Previous client where consultation was complimentary. Had another consultation and was not told about the $350 consultation fee until I showed up to the appointment. The girl at the front desk argued with me stating that she told me about the fees when she “called me back” AFTER my initial call. But when I showed up to the appointment she said she didn’t even have my phone number on file. I told her my previous consultation was free and she yelled at me and said they don’t offer complimentary consultations. I told her I went through them before and had one for free and she said “no you didn’t.” I walked out and will be going through someone who has organized staff and doesn’t overcharge for consultations. Waste of time. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not be continuing my other case through them.

If you want a lawyer who shakes in court, can’t answer questions the judge asks, overcharges you, doesn’t communicate when they make decisions days before a court appearance and your lawyer doesn’t appear or call to let you know they are sending someone else, neglects to listen, or appropriately respond to billing questions then these are the Lawyers for you!
