I hired Ms. Townsend for a child custody case. In the beginning I was going to court without a lawyer, just me and my Mom. It felt like no one was listening to me and thought I would lose my son. My Mom was able to find a lawyer for me that didn't ask for $1000 of dollars before talking to me. She listened to me and I knew I hired the right lawyer. Josie was the best, definitely made the right choice to hire her for my mom!!!! We were highly recommended to do a consultation with her by another lawyer and it was the best decision made. We talked to plenty of other lawyers and seemed like they didn’t want to help and just take our money but when we went to see Josie she actually took the time to listen to what we had to say and was very patience with us. Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! If you have stuff that might be on your credit that's not your fault, I would say hire this man he's the best!!

Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you.
He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt.
I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds.
When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020.
In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector.
I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation.
I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste.
He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me.
Within a few days Robert found many problems with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor.
I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.
In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

A totally unjustified law suite was filed by PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center specifying that I needed a full time guardianship person to manage and control my entire estate. This legal action was taken immediately after I requested immediate termination of my hospital stay. The request was made 1. Because they repeatedly refused to clarify my medical problem. 2. During my two week stay, I NEVER was allowed out of bed to walk, etc. for exercise. 3. I consistantly complained about the quality of food provide. I demanded release from the hospital.

After a long and unhappy marriage, my former spouse and I decided to hire Juliet to mediate our legal separation. We had initially hired our own legal representatives and that was proving to me a true nightmare and promised a protracted, painful and expensive pathway. We took a pause and decided to try a mediator and were so fortunate to find Juliet and her paralegal, Jentri. As one can imagine, splitting from a spouse of nearly 4 decades was a complex, conflict-riddled, contentious experience. Juliet somehow managed to maintain her incredibly professional, calm and neutral stance while we hammered out our settlement contract. Her billing was beyond fair and well accounted for. Her work, including the computations needed, was carefully prepared and meticulously documented. Given the behaviors she had to tolerate and the "tattling" she was subjected to, she remained supportive of both parties and respectful toward us. When it was over and we met to sign paperwork, she was very empathetic and left me with a box of tissues and time to compose myself. I know we were difficult to deal with and she must have had to use all of her skills to coach us to the conclusion. A year later, my former spouse asked for a divorce and wanted to use her to complete that last step. Again, she and Jentri were professional, brief and did not get involved in the drama surrounding the divorce. Since her work had been so thorough during the separation, the divorce was quick and simple and they took care of everything. I was so grateful! I would highly recommend Juliet to anyone that thinks they can navigate a marital split with some semblance of civility, the ability to "be in the same room" negotiating the terms and avoid a costly and destructive battle.

Kari meet with me and clearly described the process and alleviated my fears and doubts. She was knowledgeable and knew the system. She was clear and concise about what was required of me and what I would need from my husband for a uncontested divorce at the first meeting.
Since that first meeting, she has been response to my inquiries and has been able to correspond to me via text and email, so that I or my ex-husband did not have to take time off from work. She makes an uncertain process seem easy and peaceful.
She is charged a nominal reasonable fee for the divorce. I considered doing the divorce my self, but I am so glad I went with Kari, she made a very fearful event seem easy and peaceful. I highly recommend her as a divorce lawyer.

I first worked with Mr. Fritzler some years ago when I contacted the law firm he was then affiliated with for assistance with elderly family members. I lived out of state from the family members and as events unfolded, we discovered the three of them had been the subject of quite serious elder abuse at the hands of an unscrupulous "family friend". Through involved and extensive monetary and asset discovery and ensuing court cases involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, Mr. Fritzler held a steady and determined course of action. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail was (and is) amazing. I was always comfortable with and understood his advice. Several years have passed and I recently had need to contact Mr. Fritzler again, now with his own law practice, for assistance with the one surviving family member. Bjorn drew up our estate plans *(Wills, Trusts, and Power of Attorneys) and wrote the documents to reflect clearly what our intentions were then, and our wishes as to what will keep our family's heirs out of probate courts in the future. He is a genuine person, concerned about the implications of the proper use of legal documents, and will take the time necessary to explain all of the pro's and con's of estate planning. I highly recommend this attorney for anyone looking for a competent person to review their personal needs, recommend options and develop an estate plan for today and beyond. A good estate plan is an insurance policy for the assurance of asset protection and your personal decision choices.

Jack Green was the attorney we needed to get us out of a jam. He would respond to our calls quickly and got our questions answered. He was never afraid to put his foot down and defend us. He had great communication and told us about every out come that could happen. He was able to prepare us for the best outcome in court. We would recommend him for anything major or minor. I got a DUI in September 2019. It was a very stressful situation. Prior to hiring Mr. Green, I was recommended to go consult with a different law office. I hired them and explained to them that I had a DUI 13 years ago, and this would be the 2nd time. They reassured me that it was far back that it won’t count against me. We went to our 1st court appearance, and come to find out, the prosecutor counted this as a second offense, and my attorney was clueless about the change in the law. I was offered jail time, work crew, DUI charge, and fines. I was terrified. Weeks passed and the attorney kept saying that he was building rapport with the prosecutor. He started negotiating my deal prior to receiving discovery evidence. He then told me that the prosecutor is offering me pretty much the same deal that was offered at the 1st hearing and that he thinks it’s a good deal. He also suggested that I wait until the last court date and that sometimes they have better offers waiting . In other words the prosecutor did not want to make deals, especially on second offense. I did not want to leave anything to chance.I let my attorney know that I was done and wanted to change counsel. He gave me a partial refund and recommended another law office, and then asked me if I had already found counsel. I mentioned that I was thinking about hiring Mr. Green, and he advised that I go see a different firm that only did DUI’s. Trust me, speciality does not mean good service, it’s like wholesale, they get you in and out with mediocre results. I lived it. Enough about that. The best thing I did is hire Mr. Jack Green. From the moment we started talking, I felt the confidence he had. He interviewed me thoroughly, he laid out a step by step game plan. he requested every peace of evidence that could made available, to include the cam footage from the officer, and to interview the officer who pulled me over. He was also very upfront about the difficulty of my case being a second offense, and that the prosecutor was not interested in making deals on second offenses period. That did not discourage him. He asked to be positive and let him do what he is best at. He kept digging until he found a violation in the cam footage from the officer. It looked like the officer had his hand slightly inside my vehicle cabin wish turned out to be a violation. He got the prosecutor to reduce the DUI to a wreck less driving, no jail time, and 2 days community service.
It was a sigh of relief. I am 100% certain that if I had not made the change of counsel, the charge would off ruined my life and cost me my job. I am very grateful. I also really appreciate his office staff, who been with him for many years and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are ever in trouble from a DUI, or any lawful matter, And you want results call Jack Green, he will leave no stone unturned to get you results.

Karen is an excellent attorney, well respected by the court as well as her peers. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Family Law and has a no nonsense approach with "show boating" attorneys trying to elicit sympathy for their client and wasting everyone's time. Karen is straight to the point- she will tell you exactly what to expect and not waste your money chasing an unrealistic outcome. Karen strives to keep her costs down by doing everything herself and has no problem in asking an opposing attorney to use email and other measures to cut costs. Although there is no receptionist/paralegal, Karen is very accessible and returns calls/emails promptly. Although no one wins in a divorce, I am very satisfied with the outcome of mine, not only terms, etc., but the cost as well. Karen is compassionate and really cares about her clients. I was injured in an acident on city property in WA. My injuries required corrective surgery and extensive rehab.
