Attorney Ozment and his staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through my Chapter 7 case. From the first meeting, I knew that I wanted his office to represent me. He outlined my options, explained everything about bankruptcy and filing simply and clearly, told me how much it would cost and payment options, helped me to understand the differences between the various chapters, and followed me through the process every step of the way. A week before my trustee meeting, his office scheduled an appointment for me to talk with Atty. Ozment by phone so he could explain the trustee meeting, how it would work, what questions I might be asked, and to go over information in my petition to make sure I understood all the details in the document. I really appreciated the time that he took to do that as it helped me be less nervous for the meeting. The staff in the office were also very helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the process. I also appreciated that they were responsive to emails and respectful of my time and commitments through the process, too. Highly recommend!

I had been using Mr. Cripps from the time my son was 2 for my initial divorce and child support and his fathers indiscretions until he was 13. Never once did he promise me ANYTHING! There were times I felt so frustrated and wondered what the hell he was doing? Why wasn’t he ordering drug tests? Why wasn’t he fighting harder? All the while what I didn’t know was that Mr. Cripps knew the system inside and out and knew it would not fly. Not to mention the integrity and trust he has built with the courts is stellar! They know he’s not there to just throw anything at the wall to see if it sticks. The many many times we were in court we won, EVERY TIME! And when my sons father would show with a high payed attorney that his mom payed for they would try and bs, along with my ex, and lost! The one thing I truly regret was listening to a friend who convinced me to use another attorney at a very crucial point in time, that he had used and I ended up paying probably about 6 times what I would have paid with Cripps and I know he still would have done better than she did. I still won but even she didn’t think she did. There is no doubt in my mind he would have too! And better! Mr. Cripps would always talk me down. I was very emotional, scared, lost, angry, all the things! And he was so patient with me. I will never forget the one thing I always remember and carry with me that he told me, “he will hang himself” he said to me. At the time that frustrated me but when I look back I can tell he knew the type. He simply has seen it all. Mr. Cripps has a secret guys. He reads people. He knows what he is doing without having to charge people what these other thieving lawyers do! All with integrity, honesty, trust, and just no bs! So if you are looking to spend a lot of money on a “tiger” go right ahead! But my money would be on Mr. Cripps every time! He truly is a Godsend!

Where to start?? I went thru a 2 year divorce, and Mr Cripps was with me every step of the way. Her lawyer tried to screw me every step of the way, and Mr Cripple blocked them every time, they had ZERO wins! He may not tell you what you want to hear, but he will ALWAYS tell you what's in your best interest. This is a very emotional time, and your not always thinking straight, but he ALWAYS is !! I have known and hired many lawyers; but Gerry has no match. That's the first time I've met a lawyer who deliberately refuses to overcharge a client. He reasonably charged me and allowed me to pay as he resolved and won my case. He was always there for me; my calls were promptly answered (weekdays and/or weekends). As I usually call him: Brother, "Only God can give you back what you've done for me!"

I always use these reviews to make choices and often wonder if they are real. I know for a fact now that all the great reviews on Gerald Salerno are true. We called on a Saturday and he immediately said I'll go in and meet you at my office. He is honest and diligently gets all the facts before advising. He will let you know exactly what is to be expected and what steps will be taken. He would answer any of our questions at any time. He was available by phone, email or text if we needed him no matter what the issue was. He made a difficult time so much easier, just knowing he was on it made a huge difference. He is experienced and knows what is needed and gets it done very efficiently. Even after he was paid and all was done he still contacted us at later dates to make sure all was going well. It was definitely a very good choice in hiring him.

I dont even know where to begin with reviewing Mr Shalhoub and his team. I have been seperated from my NOW ex husband since Feb of last year....after months of not acting on it i was finally served by my ex for the divorce. I than scrambled to find an attn. A friend referred me to another attn who will remain nameless, and will not go into much detail, but after being told "maybe you should get back with your ex husband and have him sign a post nuptial agreement" (my ex husband was trying to make me sell my house and give him half when he had no entiltment to it) I knew i had to take matters into my own hands and find someone else. I had a GOOD friend who is a retired police officer refer me to Mr Shalhoub. His team quickly got me in for a consulation and Mr Shalhoub was right on it fighting for my home. Promising me that i am safe. Within 30 days I WAS DIVORCED and my house was safe. There are no words to show my appreciation to Mr Shalhoub. I will be forever grateful for him making this a VERY easy process!!! Do not look any further when looking for a good family attorney.

