Absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made was choosing Angus Lee for my attorney. I was dealing with a serious criminal offense that I thought could potentially ruin my life. I felt hope immediately upon meeting with Mr. Lee for a consultation. He was cautiously optimistic and realistic at the same time. I was impressed with his confidence and professionalism, and felt that I would not feel as comfortable putting my future in anyone else's hands. His knowledge of, and experience with, first and second amendment rights also gave him an advantage in my case. Angus was always in contact throughout the entire case and I never felt like I had to chase down information. He is known and respected in the local and regional law community and it showed in the courtroom. He was always early, prepared and positive. I was seen first at every hearing and out in minutes. The work Angus did early on proved to be most effective and my case was dismissed before it went to trial. There’s saying I remember from my childhood, “be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let it your request be made known to God”. I found myself in a precarious situation that required law services which also required patience. A friend gave me Mr. Lee’s information and I proceeded to contact him. We discussed my situation and realized the gravity of the issues before me. He clearly explained each issue in laymen’s terms and let me understand that the process will take time. Mr. Lee was through and meticulous. Mr. Lee had the ability to keep me engaged in the process and kept me focused on important matters.
The process took a year to complete, but it culminated in a successful litigation, having my charges dropped. The character, deportment, and professionalism of Mr. Lee was exemplary. I’m truly grateful for his services and give Mr. Lee my highest recommendation.

I have retained the Law Firm twice. I was being sued by the county in civic court over a rare firearm violation. Mr. McAleer was trustworthy, professional, and responsible. The final lawsuit judgment was very satisfactory to me. I was so satisfied that I retained one of the attorneys for my divorce, Robert Andersen, straight away without shopping around for other attorneys. Again, I was highly satisfied. I would highly recommend the McAleer Firm.

In a time of dire need for a capable attorney, who would advocate for me, and who would refute the false claims and unfair accusations against me, Erin has done a phenomenal job. I contacted Erin after being falsely accused of an extremely serious crime. Erin was pro-active and secured video evidence that proved the allegations were made-up. This quick movement on his part made all the difference in my case.
Erin was easy to talk to and took my recollection of events and crafted them into a coherent legal defense. My case did not even make it to pre-trial, largely in part to Erin's skill and diligence. I highly recommend Erin McAleer to anyone who is facing criminal prosecution. I found him and his associates to be very professional and straight-forward. At a price I believe was reasonable for the complexity and seriousness of the accusations made against me.

I was here reviewing my current lawyer, and thought “why not leave my first lawyer a review”?
Nick got me everything I needed in my initial divorce petition and temporary orders. Even majority custody of my children due to DV which was amazing.
His downfall - Not wanting/ability to withstand a long holding case. *Important for people in my DV similar circumstance*
Once my temporary divorce orders passed, he did not want to continue the case because in his words allegedly over a phone call “If your ex is the abuser you claim him to be and his family has money, I’d feel guilty taking any more money from you because your ex will not relent”. - which is valid, but not comital.
Detrimental to anyone experiencing relentless Domestic Violence.
Note: He DID cover a extra hearing he wasn’t required to under our contract. - This leaves me believing there was a miscommunication between expertise and compensation. I didn't understand that at the time. I wish he was more transparent. He could’ve billed me and I’d have paid him.
Then over a phone call told me it’d cost be $15,000.00 upfront to deal with someone like my ex husband. That was saddening.
Where did that leave me? Having to find another attorney to learn my details. Finding another attorney who understood that amount was unrealistic (for myself) upfront.
He was also hesitant in believing my domestic violence claims. Which is already hard as a survivor and not something you need extra from your lawyer.
Nick did get confused on travel dates I had (I mentioned to him at least 3 times) which caused me to have to purchase extra tickets to return for a child exchange. He blamed me for not reminding him prior to the hearing - but he knew I had mentioned it in general. He generously offered to pay for return tickets acknowledging it was his mistake. This was extra gracious of him.
But if you’re needing a long-standing attorney - who isn’t just in it for the wam and bam, this might make practice questionable. Only leaving my open opinion here for those in a situation similar to mine and looking for long-standing representation.
He did amazing law wise is good hearted. But maybe not so much for my extensive needs and being transparent. Which is critical in a relentless DV case like mine. Now I’m happily continuously paying a different attorney. No billing confusion and they’ve learned my details since the beginning of my case. Like everything in life trial and error - not all (people) attorneys are for everyone and that’s totally okay. Nick was great but it didn’t match

