As my attorney, Roger conducted the deposition of the opposing party in the lawsuit with such skill and impeccable research that the entire thing was practically over by the end of the deposition (but for the formalities). He approached the hearings in the same way, with fantastic results. Having never been involved in a lawsuit previously, I was scared, horrified, nervous... Roger made sure I was aware what was happening, what was about to happen, and any potential problems that could occur along the way. I can't recommend him highly enough. In fact, any time somebody mentions a possible legal issue they might be involved in, I DO recommend Roger. Were I ever to need an attorney in the future I would call him without hesitation.

I was recommended to Nicole by a mutual friend in 2005 and she assisted me in a child custody matter concerning my granddaughter. I have since referred her to friends and used her myself for similar cases, real estate transactions and other legal matters, all of which were resolved better than could be anticipated. The thing I appreciate most about Nicole and that separates her from other attorneys I have used in the past is the fact that she tries to get you to work the matter out with the other party and not have you cut off communication (a tactic commonly used by other attorneys to rack up their bill). She truly cares about helping you come to an amicable resolution. However, this being said she becomes a bulldog if necessary and the case goes to trial.

Lindsay was recommended to me by my divorce attorney under pressing circumstances. Lindsay acted swiftly and worked with me on the sale of my house. Because of her due diligence she uncovered issues that could have severely impacted the closing which probably would have resulted in losing the buyer. On top of all that she saved me a considerable amount of money on the closing and which almost made her fees a wash. I cannot imagine going thorough this experience without the council of Lindsay.

In each of the countless depositions I have sat along side her- Denise has been able to obtain testimony beyond my expectations. Without a doubt, she enters the room well prepared and able to change course as needed. One thing is for sure- I would not like to sit across from her. She’s tough.

John Chiocca is a true professional. He cuts through the nonsense, tells you as much as you want to know, gets to the point, and works to get you where you want to be. I feel like he pulled a rabbit out of his hat with my case. At his level of success, and his (impressive) University of Virginia law degree, he could be a pompous jerk. But he's not. He's a smart, well-spoken guy, but very approachable. I highly recommend him. His wife is his law partner. I've met her, but haven't worked with her. They seem like really nice people and both are hard workers.
