I hired TL to help with my 17-year-old son's speeding ticket. In the initial consult, TL was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained the process and what we could expect from him. Within a day he had already contacted the officer to discuss the case and come to a preliminary agreement. Throughout the process, TL was helpful in answering questions and always got back to me quickly. In addition to fighting the ticket, TL had my son take an online driver improvement course. My son said it was very helpful. In the end, the ticket was reduced from 25+ over the speed limit to 5 over.

Hello,
My name is Michele Calp. I am the Power of Attorney for my sister who is in a nursing home. My niece and I were in the terrible position of having to find a nursing home for my sister who has dementia. We were not in the position to pay privately for her nursing care, which meant we we would have to apply for Medicaid. We attended a seminar on Elder Care Planning that Bellomo was holding. We set up a meeting and from that point decided to have them work with us. And we are glad we did. The work that is involved in getting the paper work together to apply is daunting. They took so much pressure off of our shoulders. The people there are so easy to work with and make you feel that they will do all they can to help you.

I contacted Andy through a friend and talked to him for 15 minutes over the phone. He is the consummate professional that everyone needs advocating for them. I can’t tell you how responsive and thorough he and his team are. If you need any help from a family attorney he is without question the best in York county. I've been working with Attorney Andy Brown for approximately 6 years. He's handled my divorce and custody cases. He has always been there when I needed him and I am confident that he's helped me achieve the best possible results.
To say that my ex is "high conflict" would be putting it mildly. For 6 years she would "ride the line" of what she thought she could get away with (calling the police/CPS for trivial matters, trying to drive a wedge between my sons and I, etc).
In the end, Attorney Brown was able to facilitate a reversal of custody through trial. I now have primary physical custody of my two sons.
Attorney Brown not only understands the application of the law in these matters, but also has a keen awareness of the norms and expected outcomes of the York County Judicial system. He's been doing this a long time and it shows. When judges and lawyers need a lawyer, they call Andy Brown.

I came to Mr. Paskey to help me with troubles that were brought on. When i came to the firm, they welcomed me in and herd everything that i had to say. Mr. Paskey told me up front that he would like to help but could not promise anything, and also told me that he did not want me to hire him right away, to go out and look at other lawyers to be sure. I knew from the beginning that i choose the right person for the job. During the entire process he kept me informed and made professional references as to what would be smart to do through the process (ex: hiring a court stenographer). In the end of everything he always made sure that i was doing okay and tried to work with me even when i lived out of state. When it came down to the final trial he worked his hardest to make sure that I was comfortable and that i remained calm. If you want an excellent lawyer, chose attorney Benson. From experience, I learned that you need an attorney with an “aggressive” personality. I say that she is aggressive because she goes above and beyond and she keeps it real with her clients and when presenting her case. I hired her and I had sent her an email with so many questions. She got back to me on a holiday- in a timely manor. Regardless, she gets back to me in a timely manor- ALL THE TIME. The other night, she emailed me and answered my questions. We were emailing each other on and off until about 11 pm. Mind you, her office closes at 5pm. Being in the situation I am, she takes my case seriously and let’s me know everything will be okay. She is very professional and also sincere in everything that she does. I have faith in her and she has proven so much to me in a short period of time.

Attorney O'Shea helped me through several very painful times in my life. I've never met another attorney that knows the law better than attorney O'Shea. EVERY time I required 'legal action', he was a 'legal machine' in providing me with expert counsel. He can be an "attack dog" when necessary but more often than not - he resolved my issue's with his incredible knowledge and with a perfect skill set! He simply outsmarts the opposing counsel. I've met most family attorneys in York Pennsylvania, no one is even close to matching his skill level! Trust me, Tom will defend you and provide you with excellent guidance through your ordeal. As mentioned, I've needed his services a few times-every time the situation was resolved with a favorable outcome for me. Don't bother nor waste your time or money by meeting with any other family attorney! He scores 100 out of 100 in my book! And my cases were complex!

Our legal situation was extremely complex. We were originally residents of PA with the requisite legal documents. Then we bought a home in FL and were residents there, with a whole set of FL-required documents. Recently we sold our FL property, became PA residents again, and because of changes in circumstances, we needed to have PA documents prepared once again.
In addition, we are a step-family, each with our own kids.
We are extremely pleased with how Attorney Bupp straightened out our legal document mess and drafted a simplified system that protects us and our assets, and in a fair way, at our deaths, directs those assets to those we care about.
Our old documents from both states and our step-family situation presented huge challenges which Tim saw as no problem. After patiently listening to us and our desires, Attorney Bupp made suggestions, but the decisions were always ours to make. Each time we presented him with an additional problem, Tim solved it. He was also great at translating the legalese into language we could understand.
We trust this man's knowledge and expertise with our long-term needs, (we are elderly), but most of all we trust the man!!!!
