Wendy and her team were amazing! Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

My experience with Ivana has been nothing short of outstanding. During the most upsetting situation she stepped right in to ensure I fully understood what needed to be done, what to expect, and how to separate the emotion of what I felt to what legally was possible and necessary so that I could listen to her counsel and "let her do her job," which she did without missing a beat. Her confidence, knowledge and willingness to be available anytime put my mind at ease, and for me this was in many ways lifesaving. Ivana keep me informed at every instance, and to her credit she listened to me "sharing" advice and pressing a bit to move forward with patience and grace.

Ivana was extremely helpful throughout my entire divorce process. From our initial consultation, I walked away with a lot of information, and not feeling as lost as I first felt when faced with this challenge. She gave a clear and honest overview of the process ahead of me.
Upon hiring her, and throughout the process she was always available and extremely quick in her responses to any questions or concerns that I had. She was consistently professional with both myself and with all the other lawyers that we dealt with, even when some of those lawyers were less than professional. In addition to handling all legal aspects of this case in a superb manner, she went above and beyond to help me through this process emotionally - when I would be at my wits end because of the frustrating antics of my ex, she would remind me of the big picture and walk me through all my options to help me feel more in control of the situation.
Not once during this whole process did I doubt my choice in hiring her as my attorney. I felt very supported and guided. I would highly recommend Ivana to anyone going through the divorce process.

I decided to hire Mr. Bartlett for my DWI case after he was referred to me by multiple people as I searched for an attorney. I am so happy I did. He was always reachable and got back to me within minutes. First, we had a DMV refusal hearing with the DMV court which he was remarkably able to get dismissed !!!! This was huge for me because no matter the outcome of the DWI case my license would’ve been suspended for a year. Next after months of going back and forth and the prosecution not offering me a favorable deal we decided to go to trial. During the trial, Mr. Bartlett was outstanding and got the CASE DISMISSED !!! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and lawyer. I highly recommend Mr. Bartlett.

I had a very frustrating, and potentially negatively life altering, experience with Ms. Ressler earlier this year. The error on her part cost my family time, frustration, and stress to myself and my children.
I was advised to file a temporary order of protection which involved making claims against family members. Unbeknownst to me, Jessica Ressler has a general modus operandi of being an extremely aggressive attorney, regardless of the situation. Her tactics involve getting her clients temporary orders of protection, involving the police, and using false statements. For those who are not aware, these tactics often negatively impact children. She treats every case the same, and her reputation in the industry is well known as being overly aggressive to the point of being detrimental to her clients and their cases. Further, her strategy unnecessarily involves child protective services who are legally obligated to investigate each case, and each parent, regardless of the accusations made.
Without going into significant personal detail, the filings I made under Ms. Ressler's guidance landed me in the cross hairs of CPS for no apparent reason. The result could have led to a permanent record, termination from my job, and an inability to be involved in some children's activities. When I pointed this out to Ms. Ressler, I was met with vague explanations and no real accountability, nor help to assist me from a legal standpoint. While initially she was attentive to my questions, once this occurred, her communication stopped instead of following up on ways to assist me, as though she signed off from my case. Ultimately, the CPS case was resolved without issue based on evidence provided by my family.
It should be noted that Ms. Ressler was recently formally admonished in court for her tactics and procedures. As previously stated, her reputation amongst attorneys in the NYC metro area is well known, and not well regarded.
I would not trust this lawyer with anything important and would highly caution others to do their due diligence before hiring her. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for legal counsel.

Gina has specialized knowledge of the inner workings of special education and she is extremely savvy about skipping unnecessary delay tactics and moving right to the core of necessary actions. Collecting the documents was a lot of work, but her guidance and support made it manageable. Notably, shewas considerate about using her time efficiently to keep costs as low as possible. We simultaneously prepared for a lawsuit and a settlement, and I was very pleased that we were able to reach a settlement with the district that was appropriate for my son. I give her the highest recommendation possible.

Nicholas Carre is not to do business with he is not reliable and very unprofessional. He is only there for money and once he gets it that’s it he will not finish up his part of the deal.
So I recently sold my home back in March of 2024 and I made a contract agreement with the buyers to hold money in an escrow account and once the issues was completed the money was suppose to be released to me instead I have not got anything and I been reaching out to him and his office since April and he just ignore the calls… ignore the emails. I even went down to the office in person and they told me I couldn’t speak to him he not there I waited and still nothing.. if someone ever recommends him do not use him at all he has now been dodging me and my boyfriend for almost a year now.. I repeat do not do any business with him or his company. I now have to get legal involve and file complaints against him.

Had a GREAT experience working with Peter Spino on the estate sale of my Aunt's house. There were many glitches along the way with our buyer, as legitimate problems came up with the house. Peter kept things moving forward. Other lawyers I interviewed wanted to chat me up about unrelated details. I loved how straight forward, brief, clear, and profession Peter was, both in the interview, and throughout the process. He simply does all that needs to be done quickly and throughly.
