I would not recommend this firm for anyone. They're terrible and don't give a damn. If you look at their older reviews, you'll be tempted to sign up if they'll take you. They'll make it sound like they're doing you a favor, because they, "...only take high-value cases," etc. And then, they'll be nowhere to be found, and you'll be the bottom of the barrel. Go find a firm with people who actually care, who don't rest on their own laurels, and who will actually fight FOR you, not WITH you (like my first attorney at this firm did). Best of luck if you do choose them. It'll be a Hail Mary! Tina is too busy attending events in fancy dresses and doing interviews these days...I've never had any contact with her.

What really impressed me about Jared is he took the time to not only to listen but explain things. I have contacted a number of attorneys and that hasn't been the case. Mostly it's a person doing intake, who then passes the information on to an attorney. Later you will receive an email as to the standing of your potential case. You don't get the interaction with the attorney, or the opportunity to get your points across and how you truly feel.
Jared and I spoke on a few different occasions. He didn't rush through the conversation, he just listened and commented when needed. It was quite refreshing from the norm. I'd recommend him with out any reservations. I wish him tall the best.

I thought I had gotten help from Sasooness. Until I had to return to the same orthopedic doctor for a different reason. Come to find out they never paid them. I had to pay an $800 charge that was supposed to be paid with my settlement. The Drs office verified they sent the paperwork necessary for payment but they never responded. Now they won't answer my calls and keep hanging up on me. I will be contacting another lawyer regarding this issue.

I was a 31 year firefighter with VCFD. I had numerous on the job injuries, the worst were cumulative trauma to my back. Trying to use the county’s work comp system was most often slow, unpleasant and a waste of time. Thanks to Mr. Sherwin, I was able to get through the process and receive treatment. By the time I was reaching the end of my career, Mr. Wicke was able to deal with the county’s attorneys and bureaucratic nonsense. In the end, I received a deserved medical retirement.
Unfortunately, I still have unresolved medical issues. Mr Sherwin was able to again deal with the Sedgwick (workers comp) and get all my issues settled. In this way I never had to go through the county again and can seek my own treatment through my insurance. This process is much quicker. Days instead of months. There is no way in Ventura County to manage this process without this great team of lawyers.
