I had just been laid off from my job of 16 years when I contacted Kevin (a referral from a friend) to find out how much he would charge to review the lay-off agreement I was supposed to sign before I could receive my severance.
Kevin was amazingly helpful. I wasn't expecting that. He seemed genuinely concerned and asked many questions. I felt that all his comments were very useful and they helped give me clarity regarding my rights.
At the end of our conversation, he told me to send him the agreement and he would give it a quick review at NO COST! I was shocked but very, very grateful he would do this for me.
Within the day, he had emailed me his comments and concerns. I really felt he was looking out for my best interests. His comments enabled me to go back to the company that laid me off and communicate changes that I wanted made to the agreement.
Kevin is one of those lawyers who really cares and isn't just focused on fees and billable hours. He is the kind of lawyer that is the "good guy" in movies.

Martin has represented me over the years. His lawyering skills are superb: he is an aggressive and tireless litigator; conscientious; meets all deadlines; is always prepared and is reasonable in his charges. To cite one case in particular: it involved a partnership dispute over commercial property. The other side papered us for almost two years, we were in the second week of trial when halfway through Martin's cross examination of the plaintiff, the trial judge suggested that the other side work out a settlement with us.

Bob was very helpful to us on three occasions a few years back. I found him very ethical and willing to get the job done without complicating it unnecessarily. He helped us compose our own letters to our franchisor and edited them only when needed here and there. He steered us through some important negotiations with a light touch. Things ended up well with this tact. He also was happy to have a few conversations on the phone and provide a simple billing just for the time of the calls. I am happy to say my experiences were very satisfactory.

I retained Mr. Thiessen in 2007 to represent me in my Divorce Case. I am 67 years old and I have been in the United States for 45 years. This is the best lawyer, not just immigration lawyer, I have ever met and worked with. Nancy and her assistant Morsal care about their clients very deeply. I went through two attorneys and wasted more than one half year trying to get a immigrant visa for my niece who was a minor child of a US citizen, before I found Nancy. I am hundred percent sure we couldn't have obtained her visa if we did not hired Nancy and Morsal do the job. To give you an example, she responded to a rejection by the embassy of US in Ankara within 15 minutes of receiving the rejection at 3 AM in the morning California time. They successfully argued the case and convinced the embassy adjudicator to reverse their decision within a few days. We are very grateful to their dedication, professionalism and excellent knowledge of the inner workings of the immigration system, the NVC and everything else. I highly recommend this law firm for anybody needing immigration assistance especially people from the Middle East.

Ms. Shahed was very knowledgeable and patient with my parents’ immigration case. My parents’ case was in the process at USCIS and immigration law was constantly changing at the time. I was worried that I would miss a document or deadline. She helped me over the phone and emails and directed me on how to complete all forms and what documents to attach to my parents’ case. It is amazing how she could handle everything remotely without meeting me.
She took my case personally and worked hard for my parents to be able to come. Now I am happy to have my parents next to me and I can’t thank her enough for her help.
I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a knowledge and fair attorney.

Nick Casper took my case after a bad fall, where both shoulders got severely injured, one beyond repair and the other fixed with surgery. Nick's knowledge of injury law is extensive. He navigated through the settlement process with the utmost professionalism, showing great judgment and care for his clients' emotional and physical wellbeing.
He sent me to an expert orthopedic doctor who properly accessed my injury, a critical step. He communicated with me effectively at every stage of the process. Most importantly, he understood me and my injuries and truly care and worked judiciously to get me the best settlement award.
I can't think of anyone more respected and qualified than Nick Casper to handle any personal case injury.

Chris Schneider has been my attorney since 2011. I first hired him to help me settle my mother's estate after her death. As the executor of the estate, Chris provided excellent advice. It was a very tenuous time due to siblings dissatisfaction of their share of the estate. Chris provided excellent stratigies to protect the estate from lawsuits. This in itself provided me comfort during a stressful time. It enabled me to concentrate on settling the estate properly.
I still use Chris as my tax attorney. Once again he has provided excellent service in this realm of his expertise. I will continue using Chris's services for he is honest, trustworthy, and has high integrity. I highly recommend him.

I would like to update my previous review of Stan.I was overly anxious to communicate my problems at time of post I was still grieving my fathers death. Stan has been successful in a wrongful death settlement for my family we received the max insurer payout of $250,000. We are preparing for a trial over my injuries from this auto accident after a failed mediation with insurer. I have never been in a serious auto accident in my life I was not knowledgeable as to time frame it has been over 4 years since me and my father were hit by cell phone distracted driver 100% at fault running red light and causing us to rollover. My initial review was premature. Stan has an excellent reputation in these types of cases and I am looking forward to an eventual resolution of my lawsuit. Please ignore my previous post Thank you.

Mediation is a tense, stressful situation that nobody wants to have to go through.

Steven Hasegawa is incredibly professional. He gets any task completed efficiently while also achieving the best possible outcome. He is courteous, polite, and treats everyone around him with a respect which is reciprocated in my observations.
