Let me tell you about Don he’s the best ! I first met Don when he was a new lawyer at Fahey and Boyd I had talked to 3 attorneys at that point who wanted a 5 to 10 thousand dollar retainer for my case as it was complicated I was a waitress with little money . He listened to me and said he didn’t know but was willing to try .I had given custody of my son to my ex during a ruff patch and when it was over he wouldn’t hear of giving him back. His home situation had deteriorated and my son wasn’t being cared for. Don took every phone call from this scared mother no matter the hour saw me through every psych evaluation home study and eventually a bench trial that saw I was correct and awarded custody of my son back to me . Throughout my divorce Donald Boyd has been there for me on every twisted turn of this difficult ride. He has always given me clear and complete explanations of my options, as well as guiding me to the best one to achieve the most desired outcome. He has also let me know when to let go.
Over the course of my case Don and his office manager Tavo, have always been prompt at responding to my questions and informative while stay understanding of my situation.
Don really knows the legal process and how to get our point across in court without alienating the judge.
For the above reasons I think of the people at the Boyd law firm as family. They always have my back and are watching out for me while truly caring.

Courtney was one of 3 attorney’s I considered for my divorce as petitioner. I’m 100% certain that she not only saved me tremendously on attorney fees but she represented me better than any attorney could have. I met James through my bankruptcy attorney
During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. He assisted me to stay in my forclosed home for 5 years, to recover some of the financial loss I incured when the bank kept my escrow money through the forclosure process. My wife and I first contacted Denise a couple years ago as we got on track and into the process of a domestic adoption. Denise was very prompt in her responses to our questions, encouraged us, and was very friendly with each contact. We decided at that time that Denise was definitely our go-to adoption lawyer.
Fast forward a couple years, and my wife and I were anxiously waiting for the birth of our adopted son via an ideal open adoption situation. We had befriended both birthmom and birthdad, and our agency, social workers, and Denise were all wonderful. As we got into the tangle of legal documents and procedures, Denise helped us at every step and was extremely detail-oriented. For example, her instructions and guidance for our court appearance left no stone unturned. It was a welcome piece of communication from her and included dress, family attendance, camera and phone policy in court, waiting area, where to park, how to get there, the importance and sensitivity of being on time... the list goes on. For an adoptive family, for whom the process is likely to be the first time (like us), this was most appreciated.
Our adoption was finalized without a hiccup. A month later we received new birth certificates, but the state made several errors on them. Though we had paid Denise a long time before and were well "off-the-clock", Denise promptly told us what we needed to do. We followed her directions, and a week later we had newly issued and correct birth certificates.
Now, several months later, as difficult and as much work, time, and effort as it all was, we look back and think, "Ah, that wasn't so bad." Our experience, in total, took a long time, probably much longer than the average adoption, but our experience and outcome were next to ideal. My wife and I both have no doubt that our selection of Denise was the right choice. We highly recommend her to any adoptive family for legal counsel and assistance.

I work with Michael on a monthly basis. Originally, I hired Michael to represent me as a buyer at a real estate closing, but he has become my "go to" attorney for almost anything I need. I also refer many real estate clients to him as I am a real estate broker, and all of my clients sing his praises.