Joe Considine helped save my wife’s life and restord our family including allowing 2 children to have their mother back. With my wife suffering from Alcoholism and refusing to get treatment, I turned to Joe to get her court ordered rehab through the Marchman Act. Within 24 hours of my first call to Joe, we had a court order and the following day she was in rehab. Joe and his staff worked quickly and efficiently to ensure she received the treatment she needed. He kept me informed and sent me emails with all filings and communications with other parties throughout the process. He prepared me for the hearings and walked me through what to expect so I was fully prepared. There was a very difficult and uninformed opposing counsel who potentially could have derailed our efforts but Joe was able to push forward and get the court order for a full stint in rehab and sober living.
Fast forward several months, and a family has been reunited and rebuilding their lives with total sobriety and 12 step programs. Mr. Daniel Bachert successfully represented me since 2015 in my case. I was all ready divorced and my ex-husband wanted to modify the child support. Even though the child support was modified, Dan was able to prove that my ex-husband was not only failing to pay child support, but the alimony and the court-ordered school expenses for over 10 years were also in arrears. My ex-husband was also found in contempt for failure to provide documents relating to the children. Mr. Dan Bachert provided excellent representation and service. I hired Dan after attempting to file what I believed was a simple custody and support arrangement regarding my then 2 year old daughter. Her mother had started refusing to allow me to see her, even though I had been sending her money to help with my daughter's expenses. I filed the initial paperwork and attended the first mediation on my own, believing that it would be simple. We were only together a short time but were not married, and I wanted to help raise and provide for my daughter. Unfortunately, her mother wanted me to provide for both of them and was determined to keep me out of my daughter's life until I agreed to her demands. I hired Dan because I quickly found out that the system favors mothers, and despite my intent, I was not going to be a part of my daughter's life if I didn't get legal help. Dan put me at ease right away. He worked closely with me over the next few months attempting to come to an arrangement that worked. Unfortunately, my daughter's mother held her position, and ultimately we had to go to court. My daughter's mother was extremely unreasonable and grasping at straws, making her volatile and unpredictable, but Dan was prepared for every possibility. His knowledge and professionalism kept me and my then fiancé calm and collected throughout the process. In the end, not only did Dan negotiate true 50/50 shared custody and cost sharing, but due to his presentation of the facts, I picked up my daughter the very next day. This was more than I could have hoped for after 7 long months of not seeing her at all. Over 11 years ago I first met Rick when I was about to be charged with two 30-year counts. Because of his intellect, connections and careful planning, I went from spending the rest of my life in prison to non-adjudicated probation to having my charge sealed. Our family used Mr. Hutchinson based upon a recommendation for a family member involved in a serious criminal matter. We had never been involved in anything like this. Mr. Hutchinson upon our first meeting was apathetic, knowledgable and concerned. Promptly, he took action investigating, contacting those involved following steps to keep our family member safe and treated fairly. The situation continued for 9 months. During that time we were in contact with him often and he called us night and day. If we contacted him, he returned our calls immeditely. His professionalism and knowledge of the laws and systems is brilliant! We went to court and felt at ease with not only the preparation he had given our family member but his presentation in court. He had the facts of the case, documents to verify them, relentless in his pursuit of justice for our family member. Had a consultation with Cristie Sennett. She was 10 minutes late for the appointment and ended our appointment 25 minutes early, saying "you can talk about this on your own time". She offered very little legal perspective, but freely shared her personal opinion on our family affairs (unrelated to our pursuit) and made the current conflicts even worse. She offered personal stories of her family member who has Multiple Sclerosis and qualified to have shower bars put up in their home. Again, unrelated to our pursuits. I would not recommend this lawyer.

Mrs. D'Alo was soft spoken, prepared, precise and to the point. This was an extremely emotional case, a bitter break-up, and a dog used as a pawn to win the other back. Mrs. D'Alo lead with the facts of the case, the rights of her client, all the while being played by a con artist, the defendant. After she won a temporary judgement for the me, the victory was never followed through on the defendants side. She calmed and encouraged me, even though i was grieving the lost of my support dog to just let her handle the case and justice will prevail.
