Brooks has handled numerous cases for me over the years. There is one that is still going after 3.5 years. This is a complicated commercial litigation case against a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Brooks has been always one step ahead of the LARGE LAW firm for the hedge fund. I do not believe the number one rated law firm in Florida could have handled my case better then Brooks Ricca has done for me.

Brooks was always very business-like, very clear on procedure, very easy to talk to and willing to listen to what I had to say. He maintained good contact and I was always aware of exactly where things stood. In the courtroom he was excellent, firm but never combative. Excellent at keeping lines of communication open.

I hired Brooks Ricca after interviewing several other firms and am I glad I did. He is a straight talking, hard working, intelligent attorney who is also truly concerned about his clients. Due to the real estate collapse of 2008 I was facing a very complex and insurmountable legal battle. Brooks tirelessly explored every possible resolution strategy, put up many very good defenses and ultimately personally oversaw the proceedings by another firm in Federal Court. He stayed with the case and with me until the very end, he even sat in on a mediation to resolve legal fees with another firm that was also representing me at that time. Mr. Young, this is my third review with google over a twenty year period. Not sure of the algorithms and why now I’m asked to rate Mr. Young but karma would serve me if I did not.
Six years ago when the wolves were on my heels, Mr. Young’s name alone stopped the entire pack! This did not help Mr. Young at all financially, I’d say it hurt him, his name had every creditor asking to work with me, they wanted to help me in every way, they did not want Mr. Young involved in any way, my attorney said to me, “they know Young”. It took me seven years to pay things off, that opportunity would have never been afforded me if it weren’t for him.
The only thing left to say, a bit of wisdom from my godfather, “Michael, you’ll never regret going with the best in life”

I have known Rand Hoch for over 16 years. I have used him as a Private Mediator when I handled defense cases for 3 years and claimant's cases for the past 13 years. He always does a great job explaining the law to the claimants. He is a former Judge of Compensation Claims so he has extensive experience with trials. He relates well with claimants. He works hard and will stay late if necessary to help the parties reach a resolution. I highly recommend Rand Hoch as a Mediator.

It’s not often you find a “divorce” attorney they is ethical, honest, and at the same time willing to do what needs to be done in the best interest of his/her client. That is exactly what you get when you retain Chris. From our first meeting, Chris laid out the facts of my not so simple divorce. Rather than try to take advantage of me as most attorneys would, Chris advised me to spend a little more (alimony) versus spending upwards of $5-10k to fight what may or may not have saved me the same amount. He could have taken my money and told me I had a decent chance of winning, but he chose to be honest and ethical. My divorce is just about 18 months in the rear view and things come up from time to time that I need Chris’s counsel. I’ve always been able to get a hold of him, and I’ve always received prompt and honest responses. While divorce should be your last resort (something Chris belives strongly), if you are in thay unfortunate situation do yourself a favor and have Chris represent you.

I got a recommendation from a friend to check out Chris Bruce to use as my divorce attorney. From our first meeting, I genuinely connected with Chris and knew that I would be using him when I was prepared for my divorce. He was down to earth, honest and simply a nice person. But I also felt that he could stand up to the challenges and complications of a divorce. A month later, when I was ready, he explained the cost and what complications could arise. He was always coming up with ideas that would help me capture the best financial outcome for myself. I hired Michelle Azar after my previous attorney was not getting my case where I needed it to be. I was about to lose my house and was in the fight of my life trying to reach a settlement with the lender. I was very young when I was first arrested for a crime that I had nothing to do with or was ever involved in. I just graduated high school and then a week later was arrested and given almost 5 life sentences in charges. I was locked up and when Kelly first met me he told me he held out his hand and I shook it and he said " Shake it like you mean it" LOL. He then told me that although he was appointed to me he would treat me just the same as though I was a high paying client and he did. He came to see me every Friday and when he couldn't make it he sent his investigator to see me and to keep me informed. Kelly worked hard on my case and did everything possible to secure my freedom. A year and some months later, I was set free. It was the happiest moment of my life. I owe everything to Mr. Kelly. Without him I would not be here today. As I read the reviews below I don't believe that I can top the high praise that this law firm has received, what I can do is tell you that this firm ended up co counseling (took over) from my original attorney in the middle of the case. Robert Johnson was short of spectacular, he literally hit the ground running. Extremely knowledgeable and quick on his feet. As a client you should always want the meanest/ nastiest kicking mule that will have your best interest in mind. Robert is that attorney, during some of the proceedings to watch Robert was extremely impressive. As he strategized with his team and explained it to where I could understand it made me feel at ease. Robert was able to get a settlement that was well past my expectations and couldn't have been happier. His staff including but not limited to Rosa was extremely professional, Rosa was my main contact and she was absolutely amazing through this process. This was a huge undertaking for them to take over like they did and they did it like true professionals. If you need a kicking mule do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately my case was not what he handles but, I had a consumer law case against a car dealership he gave me some great information that I was not aware of that made my case stronger,explained a particular statute to me and gave some referrals. Even the office staff who take the calls are educated and know how to answer a call. Not very common today when I have called other offices. You can tell just from being on the phone with him he loves what he does and care about his clients and the bestoutcome.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan for several incidents:
The first was with our landlord who was being unresponsive on our 8+ service requests that had not been responded to for over 2 months. Dan offered advice on the best way to get both the landlord and management company to respond and it worked really well! We had people fixing up our rental house within 48 hours!
The second time was when we wanted to end our lease early. Again, Dan offered advice on the best way to go about this and we were able to satisfactorily end our lease without extra charges.

I called Nadine at the last minute, on the Thursday before Good Friday (a holiday), to help me with a situation that I felt was quickly sliding away from me. She dropped what she was doing, asked me come to her office, sat with me for a short time and explained to me what she recommended as the next course of action.
