Mr. Rivera came highly recommended to us and proved himself every step of the process. I had some concerns over my H1B work visa status and paid the 15-minute consultation with Ramon. He spent 10 minutes to answer my questions and also offered to do more research for me on possible options. Then we spoke again the next day and he explained in greater detail about the possible options.

Back in 2008, I got into some trouble with multiple DWI charges, in a few different counties. Another lawyer referred me to Dana, and when I called him he answered my call immediately. I ended up hiring Dana for all of my cases, and he resolved them all to my satisfaction. In fact, the outcome was MUCH better than I could have ever expected. Fortunately, I didn't need a criminal defense attorney again until 2016, when I got another DWI. I wasn't sure if Dana would handle the case, because it was far away from his office. I called Dana from the police station, and he answered the phone and was able to give me advice regarding what I should do. I followed Dana's instructions and hired him to handle the case. I was really scared about what would happen to me. The charges were serious, and I was going to lose my license for a very long time (maybe forever), if I was convicted of the charges. I was concerned about my job, as I travel extensively for work and, as a single mother, rely upon my job to support my child. During the course of my case (which was handled very efficiently), Dana was always available to meet or talk by phone to address my concerns. He has the patience of a saint! Somehow, Dana kept my license from ever being suspended and got my felony DWI charges DISMISSED! He saved my life and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a compassionate, skilled criminal defense attorney.

I got a denial of an I-539 petition from USCIS, which puts me in an unlawful presence condition. When I got such notice, I was referred by a friend to reach out to Anna for help. After a Zoom meeting and all application material shared with Anna, she believes that denial doesn't make sense and it's approvable. Instead of filing an appeal from USCIS which is taking more waiting time and may trigger more issues. She gave me two more practical suggestions after she had a discussion internally to deal with this matter because my case is so rare that none of their professional attorneys saw such a denial. And she answers any consequences regarding this matter professionally. She is very prompt to take action which I most appreciate it! After coming up with the solution, she helped to submit a request for an intervention by elevating the erroneous denial of the decision to both USCIS and AILA. This is done on the same day, she is so efficient and truly knows what condition the client is in. Fortunately, the request got USCIS's attention and USCIS reopened my case and reversed the decision as approval. It takes one week for this issue solved with her efforts and she always keeps me updated! This helped me always keep a valid status in the US. Although USCIS is untrustful, Anna is indeed trustful! She is so considerate and professional about immigration issues. I would highly recommend her regarding any immigration matters! She is the best immigration attorney I ever met.

While I've worked with many attorneys in a professional capacity, Tom was the first lawyer I hired for personal representation. And after an exceptional experience, I don't think I'll ever need to hire another lawyer again.
Dealing with insurance litigation is nerve-racking. And for me, this was my first experience, adding confusion and uncertainty to my state of mind. Tom was great in educating me on the process, and as we got into the case he was outstanding about providing regular communication along the way. He really made me feel as though I was his most important client, which, knowing what I know about the scope of my small insurance case in the context of his large and very reputable firm, I recognize I am not. His personality is a real asset.
And aside from his exceptional client service, in working my case Tom demonstrated mastery of his craft. He was able to accelerate the proceedings of the insurance case and negotiated a favorable settlement that, quite honestly, exceeded my every expectation.
While I hope it's in better circumstances for me, I will absolutely hire Tom again. And you should too. You won't be disappointed.

When I appeared before the court, I had 4 outstanding traffic tickets that varied in severity. I was very nervous due to the severity of 1 of the charges , after consultation I retained Mr. Balduf . He was very direct and he laid out a clear directive for me to follow . I provided him any information that he requested in relation to DMV documents etc... In a very short period of time, Mr. Balduf was able to have all but 1 ticket dismissed , that of which was reduced to a traffic violation and a small fine .I couldn't have imagined a better outcome for myself. If I ever need an attorney again , I will call him first.

We have had multiple traffic matters that needed to be addressed. We faced the likelihood of high insurance premiums, going to court and possible suspension of a license. William Balduf took care of our traffic matters for a reasonable rate (we had called around). We did not have to go to Court and our insurance was not affected. I highly recommend him for your DWI and traffic concerns.

My son's arrest devastated our family. I contacted Craig 13 years ago and after speaking with him and meeting him to discuss Chapter 7 bankruptcy I hired him to handle the case. What impressed me the most is he's not you're stereotypical uptight lawyer, he's a real guy & you can talk to him without fear of judgement. Chris Smith made the process of selling my home effortless. Compared to other lawyers Chris was timely in all his communications and went above and beyond in getting my house closed saving me one month's mortgage payment in addition to obtaining a check for the equity. He also took care of my final water bill and made clear any actions I needed to take in the process.
In Addition, Chris was kind enough to offer me his office to take an exam certification when he became aware this was hindering my ability to take the test. Ray Dague helped me when I was falsely accused as the aggressor in a street fight. He literally saved me from even going to court and got my case dropped at the grand jury level. I was a kid and I was scared. He have me comfort and treated me like family. To this day I cherish this man and would trust him with my life. When I see him I treat him as a dear friend, as he is. I owe him more than he could ever have charged me, which was very reasonable.
He's mature, caring, slow to speak and quick to listen and has a very calming presence and he is a family man. Quite frankly the man inspired me when I was younger and still does.
