Although our encounter was not a perfect one, Brandy remained professional and handled the issues that occurred in our case with confidence and poise. She is very thorough in her investigation and does her best to place priority on the care and well being of the children involved rather than the parties themselves. She also has a way of making children feel calm… even during very intense situations! I would certainly recommend Brandy as a GAL in any case due to her high level of compassion, dependability, and accountability. When she makes her final recommendation you can be assured it was made with good intent and based on factual evidence.

Do Not Use This Law Firm. This woman filed my paperwork incorrectly. I had to pay filing fees online and in person for the same case. After she agreed to fix the issue and pay the filing fee to “re-file” they still messed it up. I had to go down to the court house to file it again and pay another fee on my own. After all of that come to find out the attorney filed the wrong case all together and now I am having to re-file again. As an attorney you should not what to file and what not to file. The attorney is trying to make me pay all fees again even though it is her fault that everything is delayed. This is a custody case so I would not use this last. STAY AWAY!!

What an awful experience! Highly do not recommend! His communication was terrible and he never had answers to my questions. He nickled and dimed everything and I wish I used a more qualified attorney not some jokester in a cheap suit. If you have the same experience as myself make sure you file a bar complaint!

I'd like to take the time and thank Mark Link for taking my car accident case. I was rear ended on a major highway and suffered a significant injury that was painful and required surgery and physical therapy for recovery. I originally went with a lawyer recommended by someone I no longer trust. The experience felt totally "slimy". I then spoke with with Mark. He and his staff were obviously experienced and exuded professionalism. It just felt like I was in the right place. He and his team guided my case to an a fair conclusion. Throughout the entire experience I felt like I was working with an ethical and good guy. I strongly recommend Mark Link if you find yourself in need of a good personal injury lawyer. After hiring Mark Link and his office of professionals, I was more confident in taking an Automobile DUI case to trial. They took the time to explain thoroughly the details and process of the case as well as what I was entitled to, in regards of my rights. We met consistently and stayed in contact so that I was not out of the loop. In addition to being very knowledgeable, Mark Link wrote the book on Punitive damages, something I have noticed others over look or aren't as knowledgeable when going to trial.
During the trial period, I they were perfectly fine with answering all of my nervous questions. Though the trial was tough Mark, Ashley, Robert and his team put up a tough fight to represent me, with the case verdict in our favor. My experience with this firm was very disappointing. One of their closing attorneys stated the wire transfer was complete. The wire transfer was not done until after 6 pm. This displayed an unethical behavior from the attorney.

I asked her to called the closing attorney as my buyer client wants to take some pictures to keep it as a souvenir but she keep us waiting and they left unhappily

My experience with this firm was very disappointing. One of their closing attorneys stated the wire transfer was complete. The wire transfer was not done until after 6 pm. This displayed an unethical behavior from the attorney.

I asked her to called the closing attorney as my buyer client wants to take some pictures to keep it as a souvenir but she keep us waiting and they left unhappily

We filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy with this attorney and got nothing but neglect frustration and aggravation the entire 5 yrs!. At our very first hearing, he was a "no show" and I had to represent myself in his absence! As the years went on, he continued to show little concern for our case and continued to not be present for hearings, relay information to us concerning our case, not return phone calls and not address issues. I made a formal complaint with the Bankruptcy Trustee after his second "no show" which could have discharged my case!

I found Mr Echols to be knowledgable, responsive, and kept me well informed as to the proceedings and what to expect. His fees were competitive with other attorneys in this area, and specializing in bankruptcy. His staff was a pleasure to work with, even taking time to call me on Saturdays if there was something they felt I should know. Mr. Echols even met with me on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule.

Mr. Goldberg has been consistently untruthful, unprofessional, disrespectful and highly emotional. I hired him in 2021 and he has refused to use evidence in my favor in his briefs or speak with a witness. He was seriously flawed and inarticulate in a recent hearing where he could not answer questions from the judge(s) or refute the opposing attorney with information he has had for years! He has the tendency to bully. His ego doesn't allow him the capacity to listen. There is so much more... I fired Mr. Goldberg in January 2024. He accepted but has refused to withdraw himself. As a result, I can't get court info or another attorney. I fired him for a 3rd time on Sept. 5. He said he doesn't have a secretary and will do it "next week". We'll see. He is a one star attorney only because I had to give him something.

I hired Mr. Goldberg in 2017. He was supposed to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy for me. Instead without my permission or signature he filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He told me it could not be withdrawn. Because of him I almost lost everything. I had to hire another attorney to undo the damage he did.
