Maria Chiodi helped us through a long and drawn out refinancing ordeal. My wife and I are grateful for this stroke of luck to have had her on our side. A previous lender never filed a satisfaction of mortgage from a previous loan and Maria made numerous phone calls on our behalf and sat through long durations of being on hold. When the loan company failed to produce the documents on time (several months into the refinance process), Maria found a work around that allowed us to move forward with the refinance and avoid losing the interest rate.