He was patient and quick to respond even at 4am when I was uncertain about what papers I needed and how to make them into a PDF file. I can say I did drag my feet getting everything together (3 years almost) but he never pushed me to get it done faster instead he would check in from time to time and give me the encouragement I needed to keep going with what seemed like a overwhelming and daunting task. I have now finished my court interview and knowing he was there to back me up just makes me that much more great full to having hired him. Steven Lenzkes is a wonderful bankruptcy attorney in WA. He made the bankruptcy process very smooth and answered all my questions very professionally and clear. I was impressed by Beau and the experience he offered my friend in her injury crash. The entire staff at Beau Harlan Law Firm was professional and followed through before/during/and after the trial. Anybody injured in a car accident should hire Beau Harlan if they can. My friend was rewarded over 160k more than the original settlement offered. Beau and his team fought hard for her case, and what was rightfully owed to her. Whenever going through trauma in life, it is nice to have somebody in your court who is well prepared, and has your back. Beau is that guy.

I hired The Harlan Law Firm to handle a matter where I was injured by a driver that ran a red light and t-boned my vehicle. Prior to trial the defendant’s insurance company offered to settle the case for $38,000.00. At Mr. Harlan’s direction we rejected the offer, went to trial, and the jury returned a verdict for $200,000.00. As mentioned by others on this site, it is impressive to watch him in action as he represents you in court. One gets the distinct impression that he has earned the utmost respect from his peers and colleagues in the courtroom from years of distinguished service and an impeccable track record. He’s done his homework, and he presents his arguments in a concise, intelligent, and articulate manner.
The fees for his services are very reasonable, but that should be a lesser consideration in your decision to hire him because he gets results.
Many years ago, I had a life-altering disposition that resulted in a considerable loss of my freedoms. Over the years, Mr. Muenster has adeptly secured provisions; privileges that most people take for granted that were lost as a result of my disposition. One such privilege was my right to vote. On this occasion, Mark convinced me that I could accomplish this “Pro se.” He was very gracious in making time for me on two separate occasions to answer my questions, and did so “pro bono.” With his invaluable expertise, I was granted a Certificate of Discharge by the judge.
Since then, I have presented Mr. Muenster with increasingly more difficult challenges with respect to what I was requesting from the court and he has masterfully delivered on every one of them.
I apologize to any readers or prospective clients who may be annoyed with my lack of specificity regarding the aforementioned “privileges and provisions” (by excluding details of my legal petitions as a matter of privacy), but trust me when I say that I have spoken with, and have been represented by, my share of attorneys from the beginning, until meeting Mark Muenster. My husband and I met Steve a few years ago. He was highly recommended by another one of his clients. Steve was very "straight-forward" with us and realistic about the land dispute we had. Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! If you have stuff that might be on your credit that's not your fault, I would say hire this man he's the best!!

Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you.
He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt.
I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds.
When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020.
In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector.
I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation.
I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste.
He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me.
Within a few days Robert found many problems with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor.
I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.
In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

I don't even know where to start if there is more than 5 stars I would give it. If you want an attorney to present you and when they walk to the court room everyone chocks on air look no further because Faye means business and she knows what is she doing. Faye is really rare gem who truly cares about her clients and believe in their case. Because of her I have fully solo decision making for my son educational and Medical. I mean Faye is Vice President, Clark County Bar Association, you cannot buy this position you can only earn it with an excellent work. Faye is such an amazing attorney who you would hire and sit and relax and have 0 worries. She goes above and beyond with her clients and she always make sure you leave her office with clear picture and understanding everything. I used to have old attorney who only cared about money and she won't even show up to the case she send her paralegal. But with Faye omg less than a year when she stepped in my divorce case got resolved and she I got everything I asked for and my divorce been going on for 3+ years and it's super messy.

After a long and unhappy marriage, my former spouse and I decided to hire Juliet to mediate our legal separation. We had initially hired our own legal representatives and that was proving to me a true nightmare and promised a protracted, painful and expensive pathway. We took a pause and decided to try a mediator and were so fortunate to find Juliet and her paralegal, Jentri. As one can imagine, splitting from a spouse of nearly 4 decades was a complex, conflict-riddled, contentious experience. Juliet somehow managed to maintain her incredibly professional, calm and neutral stance while we hammered out our settlement contract. Her billing was beyond fair and well accounted for. Her work, including the computations needed, was carefully prepared and meticulously documented. Given the behaviors she had to tolerate and the "tattling" she was subjected to, she remained supportive of both parties and respectful toward us. When it was over and we met to sign paperwork, she was very empathetic and left me with a box of tissues and time to compose myself. I know we were difficult to deal with and she must have had to use all of her skills to coach us to the conclusion. A year later, my former spouse asked for a divorce and wanted to use her to complete that last step. Again, she and Jentri were professional, brief and did not get involved in the drama surrounding the divorce. Since her work had been so thorough during the separation, the divorce was quick and simple and they took care of everything. I was so grateful! I would highly recommend Juliet to anyone that thinks they can navigate a marital split with some semblance of civility, the ability to "be in the same room" negotiating the terms and avoid a costly and destructive battle.

