Terrible. Called Robert R. in November. We spoke. He asked for some documentation which I promptly sent. He has never called back. I left at several messages and even asked the receptionist to relay what was the issue if anything. No response. And my documentation was not even returned. Would not recommend this firm.

Patricia Sciarrino is very fast paced and completely by the book. I needed to get through mediation and I was referred to her. She let me explain my situation and what I wanted to come from mediation and it was nice to just sit back and let her handle everything. She is very friendly and understanding, and looks at things from both points of view, which helped me get a better understanding of what I should or should not do. There are two types of professionals I don't like dealing with: Doctors and Lawyers.
So when I got into my accident, I dreaded what I would have to go through. Bill didn't want to put me through any extra pain. He took care of it. Just all of it. Didn't have to think about anything. I just went to the doctors I needed and went about my life. An occasional phone call, email or letter, that was all he needed from me. He didn't give up even when the battle was tough. And he won it.
I pray I would never need this service again. But should I. There's no one else I would go to.

Kibbey and Jason my family can't thank you enough for being our Angels. I told my husband early on that you all were appointed by God to fight this battle for my family. There were days I didn't want to leave my home because my family and I were being followed, I felt as if I were being harassed all because my husband an Osceola County Deputy was wrongly accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, theft of government funds, and aggravated identity theft in a scheme to obtain fraudulent federal income tax refunds. I felt as if my life was ending. These great men looked my husband and I in the eyes and said we will fight until the end. Titus we Promise you we will fight with all of our being and they did. On December 5, 2015 at 8:09pm 13 jurors walked into the courtroom with their heads held high and came to an agreement that my husband is Not Guilty! Not Guilty was read 3 times and all could hear in the room was my husband Cry Out Before The Amazing God We Serve Thank You God...Thank You God! Judge Walker could have stopped reading and asked my husband to end his Cry however he zoned it out and continued to read Jury instructions, thanked the jury, and the attorneys. My husbands friend sat next to me as I cried and mumbled Thank You God over and over again. As you know here are only 12 Jurors during a Federal Trial however during my husbands week long trial my father passed away! Kibbey and Jason remined me that my dad was going to be the Angel in the room as the jurors deliberated. I say my dad was the Foreman. Thank you daddy, I love you for giving your life so my husband can be Free!

I have to say that I was introduced to Mrs Antonietta Brancaccio in a bad moment of my visa process. I hired a lawyer in november 2014 to renew my O1 visa promising to have it in 4 months. long story short, in december 2015 I was still waiting to finalize and send my case to immigration because he was always found excuses and he was postponing phone calls and meetings. In January 2016 I found out that this unprofessional lawyer quit the studio and left without notice and without processing any document i sent him until that moment. I was pretty upset and I wanted the money back from the studio he was working for. The owner of the studio hired Mrs Brancaccio to follow my case and many others that like me were left in the limbo with all the documents lost. Antonietta was in touch with me every day to tell what she could find and what she needed to speed up my case. she was very sharp, professional, easy to talk with and even if I was very upset she understood the moment and was able to calm me down from the anger I had with the previous lawyer experience. Day by day she gained my trust and I liked of her that she was always in contact with me to ask information and how to present in a better way my case to immigration people. Since she jumped on my case from January 11th she was able to submit all the paper to immigration on February 22nd..so not even in a month and a half the immigration had all my papers: you do the math compared to my previous lawyer that took almost one year and a half! Antonietta saved me from a not easy situation and was able to reduce my stress. on may 1st my case was approved thank to the incredible and outstanding job of Mrs Antonietta Brancaccio. I would recommend Attorney Chris Baehman. I had a misdemeanor possession charge for marijuana under 20g and it was a first offense for me personally. I have never had a criminal history and I was looking for legal counsel on my case and looking for someone who was going to help me make the best decision for my consequences. I met with multiple attorneys and I explained my situation and after speaking with Attorney Baehman, I felt that he was going to be fair and honest with me as his client. Although my case was a misdemeanor I felt that he took his time to look into other cases similar to mine and he explained to me what my possible outcomes would be and he never once guaranteed me any possible outcome, yet he was able to direct me to what was best for me and my family. He was very professional and he truly invest his time into his clients. He listens to his clients and shows empathy for their situation. I was not arrested, but summons to court and through the representation of him I was able to take a plea deal of no probation, plus a fine, court cost, substance abuse course, and adjudication withheld. He stays in communication with you and keeps you up to date on your case. I trusted him to give me the best representation in court and he did just that. Thanks again!!
