is well respected in the christian community and in the courtroom. His office staff are very professional and personable. I am writing upon completion of my case where I have suffered injuries that, after less than two years, the EBERST & EBERST LAW FIRM has resolved my lawsuit in the most professional and satisfactory manner.
While I can only speak for myself, how overwhelming injuries too numerous to mention brought dark days concerning future abilities, the fact of the matter is that I recommend for any and all accident victims the EBERST team. Our family has used Ms. Woods Law Firm of McCarty, Summers for approximately 30 years. Our late father had this firm draft a "Q-Tip"
trust for execution many years ago, and when he passed away in 2017, Ms.Wood was responsible for all phases of this tax plan being followed. Since some family members lived out of state, had different circumstances with children, etc since this draft was written, it required different details & accounting to make sure all that were involved were indeed dealt with fairly. As you can imagine some families like ours tend to be "high maintenance", but Ms. Wood was able to navigate through this, keep the flow of documents moving between everyone, working with Morgan Stanley to make sure proper distributions were made and constantly kept all family members "in the loop" ! Further, as the fiduciary of this trust I wanted to make sure that
every last detail was followed per my fathers requests and Ms. Wood made my responsibility to the family a smooth transition.
Now, the reason I highly recommend Ms. Wood is that she was able to make this all happen in a very timely manner. In closing, believe me when I say if Ms. Wood can handle my family and still keep peace with those involved and most important kept her fee's to "exactly" what we talked about when the exercise began, you have no choice but to use her for your estate planning. In short "she's a rock star" and no I'm not related to her !

Josh Shankman took total charge of the closing of our newly purchased home in Stuart, Florida, on April 27th, 2020, safely masked in an outdoor tent, shortly after the pandemic was declared, for Christopher J. Twohey. He was totally professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable in all he did, All questions answered!!! I must saw he’s an absolute doll, and I would absolutely use him again... Scott Konopka is extremely competent and thorough in reviewing a case, and I highly recommend him. He is above board and goes the extra mile-- more like 10 miles. My husband died and left me with a legal mess, especially with his pension allocation from a major insurance company. I spoke to more than 7 attorneys about reclaiming the full amount which was "documented" (I use that term loosely here) in an HR letter with my name and the amount I would receive for my lifetime after his death. When I went to claim that amount, the company reps told me that amount was erroneous. None of the other attorneys I had consulted with over a 3 month span had answers. Only one other had direction, but that was too expensive for me to pursue. It was Mr. Konopka who gave me a definitive answer as to whether or not I had a legal leg to stand on because he followed through on my consultation with additional resources to get a realistic outcome. Well, I was very disappointed, to say the least, to be advised that this potential suit was not worth pursuing but quite relieved to finally let go of a very frustrating and painful situation. Mr. Konopka saved me thousands of dollars in this way and I am totally grateful and humble that an attorney exists today who is that upright and considerate of the client. Having a most competent and ethical attorney provided me with needed peace of mind.

I hired Attorney Edward Buchanan to represent me in a case where an independent contractor breached our agreement.
The contractor tried every trick to avoid responsibility… dodging process servers, stalling, and hoping the lawsuit would just disappear. But Attorney Buchanan didn’t back down. He tracked him down, took him to court, and made sure justice was served.
In the end, the contractor had no choice but to settle. If you need an attorney who is relentless, strategic, and knows how to get results, I highly recommend Edward Buchanan.

I had a consult with R.J. yesterday because I was concerned how my current divorce lawyer was handling my case bec she seemed a bit too friendly with my ex's lawyer who she knew. R.J kindly gave me his time and listened to my concerns and told me that he would gladly accept my case, but he thought my lawyer is doing the right thing by me and my kids. Now, that is a response from a highly intelligent, fair-minded attorney. If anything does happen with my current lawyer, I will be retaining R.J. because he's honest, straightforward and cares about the children involved in high conflict cases. I've interviewed at least 25 lawyers over my case and R.J. definitely stands out in a very good way.

Extremely Unprofessional Service – Beware
I had a very frustrating experience with The Law Offices of John J. McGlynn III, specifically with the Title Agent, Shelley McGlynn. My ex-wife and I sold a house in Stuart as part of a Final Agreement, and Shelley was assigned as our Title Agent. From the very beginning, she was completely unprofessional , rude and showed no impartiality in handling the situation.
I was told I would receive a specific amount of money from the sale, but when I asked for clarification, Shelley was unable – or unwilling – to explain why this amount was different from what the judge had decided. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown or explanation, but she told me i was 10 minutes late and she couldn't answer. After several attempts to get clear communication, she started to request documentations.
Things took a turn for the worse when she refused to disburse the funds entirely, citing that my ex-wife had claimed I owed her money. Shelley didn’t even attempt to verify this claim or consider the terms of the Final Agreement. Instead, she just took my ex-wife's word as gospel, completely disregarding the judge's decision, which was clearly outlined in the agreement.
If Shelley had bothered to read and follow the Final Agreement and the judge's instructions, she could have handled this situation properly. Instead, her lack of professionalism and failure to perform her duties caused unnecessary delays and confusion. I would not trust this office or this Title Agent with any future transactions, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal or title services.