Avoid William Ball, unless you're looking for a milquetoast middleman who masquerades as a lawyer. I had the misfortunate of hiring him from Beaty Hatch during my dissolution. I went in the assumption that he was going to fight for me and resolve the dissolution in a timely fashion. That is all I asked for in our initial meeting, regardless of the outcome.
After just two months, I was so baffled by his unresponsiveness and lack of interest in the case (he'd routinely take days or weeks to reply to even simple questions, if he'd respond at all) that I asked him what additional compensation would incentivize him, to which his secretary replied that she would print out my last email for him. Imagine hiring a lawyer for 300 USD / hr who is so disorganized that he can't even keep track of client emails and needs a secretary to hold his hand. Well, you don't need to imagine. You can just hire William Ball.
As time went on, who the lawyer was between us become increasingly blurred. Numerous emails to the judge and opposing counsel were just him forwarding text I wrote with his name attached. Here are more instances of poor work on his part that I'd like to highlight.
1. Before the first "mediation" session with the opposing counsel in mid-April, I had made it extremely clear that I wanted to resolve the dissolution as quickly as possible. By that point, opposing counsel had two months to prepare. So what does Mr. Ball do just a week before mediation? He agrees with the opposing counsel to push it out two more weeks, so she can prepare more! I immediately emailed him asking why on earth he would do that, to which he basically replied, "oops, too late."
2. Mr. Ball failed to inform me that I was allowed to hire my own business valuator to valuate my LLC. I only found out later because another lawyer told me. Considering that this valuator's work contained factual errors and bad analysis, this kind of information would have been incredibly useful. Another lawyer reviewed Mr. Ball's work shortly after I fired him. Upon learning about his failure to recommend our own valuator, the other lawyer commented, "[This] seems UNBELIEVABLE and incredibly negligent."
3. During the second "mediation" session, Mr. Ball was given an opportunity to question the valuator's work. His efforts were nothing short of embarrassing. Instead of homing in numerous lines of evidence indicating that she had put little effort to her analysis or had relied on problematic assumptions, he spent forty minutes tossing her softball questions that did nothing to bring into question the credibility of her valuation.
4. The verdict of the "equalization" provided by the arbitrator included false information about statements made during "mediation". What did Mr. Ball do in response? Absolutely nothing. Not a peep of protest, despite acknowledging that the arbitrator's decision contained factual errors. I was dumbfounded. At that point, the reality sank in that I was just another case he could cram into his schedule and extract money from. I had spent months thinking, "OK, soon he's going start fighting. He's just waiting for the right moment to pounce." Nope. By the time I realized I had been had, it was too late.
The total amount I had to pay this firm for such low quality work is nothing short of horrifying. I gave a long list of grievances regarding his performance. His equally unprofessional manager, Valerie Nack, responded to with a cheeky claim that I'm merely disappointed by the outcome of the dissolution. No, let's not mince words: even if I had "won" (if such a thing can even happen in divorce), Mr. Ball is still incompetent. The outcome was unjust, even by Mr. Ball's own admission, but that is the arbitrator's fault, not Mr. Ball's fault. Mr. Ball was asked to perform a job with a certain level of quality and professionalism and he failed to do it. Not once have this firm offered any sort of apology. Not once was I offered a refund of any kind. Instead, they chose to harass me with collections.

I first worked with Mr. Fritzler some years ago when I contacted the law firm he was then affiliated with for assistance with elderly family members. I lived out of state from the family members and as events unfolded, we discovered the three of them had been the subject of quite serious elder abuse at the hands of an unscrupulous "family friend". Through involved and extensive monetary and asset discovery and ensuing court cases involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, Mr. Fritzler held a steady and determined course of action. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail was (and is) amazing. I was always comfortable with and understood his advice. Several years have passed and I recently had need to contact Mr. Fritzler again, now with his own law practice, for assistance with the one surviving family member. When paperwork from the other side was not filed properly or in the correct timing, he was on top of it and made sure rules and statutes were followed! We had made an investment in a local business and they had a 5 year pay off. When the time game for the payoff the people we invested with were stalling and were about 2 years behind in paying us back. We hired Phil to give us representation and some leverage. Recently, I needed to revisit an extremely difficult family law issue. My previous experience with the case was terrible - including both my former representation and the opposing counsel. Additionally, the opposing party (my X-wife) has been and remains uncooperative. For these reasons, it was a difficult decision to revisit an already extraordinarily painful legal conflict.
