I had a problem with a dentist office that took 22k from me then sold their practice leaving me with unfinished work. And the work that was performed was less then average at best. Mrs. Barbosa took time out of her day to explain the process. Unfortunately the statue of limitations ran out. But she did a lot of research and was patient and understanding to my misfortune. She also advised me to report the dr to the proper authorities so they may have some reprimand. Nevertheless I would hire this young lady if I ever find myself in need of an attorney.

I couldn't have been more blessed to have Summer Barnes represent me in my DUI case. I knew I was innocent and it was important to me that my attorney believe me before even viewing evidence. Summer believed me. Once she watched the footage she was ready for war. We rejected all plea deals and went to trial. We both believed in my innocence. I don't think there is anything more satisfying than watching the ..."cop" that arrested you crumble before your very eyes, at the hands of your absolute BEAST of an attorney. It was as good as watching your team win the Super Bowl. Honestly, it was hard not to cheer her on haha. Sure enough, after less than 45 minutes of deliberation, the jury found me NOT GUILTY. A moment that lives in my mind rent free. All thanks to the will and determination of Ms. Barnes. She's a hero of innocence. It’s not often you find a “divorce” attorney they is ethical, honest, and at the same time willing to do what needs to be done in the best interest of his/her client. That is exactly what you get when you retain Chris. From our first meeting, Chris laid out the facts of my not so simple divorce. Rather than try to take advantage of me as most attorneys would, Chris advised me to spend a little more (alimony) versus spending upwards of $5-10k to fight what may or may not have saved me the same amount. He could have taken my money and told me I had a decent chance of winning, but he chose to be honest and ethical. My divorce is just about 18 months in the rear view and things come up from time to time that I need Chris’s counsel. I’ve always been able to get a hold of him, and I’ve always received prompt and honest responses. While divorce should be your last resort (something Chris belives strongly), if you are in thay unfortunate situation do yourself a favor and have Chris represent you.

From our first meeting, I genuinely connected with Chris and knew that I would be using him when I was prepared for my divorce. He was down to earth, honest and simply a nice person. But I also felt that he could stand up to the challenges and complications of a divorce. A month later, when I was ready, he explained the cost and what complications could arise. I was very young when I was first arrested for a crime that I had nothing to do with or was ever involved in. I just graduated high school and then a week later was arrested and given almost 5 life sentences in charges. I was locked up and when Kelly first met me he told me he held out his hand and I shook it and he said " Shake it like you mean it" LOL. He then told me that although he was appointed to me he would treat me just the same as though I was a high paying client and he did. He came to see me every Friday and when he couldn't make it he sent his investigator to see me and to keep me informed. Kelly worked hard on my case and did everything possible to secure my freedom. A year and some months later, I was set free. It was the happiest moment of my life. I owe everything to Mr. Kelly. Without him I would not be here today. I had the pleasure of working with Dan for several incidents:
The first was with our landlord who was being unresponsive on our 8+ service requests that had not been responded to for over 2 months. Dan offered advice on the best way to get both the landlord and management company to respond and it worked really well! We had people fixing up our rental house within 48 hours!
The second time was when we wanted to end our lease early. Again, Dan offered advice on the best way to go about this and we were able to satisfactorily end our lease without extra charges.
The third time was when we needed to get our deposit back from our rental company. Dan advised how to approach the landlord and management company and we were able to recover our entire deposit!
