Some years ago, my husband and I approached attorney Michael Bottar, of Bottar and Leone, PLLC about taking on our medical malpractice case. We were distraught parents who had recently lost a child. Mike and his team agreed to help us during this fragile time.
It took a while for the case to progress because Mike was methodically picking apart all the evidence of the defendants’ mistakes and noncompliance.
The case was recently settled out of court to our satisfaction. We were grateful to preserve our privacy, but more so, grateful to Mike and his team for conducting an exhaustive, thorough investigation into the circumstances of our child’s death.
Our greatest hope was to help deter future negligence, so other families would not go through what we did. We feel victorious with this end.

My family was misrepresented by this firm. I would not recommend waisting your time with this firm. I'm not sure who they consult with about medical issues but they are wrong. Communication by this firm is also terrible. I advise if you have a medical issue do not let this firm hold your case hostage for half a decade.

Craig Nichols is the absolute best.

I first found Craig in 2015 when I really felt I had no hope of ever getting my citizenship.
Craig took both myself and my husband under his wing right from the start. He was there every step of the way through the whole immigration process. He never ever gave up on me.
He explained how the legal system worked in fine intricate detail and would keep us constantly informed with all that was happening.
He has integrity and honesty and was always very real with us.
We could call him anytime and he would always without fail get back to us that very day.
There were days we would say, let's give up as it has been a very tough and long journey but then we would call him and he would reassure us and make us feel positive and hopeful.
Eventually we would work with Hadisa, who took over our case for the last few years and again she was very kind and patient and very helpful.

Me and my fiance have been trying to be together in the USA for over 6 years she has applied for a US Visa many times with a perfect background and always turned down I tried in 2013 and was getting know where with it . I ask help from many places and all seem to be dead ends then I was told about America Civic Association they helped me fill out the paperwork and sent it to Homeland Security. But so vary hard to get any explanation from the Civic Center of what we should expect from HLS . I have asked several times for their help or any information but it was like ruining into a brick wall .
Then God touched me ! I met Mr Nichols he had me come into his office and and in the first 10 minutes I learned more about getting a Visa than I learned in the last 6 years . It has been such a wonderful change vary professional he talked me threw every step of normal procedures and we are now having contact from USCIS and we are well on our way in just a few months we will be together ❤️.
Thank you so much Mr Nichols you and your staff are my heros I can not thank Attorney Craig Nichols law and staff enough.
