I have known Denise for 20 years and can say- she is my go-to. She has represented my interest on several occasions and each time she has demonstrated reliability and determination. In each of the countless depositions I have sat along side her- Denise has been able to obtain testimony beyond my expectations. Without a doubt, she enters the room well prepared and able to change course as needed. One thing is for sure- I would not like to sit across from her. She’s tough.
Without reservation I can say- Denise is reliable and conducts herself with the utmost respect for the Law. She’s direct and always had my best interest in mind. John Chiocca is a true professional. He cuts through the nonsense, tells you as much as you want to know, gets to the point, and works to get you where you want to be. I feel like he pulled a rabbit out of his hat with my case. At his level of success, and his (impressive) University of Virginia law degree, he could be a pompous jerk. But he's not. He's a smart, well-spoken guy, but very approachable. I highly recommend him. His wife is his law partner. I've met her, but haven't worked with her. They seem like really nice people and both are hard workers.

We had a broken pipe that caused water damage throughout our home. Our insurance company denied our claim; they said it was a longstanding leak. My wife and I have seeked the help of 2 lawyers before and 3rd time was a charm as cliche as that might sound. Max came in with that no BS, get straight to action attitude that we loved. Things like a will, real estate or when i got hurt in an accident a few months back, I gave Sarta & Scarpati, LLP a call. They were very helpful and one of the attorneys, Nicholas, always called and kept me informed of what was going on in my case. He and his partner Michael, both helped me, and I appreciate that his partner helped me as well, when I originally spoke to and signed up with Nicholas.
