My family and I were frantically looking for a lawyer to handle our case, to which we looked at our insurance policy and called the referenced list; of three lawyers, Inna was the only one who answered. Inna was very friendly from the moment she said "hello" and knowledgeable in the particular matter we had discussed. Inna provided suggestions, that were extremely helpful, and followed up promptly while working with our insurance company. During the few conversations held, Inna was attentively and patiently listening to the details of the situation. And, yes, I know she's 'paid' to do that, but you can tell a genuine person from one who cares about business and money first, rather than people first, like Inna. While we had to ultimately part ways, from our limited experience with Inna, and not haven't spoken with a lawyer previously (on any occasion), I would heavily suggest reaching out to Inna. Inna was gracious and wished us well for our future. It was wholesome.

Calling Jonathan Puth was the best move I could have made. Concerned that my boss might want to let me go, Jonathan prepared me for my meeting with the Managing Partner of my firm. He told me what to say, and more importantly, what not to say. I was able to go into, what was supposed to be, my performance review, feeling calm and ready to deal with whatever transpired. Jonathan continued to be wise, caring, patient, and willing to discuss any concerns or issues that I was trying to navigate. His counsel was incredibly effective. I was able to maintain my confidence and self-worth as I sat across the table from my employer who would have benefitted from me feeling vulnerable and unprepared. As Jonathan provided guidance that supported me through preparing a response to my employer and negotiating a severance package, I’m certain that his assistance put me in a position of being able to secure a generous severance package and I did not even need to argue with them. Without working with Jonathan I don’t think my employer would have come to the conclusion that they did which was that it would be better for them to be generous, than having to enter into a prolonged and difficult negotiation where they risked paying even more.

I worked with Sarah for over a year in the context of a divorce mediation, involving children. While not sure what to expect when we entered the process, it was something of a last ditch effort before resorting to litigation. Sarah could not have been more patient, impartial, dedicated, or understanding when it came to the special factors influencing our case. I have had two DCPS disputes and I have worked with Mr. Atwell on both, he has assisted me in understanding and breaking down the problems that had occurred. I worked with Mr. Cohen a few years ago. He and his firm did a great job handling my case, a bad car accident in the Washington, DC area. My car was hit by an 18 wheeler truck on the Beltway just before the Dulles Toll Road. The truck was traveling in the right lane and decided to change lanes without seeing my car. It hit the side of my car and traveled with my car for about half a mile. If it weren't for our seatbelts, my husband and I would have been killed. Luckily, the injuries were not life threatening. Mr. Cohen made sure that all of my medical bills were handled and helped me deal with my car insurance company. He was very thorough! I would recommend Mr. Cohen to anyone that has had a car accident in the Washington DC area.
