First of all I want to say that I don't even pay John, he was provided to me by the state for a family court/domestic violence case. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate for my kids and I. My wife and I have used Patrick twice, previously to purchase our first home and then again to sell that property and purchase another. We would never hesitate to use Patrick again for any real estate transaction, he is fantastic and we were lucky to be referred to him by our first purchase agent.
Patrick coordinated everything between the buyer and sellers attorneys, and kept on top of our less-than-stellar mortgage broker to make sure we had what we needed to close on time. He was always available by call or text even when he was out of office.
At closing, Patrick reviewed and made sure we understand everything we signed. Each document was handled separately and explained before we signed off, so we left feeling confident things were in order.
Patrick's fixed fee structure is very reasonable, especially for the amount of communication and preparation he put in. We have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.

DO NOT HIRE HER!!!
She's a scam artist, she stole my money, did 0 work. It took me two months to get my money back from her, and that's only after I filed and paid for a grievance claim through bar association. After months and countless calls and texts of me trying to get her to do anything, she then said "she didn't feel like it" and wouldn't give money back, I had to go above her just to get it back. There is so many others that claim the same issue! Just search her name, you'll find over 20 others she stole from, check BBB, and other reviews. She's horrible. The fact that she is able to still keep her licence after being a known scam artist is crazy. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor communication! I could never get ahold of her or a response sent numerous emails and left phone messages no response for over 2 months! After leaving a voice mail saying I was going to find a different lawyer her receptionist finally called me back! She costs more than most lawyers so I thought I was getting a good lawyer but I was wrong. Reading reviews I see others had similar issues over the years. When you pay thousands of dollars you expect at the very least communication! That’s what lawyers are paid for! Maybe she is over worked and taking on to many clients or poor communication with her receptionist what ever the reason it’s not professional or the clients fault! A divorce is stressful enough but when you have a lawyer that isn’t responding or guiding you it makes it even worse!

I have known Mr. DiSalvo for many years. He has represented my family and friends through many real life situations when a fine legal mind is necessary. He fits the bill very well and his hourly rate is well below the fees of the BIG OVERHEAD firms and the ones who spend tens of thousands of dollars on TV ads. The only way you can make a sound legal decision is meet with him, talk and go with your gut. I would like to point out, the explanation and exercise of the law, as well as a person's (usually a judge's) interpretation of the facts is NEVER A SLAM DUNK. Manipulating the law is not a science, it is an art.
