Referred by a personal friend we share, who I don't think used Michael professionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a lawyer who's business acumen most impressive. Great listener, saw angles I hadn't imagined, showed up on short notice to sit through a long boring meeting as if he had all day, and gave great suggestions during the meeting. After the meeting he debriefed me in a manner that let me know it was more about my benefit than his billing. At the end, I was simply grateful for his wise counsel. I rarely do this type of 'rate your experience' survey, but for this man, who is a talented pro and now a trusted 'friend of the business', I'm glad to have the chance. Michael is top notch. I'd recommend him to family.

I was having an issue after being accepted into the college of my dreams. After I made plans to move and signed up for my classes, I got a call they were retroactively revoking my admission due to my "failure to complete all prerequisites." My parents and I were at a loss spending thousands of dollars to prepare for my move. We contacted Mr. Timothy Ricardo Hanigan and he was able to work wonders on my behalf. Ultimately, he wrote a letter to the administration and found a loophole in their policy which allowed me to start college in the fall. Without his intervention, I would not have been able to start college with my peers. He is a kind man and a wonderful advocate for his clients.

Timothy R Hanigan spun gold out of hay. After I had suffered sever food poisoning from a restaurant I have frequented for many years, Tim Hanigan was able to prove the infection came from the restaurant. I suffered terribly for over a year with multiple surgeries and even a temporary colostomy. No other lawyer could prove my case. After being creative and researching the all angles, the restaurant decided to settle instead of going to trial. Mr. Tim Hanigan is responsible for allowing me to live in my older years comfortably.

I have hired Mark three separate times; once to assist me in a complex Conservatorship with several Court appearances, and in a separate instance when I served as Trustee. She was hired by the state to represent me in a BPH hearing under SB 260. She fought for for me to be released, and with conviction. She was not paid by me, but hired by the state, and although she would of been paid either way, she stood up and fought for what she believed in. She has the passion of a true lawyer, and despite the circumstances. I was released early; gave the Board no choice. I have had a few Attorneys Hired by the state, but she beyond all measures fought for me, instead of going through the motions. I am not saying this cause I am released now, I am saying this cause of her dedication. If that was the case, I wouldn't even waste my time to post this 2 years after my release.

I have had experiences with other attorneys, but John is the only one who is really good at what he does due to his past experience working for insurance companies, his determination and wisdom, and his deep concern for his clients. He returns all phone calls and treats you as important all the way through the case. He also always helps with the medical and I know I am in good hands when he is my attorney.

My son rear ended a husband and wife in a very slow moving collision that caused very minor damage to both vehicles. A law suit was file two years later where the wife claimed she sustained serious back injuries asking for over $800,000 for future medical care.
Attorney Michael C. Booser of Mark Weiner and Assoc. defended my son and methodically presented a logical case with awesome expert witnesses and common sense. This is the first personal lawsuit I have been involved in and hopefully last, but Mr. Booser successfully won our case and no money was awarded to the plaintiff.
Being the first time using a defense lawyer in a lawsuit, Mr. Booser made the experience comforting and minimized my stress. Mr. Booser thank you for being there for my and son and family.

Ms. Cohen is the most respectful, knowledgeable, and caring attorney I have ever had the privileged to hire, and I've hired more than a few. Despite the fact she has only been licensed for a year her understanding and comprehension of the law is extensive and her professionalism unparalleled.
She does all the things you're paying her to do, represent you, call and email you back, (you'd be surprised how many don't!) show up on time for court appearances as well as meetings with you and opposing counsel, fully researching, preparing, and filing all the required documents and forms in a timely manner and has the insight, knowledge, and expertise to advise you in your case. She's also smart and sensible and well spoken to you, as well as other attorney's and especially judges.
What takes Ms. Cohen far above the competition is her loyal and caring attitude, something that I have paid over $50,000 in the past trying to find. It doesn't matter if you're paying someone $400 an hour, you can't pay them to care. Ms. Cohen is the exception, she is invested in her clients and in their causes. She is not only a wonderful and talented attorney but a good, kind, and genuine person, the kind of person you want in your corner.
To date Ms. Cohen has represented me in cases regarding child support, child custody, mediation, and contempt. I've also consulted with her in regards to financial and entertainment law. Her rates are very reasonable considering the service you're receiving. I would highly recommend Ms. Cohen and will continue to use her for all of my legal needs.

As a small business owner and healthcare professional, our integrity and reputation carry significant weight with our patients and our community. When CT, a BOP inspector launched some egregious allegations against us, we were in a tailspin. Lost, confused, and angry are just a few emotions to describe our ordeal.
We did not know who or where to turn to. It appeared we were guilty until proven innocent. We asked many colleagues for references and interviewed a handful of firms. We were fortunate to stumble upon Marcarian law firm. We knew we needed a fighter in our corner. Through this 3 year ordeal, his team ran us through the highs and lows of a legal proceeding. The more we aggregated the data, the more frustrated we became. The more we dug through the accusations, the more hope we had thanks to his team.
At the end of this ordeal was a bittersweet resolution. Not all BOP inspectors are quick to jump to conclusions. It is unfortunate that there is at least 1 and they will continue with minimal repercussions. It was a significant cost not just financially, but mentally and physically. However, with law firms like Marcarian law firm there is some hope for us to retain our dignity, reputation, and integrity in the healthcare profession.

I couldn't be happier with the way my Lemon Law case was handled. From the start, Rafy was super hospitable and really easy to talk to, which made everything way less stressful. He always answered my calls,never ignored me once, and was always there to answer my questions, no matter how small.
