I do not recommend his services. He barely did anything and charged me 1500 dollars. I ended up having to get a new lawyer. Seek elsewhere! You pay for what you get!!

I can't say enough good things about David. From the first phone call we had, I knew he would be different from every other attorney I spoke with. His response time to emails and phone calls was always done in a timely manner. Even when I knew he was taking time off, he was still replying to me. David never missed a scheduled appointment/call and never missed a court date. We always talked things through, and he gave me a clear idea of what could or couldn't happen and his plan before each court date. David was always upfront and honest with me. I truly appreciate that when you work with David you only work with David. He won't send another attorney who doesn't know your case to court. Your message won't get lost in the receptionists' pile. He is running a one man show and doing a great job at it. I've already told David that if I have to go back to court, he will be my first call.

I came to Michael and Deanna to help me with an adoption case and they pulled through with what was promised from the beginning. The entire office staff was very knowledgeable and they helped us out so much. They communicated everything back to us in such a timely manner. What I thought was going to be a very hard process turned into a walk in the park for me and my family because they worked their magic on the backend with the court. They fought hard for my husband to adopt my oldest and they won the case. Appreciate the girls in office who knew so much and took our calls and delivered our messages to the attorneys. I hadn’t had a driving ticket of any kind for over 25 years…. But when it rains it pours. Within the scope of a couple of months I received a few tickets that needed the attention of a law team. One was a regular driving violation and couple of related tickets that were deeper and could have been very costly and more. After researching law firms online… I quickly came upon the Driver Defense team, decided to work with them and was amazed at the results. Nea, Jan (case manager) & Klaudia (Attorney) were all very welcoming and professional. Klaudia is communicative and really understands the law system she works with. Denise Patton was excellent, profession, compassionate, understanding, and straight to the point with our adoption case. Always was available either by phone or email night or day (due to our schedules). She is one of the most hard working honest attorneys that we have ever done business with. Denise knew every detail of our case and was always prompt, organized, and ready for court and/or trial. She was very dedicated to our family during the 10 months that she was working with us. My wife and I first contacted Denise a couple years ago as we got on track and into the process of a domestic adoption. Denise was very prompt in her responses to our questions, encouraged us, and was very friendly with each contact. We decided at that time that Denise was definitely our go-to adoption lawyer. Fast forward a couple years, and my wife and I were anxiously waiting for the birth of our adopted son via an ideal open adoption situation. We had befriended both birthmom and birthdad, and our agency, social workers, and Denise were all wonderful. As we got into the tangle of legal documents and procedures, Denise helped us at every step and was extremely detail-oriented. For example, her instructions and guidance for our court appearance left no stone unturned. It was a welcome piece of communication from her and included dress, family attendance, camera and phone policy in court, waiting area, where to park, how to get there, the importance and sensitivity of being on time... the list goes on. For an adoptive family, for whom the process is likely to be the first time (like us), this was most appreciated. Our adoption was finalized without a hiccup. A month later we received new birth certificates, but the state made several errors on them. Though we had paid Denise a long time before and were well "off-the-clock", Denise promptly told us what we needed to do. We followed her directions, and a week later we had newly issued and correct birth certificates. Now, several months later, as difficult and as much work, time, and effort as it all was, we look back and think, "Ah, that wasn't so bad." Our experience, in total, took a long time, probably much longer than the average adoption, but our experience and outcome were next to ideal. My wife and I both have no doubt that our selection of Denise was the right choice. We highly recommend her to any adoptive family for legal counsel and assistance. Thanks again, Denise!

I initially tried to work through my divorce case alone, but it was too much to deal with. Working with Chrissie took off almost all of the strain. All I ever had to worry about was filling out the necessary forms and she took care of all the rest, and I didn’t even have to appear in court. I work with Michael on a monthly basis. Originally, I hired Michael to represent me as a buyer at a real estate closing, but he has become my "go to" attorney for almost anything I need. I also refer many real estate clients to him as I am a real estate broker, and all of my clients sing his praises. Michael is an attorney you want on your side. 1) He is always available to talk, email or text. This is not very common amongst attorneys, especially real estate attorneys. 2) He is a problem-solver. Several times, he has come up with solutions to problems that no one else considered. 3) Michael is a man of integrity. Quite simply, I trust him and my clients do too. Stephen is an AMAZING family attorney. This is his passion and he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have had a lengthy court battle that resulted in a trial. The person named is a Probate Attorney in Chicago IL. Two of my sisters died five years apart. Probate can take six months to several years to settle depending on complexity of the estate This is for persons who die without a will Take heed just write out who gets your belongings. Like name the person who gets the car or your house and other major things.

Very unprofessional they have held my case for 17 months and it has been a fight from the very beginning for this firm to just represent me like they would represent any injury case .. I can’t get one on the phone and they literally have no clue on the law … my case is gonna sit on the shelf simply because it’s not worthy of them doing there job.please don’t bring any case to this firm because they are a prime example of the commercial attorney who just wants to grab all cases but have no real intent on assisting u in a very delicate and sensitive matter… lots of pain ,suffering ,loss wages and broken promises from this law group… thank you Amy witherite ,Chris provost , ofelia Sanchez , and Javier Rodrigues…Big law firm name and not enough effort to match it … still in pain bank account is in the negative and 17 months later my case is at the batters box!!!!!!

Scam alert !! I went onto the website and clicked a link to get a free consultation. I never get a phone call or anything from them however they email me an invoice as if I have already hired them when I responded to their email saying that I never spoke with them nor consulted with them at all, and that I don’t wish their services if they cannot just answer a simple question before considering higher them, I got something saying that I owed $725. This is highly unethical and scammy. I will also be reporting them to the American Bar Association and I recommend that you never use these people
