Compassion should be Casey’s middle name. All she cared about from our first conversation was the well being of my children as if they were her own. She was extremely responsive and helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She handled my case with such grace and dignity at a time when I needed her the most. My previous lawyer steered me so wrong so it was a blessing I found her. She was very honest about outcomes and I’m glad to say I thought of her as a friend. She is amazing and she puts her heart into her cases and gets results. I was dealing with a narcissist and someone who lied compulsively and she was able to get the judge to see through all of it and get to the truth. I would recommend her to anyone, I’m in NY now and wish I could take her with me to fight the big fight here but she has gotten me so far in this fight and I’m forever grateful to her and her team. Brandon provided hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible... A 10 year case of complex issues that Brandon stepped into on year 8. Not only was he able to defend us, but he has guided myself to remain calm with an empathetic demeanor. My needs and rights as a good parent were put among my childs, which always was Brandon's first concern. I was treated with respect and as a person rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. If I was looking at things in the wrong way, Brandon was honest enough to tell me exactly that and that honesty wins my entire faith within this terrible Family Law system I have dreaded almost as much as those making such decisions probably do. I have quite a few steps in my battle but Brandon has somehow made this ordeal a battle for the best interest of child rather than allowing the typical back and forth BS.
If you're dishonest and unable to to put your child first, I'd highly not recommend Brandon.
If you're an honest parent willing to trust in order to be trusted that wants to whole heartedly fight if need be, compromise, stipulate or litigate if it means your family is in good hands.... Then I hereby recommend Brandon without any reservation.
Btw...if like myself.... Money was a huge factor in my decision making and first off.... Yes, of course family law is expensive and when I learned the hard way it truly does matter whether you go ProSe or not... I researched until my mind couldn't handle anymore. I retained Brandon after MANY consultations and my case's paperwork began within a week. 2 years later I unfortunately researched again knowing my case was a complex case that could no longer be "stipulated" and knew I needed someone that was going to litigate shall it lead there due to contempt and my child's emotional and psychological welfare in question. Brandon is entirely commited to believing in our children and their needs moreso than parents and I respect that so very much.
Again, my research all lead me back to my number 1attorney! I look so very forward to my case have an opinion and order via the court based upon my sons best interest and I have absolutely no doubt Brandon will be just as ready that day as he was years ago.
You can't go wrong with an attorney such as Brandon O'donnell! An added compliment is his compassion and incredible sense of style to boot haha!
Chances are whoever is reading this is desperately wanting the same peace of mind and facing the same fear as myself and for that, I'm sorry and know you aren't alone. Brandon truly does care and guides you as much as he listens. I wish you the best of luck!

Almost 3 years ago a friend recommended her lawyer C.J. Lyford to review our paperwork for the N-600K. She reviewed our paperwork, and found several places where we needed more documentation. She also made a table of contents for us, as we had so many papers. We submitted the paperwork February 2019, and just had our interview 3 years later July 2021 (it was scheduled last June, but we had to postpone because we couldn't go back to the U.S. because of COVID).
The interview was only 30 minutes, and we got our certificate of citizenship right away! The immigration officer said that our paperwork was the best she had ever seen on a N-600. The lawyer was well worth it, and we strongly recommend her!

Sometimes when you hope that you hired a good lawyer it turns out not to be the case and you regret it. I have had that with other attorneys and i feel like I was doing all of the work. I have retained T for over 15 years or so. I'd like to think I can judge an attorney's quality. Through the years, I have worked and been friends with numerous attorneys who are considered excellent by their own peers....including Harvard Law, major Wall St firms and Europe in many facets of the practice. Further, my father was in the judiciary and I think I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. If someone asks me who my attorney is (although I use several for various specialties,) I say Theresa. T has gone above and beyond so many times for friends and myself. If I chose one special quality in addition to her utter competency and professionalism it is TRUST. I have known T's family since I was a child and law is in their blood. Just good people. We have all heard the nefarious remarks about attorney's and their kinship to sharks. T couldn't be farther from this stigma. I sat with Theresa this week to discuss some business matters and it was more like having coffee with a friend. No rush. I have walked courthouses with Theresa, and, it is obvious she is well known and well respected by the many walking the halls. And, the bonus is Autumn and Jen are the best! I noted the comments by the person (since disproven) which said she did not return calls, etc. Hello? Have you ever worked with an atty before? An atty does not call back unless they have something to tell you. Think about it.....legal wheels turn slow...it saves you billing for wasted phone time . A unique thing with T's staff is they are "up-to-speed" at all times....I can't tell you how many times I have called with a question and they dealt with it in a 30-second call. You won't get that with most attorneys. The office is run like a family....just what you want when dealing with nerve-wracking issues. Professional, classy, thorough....pals. Recommended unequivocally.

We found Larry after years of a bitter custody battle. He was the first attorney that actually helped us. Don't let his pleasant demeanor fool you--he's an ACE in the courtroom. If you want an excellent lawyer, chose attorney Benson. From experience, I learned that you need an attorney with an “aggressive” personality. I say that she is aggressive because she goes above and beyond and she keeps it real with her clients and when presenting her case. I hired her and I had sent her an email with so many questions. She got back to me on a holiday- in a timely manor. Regardless, she gets back to me in a timely manor- ALL THE TIME. The other night, she emailed me and answered my questions. We were emailing each other on and off until about 11 pm. Mind you, her office closes at 5pm. Being in the situation I am, she takes my case seriously and let’s me know everything will be okay. She is very professional and also sincere in everything that she does. I have faith in her and she has proven so much to me in a short period of time.

We have been using Aimee since 2006 when we first contacted her to obtain custody of our grand daughter. In that time she has provider execellent services to us in obtaining custody, getting the father to provide child support and eventually in getting the father and mother to finally give up their parental rights so that we could adopt her. Aimee also helped us in preparing our wills so that all our childern, both natural and adopted, would be equitably taken care of when we died. She also helped in setting up the legal and medical care of my wife's physically and mentally challenged younger brother. The latest service was in making changers to our wills when my wife's sister died. Representation for my divorce was handed over to Robyn Musi with my consent although truthfully, I was reluctant to do so. My original lawyer is one of the founding partners of the firm, well established, very knowledgeable, well known and well versed in the laws and court procedures. Robyn is the penultimate divorce attorney. She's sharp, insightful, logical, and reasonable, utilizing diplomacy when appropriate and proactive litigation when bargaining options have been exhausted. Her fees were never inflated or over-billed (in stark contrast to my experience with 2 previous divorce attorneys). I always considered her a partner who understood my unique custody and financial concerns and used her expertise to protect my children, career and personal situation in all of our legal interactions. I hired Rebecca as my divorce attorney this year. My husband made the decision to leave our marriage and our two teenage sons and I needed to protect myself and my children. I knew that I wanted to make sure things didn't get ugly but also needed someone to stand up for my boys and I . Rebecca was the perfect choice. Katie was the second lawyer hired to work on my case. She made me feel like I had legal support when I needed it the most. The best coach I could have in my corner was her. When I felt slighted by the legal system she showed understanding. Divorce is tough, it’s easy to focus on the finite’s and loose sight of the big picture. I had an issue with PennDOT and Mr. Lackatos was able to have the issue resolved with a simple hearing. It's a thrill watching him in the courtroom fight for you.
